I saw their ad for their limited time Cinco de Mayo specials and wanted to try one of the items. We were there for lunch when they opened. I noticed there was nothing on the menu about the specials or on the card that was on the table. I asked the server about the Cinco de Mayo specials and she went to check with the kitchen. I was completed surprised when she returned telling us their truck had not came in yet and they didn't have the items necessary to make them. Did someone move Cinco de Mayo? I can't understand a restaurant not ordering the supplies early enough to insure delivery in time for the holiday. I want to think there was a shortage of the ingredients and that's why they didn't have them. But after receiving our alternate meals, I'm leaning less that way. I ordered chicken with Asiago cheese, bacon, and Parmesan cheese along with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli tasted fine but wasn't drained well so the water ran into my sauce and potatoes. It couldn't hurt them. The potatoes were definitely not the ones they had been using and my chicken tasted like it was boiled and the bacon wasn't cooked either. There was no seasoning on the meal. Ny husband got the steak hoagie with the salad bar. The bun was very good and fresh. The sandwich might have been okay if it was half the size. The taste was good but the meat was sparse. He enjoyed the salad bar even though they only had potato salad and coleslaw in addition to Some green salad ingredients. When we left 45 minutes later, they were still filling in the salad bar. Never go there when they open. That time appears to only be the prep time. Noon is when they are ready to start serving the food, as it was. The only good thing was our server. She was very helpful and a good all around server. Thanks, Jessie. read more

Associate and I had a very good experience at this Ruby Tuesday. On a Sunday afternoon about 5. Service was good and attentive. Salad bar was excellent. Salmon entree was cooked just right and had good flavor. I'd ignore the old reviews and give this place a try. I would go back just for the salad bar.!! read more

So I went to Ruby Tuesday's with the intention of getting the salad bar and those awesome croutons but alas when I went there on a Sunday afternoon the salad bar was more than disappointing. The lettuce was all picked over and rather sad looking. Most of the potato salad looking items were all but empty. The olives were gross and did not taste good. And of course they were out croutons! When I asked the host if they had anymore he looked at me very oddly before replying "probably", it turns out there were no croutons in the whole restaurant. I gave two stars because my husband's steak wasn't too bad and my french fries were rather tasty. Overall I was disappointed because one of the reasons I went there was for the salad bar and it truly was disgusting and gross. read more

Very good and prompt service. I had a healthy chicken dinner with sauce which I thought was extremely tasty. I'm a pretty picky eater. I don't really understand the low rating of this place. read more

Not sure if this location hired new cooks, but the food was not as good as it was in the past. My son's mac and cheese, was not cooked enough resulting in tough pasta, my green beans were overcooked, and were like spaghetti, the coleslaw on the salad bar was spoiled, or about to spoil( it had a very off taste to it) read more

Your typical Ruby Tuesday with decent service and decent food. I just ordered the salad bar to be safe and it was your average salad bar. My co-worker ordered the tilapia in lemon butter sauce. It came out with some kind of other Cajun seasoning instead but he still said it was good. read more

Don't come here after 8:00 PM unless the atmosphere you enjoy is people cleaning and vacuuming all around you! Hard to enjoy your food when a girl is sweeping right next to you with a broom and kicking dust into hopefully not your dinner! I had the ribs and they were good but we waited a long time for our food and it wasn't busy. My husband had the Smoky Mountain Chicken and he said it was tasty. Although food was good we most likely won't return due to poor service and atmosphere! read more

My family and I we're heading through on our way to Kentucky. We wanted to be able to sit down to a comfortable dinner that didn't take forever and wasn't too unhealthy. Ruby Tuesday fit the bill. The service was friendly. I wasn't sure whether to order the salad bar for my 3 year old. Logan said he could easily add it if we decided to later. Since the salad bar had most of my daughter's favorite foods, we did end up adding it. It's been a while since I've been to a RT, but this time the salad bar seemed fresher with many more options than I've had in the past. We will definitely be stopping by this RT and maybe others soon. read more

Obviously something has changed here. We stop a couple times a year on our drive to KY and the food has been good and the restaurant very busy. This stop found very few people and unfortunately a "new" menu and perhaps a new cook. The new menu means NO quesadilla which my husband always got and after searching the menu with waiter help I found my vegetable plate. Three side dishes with salad bar. The salad bar was very good but no croutons but good Parmesan chips. The cilantro vinaigrette was wonderful. On the other hand 2 of my 3 veggies were not. The steamed broccoli which was usually wonderful and cooked just right came out as tasteless mush and the grilled zucchini was so covered in grease that it took a couple napkins to try and absorb the grease before it was edible. The green beans were good. The half rack of pork ribs and potato my husband finally decided on were good. Maybe we will try the Outback restaurant next door next trip. read more

I travel for work so I'm always dining out at least 3 times a week, and I must say that I disagree with much I'm reading. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door... And I proceeded to seat myself at the bar. Within a few minutes the bartender greeted me and got me the drink of my choice. The food I ordered cam out exactly how I asked for it, and it was prompt. I later wanted a snack to take back to my hotel room, and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted without hesitation. I will say, during my visit I was a little disappointed to see a table leave hurriedly only to avoid paying their full bill...which would obviously upset anybody....but Riley (my server) kept her composure and still served me as if all was going well during her shift...that's an aspect of customer service that not many can master. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience and would return again on my next swing through town. Thanks! read more

Went to Ruby Tuesday's in Morgantown, WV today with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. With all the places in the area to eat, I feel like this restaurant often gets overlooked. They don't get the credit and consumer traffic they deserve. I ordered the Petit Sirloin with mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese and it was DELICIOUS! Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, mashed potatoes were amazing, and the mac and cheese was just like homemade! The restaurant was clean, our food came out so quickly, and our server was very attentive. We will definitely be coming back! read more
