There was a lot of rice compared to Poke I've had elsewhere, which made the price out of balance for me. It was pretty good, and I am going to go and try a custom bowl, and request less rice (I ordered one from the menu). My daughter had bubble tea and said it was the best in town.

Custom bowls and Thai Milk Tea with boba

We stopped here on our drive to Charleston and it was so good we had to stop by again on our way back. We love poke and usually get it any chance we get. The poke is so fresh and probably one of the best we've had. The boba teas are delicious! We ordered the passion fruit smoothie with boba and boba Thai tea. I recommended this place to anyone who passes through or is in Morgantown!

My first bubble tea in Morgantown and I LOVE it! The milk film is not too heavy and does have the salty flavor mixed with milk/ cheese components. Matcha also tastes pretty good. Not bitter not too sweet.

My wife and I have been here multiple times over the last few months, and it is consistently high quality. We always build our own bowls. The sushi rice is great. Tried the brown rice once, and it was... brown rice. Bowls are much better with the sushi rice. Tried a couple Boba's, which are also always good.

brown sugar milk tea!

The tea menu was good and the brown sugar milk tea I got was really good & the boba was also very nice sweet and chewy :) The price is also really good for the amount of milk tea they give you and there are a lot of different toppings you can get! The people were also very kind, would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys boba and wants a change from cfruitlife and lavender

If it wasn't $7 for a drink, I would be ordering boba every single day. Love the speciality drinks, would recommend!

Very solid pokè and a great selection of bubble teas. I highly recommend the taro root with red bean bubble tea. I really hope they succeed!

Have been here several times since last review, food has been notably better…read more Sushi is on par with the best you'll find in this area. Have had both dine in and takeout. Crunchy 2 in 1 roll is a good tempura roll for takeout. I've had several Chinese dishes that have been quite good, some of the better Chinese food you'll find in this area. I think this is one of those places with so many things on the menu, you have to find what's worth getting vs not the best place for.

This is a nice looking Restaurant that provides great service…read more We started with the Vietnamese Spring Roll. I thought it was good, but the wife did not like it at all. The biggest issue was the odd texture of the wrap, which was a bit mushy, and did not hold together after one bite. Although we order just a few rolls, it was brought out in an amazing presentation. The spider roll was OK but missing a normal large claw that sick out on two of the roll bites. The Pink Lady Roll was beautiful and had a great flavor. We ordered tea which was served in a very heavy metal pot. The pot kept the tea very hot throughout the entire meal. The best part of the meal was the Peaking Duck. This dish was unlike any Peaking Duck I have had previously. First, the duck is chopped up into very small pieces. Also, instead of normal Duck wraps, the dish was served with Bao Buns, which added a whole over demission and profile to the dish. If I would change anything, I would have taken the skin of the duck before cutting it up that small. You do kind of miss the crunch provided by a normal peaking duck dish. Still, I would call this the best Peaking duck dish we ever had.

BLUF: -Food was good…read more -Price was high. -Packaging of the food for transfer was a total failure. -Customer service was non-existent, they don't care about the customer, they just want paid while putting in the least amount of effort. -I will not use them again. Detailed Review: The food was good. Price was on the higher end, but I was ok with it for the convenience. My issue was the poor manner in which the food was packaged in the cater boxes. The boxes were secured with ratchet straps, and no, we weren't jumping hills or mudding on the way to our event. The ride was as smooth as any average drive would be. When we opened the cater boxes up, the mac-n-cheese container failed, and had dumped all over the food below. Luckily, the baked beans and mashed potatoes were sealed enough to not get the runny man-n-cheese juice in them. I did call to tell The Island BBQ about this, hoping for some understanding and maybe a gesture of good faith in a free dinner coupon or $20 refund for the inconvenience. They didn't care at all! In fact, they thought I was calling to apologize for their cater boxes getting messy. The gravy on the top shelf in the box had a metal pan it sat on so it didn't collapse. When I asked why the other slots didn't get the same metal pan, they said "I try to put them under all the pans, but I was just so busy." They also said "The aluminum pans we buy are just getting thinner and thinner." I did see you can buy metal pans for about $10 a piece to put food in that fit the catering boxes. Maybe buy a bunch of those, charge folks a refundable deposit to ensure they come back with the boxes, and avoid the mess and agitated customers. Or if you just don't want to do the dishes, buy heavier grade aluminum pans. My Uncle also tried discussing this with The Island BBQ when he dropped the catering boxes back off the next day, and they just gave him attitude, grabbed the boxes and walked away around the back of the building.

Driving by Island BBQ and the smell in the air made me turn around a half.mile down the road. Mac n cheese: 3/5. It was very cheesy and tastes good with a mild smoked paprika flavor. The noodles were overcooked and soggy Coleslaw: 5/5. The coleslaw was great.. not your typical slaw. Has a nice pepper bite but with a mild sweetness and zing... BBQ Sauce 5/5 The star of the show was the original BBQ sauce.. it was absolutely delicious and clearly homemade... Service and wait time was great, no issues there
