The poor bartender had to run all over the restaurant. He had to ring you up, make drinks, bring people their food, fix their games and handle any drama that came up on the games. He was so nice and gave great service. The French fries with cheese,, bbq and fried chicken was good. I love a lot of condiments normally but this was a bit much. I enjoyed it but would have preferred a fried chicken sandwich. My husband said the fried chicken and Seasoned Crinkle Fries were excellent. Would like to go back to play duck pin bowling and the awesome video games. I bet it would be fun.

Let's get the negatives out of the way first: the place is showing wear and tear. When one of your main offerings are duckpin bowling and classic arcade cabinets, make sure they work. We had several problems with the lane not resetting right and messing up our scores. Plus, my friend and I were both very excited to find out they had a cabinet featuring the best beat-em-up in the world, "The Simpsons." (Don't @ me.) Too bad when I put my token in, it just ate it. My friend got to play as Bart, but could only move down the game screen, not up. The joystick was messed up. Also, you're not getting out of there for anything less than $20. More like $30. Okay, good stuff: the food IS very good. I had a classic chicken sandwich with red beans and rice. Juicy chicken, flavorful sides... They're no slacks in the kitchen. And a while back I stopped by their full espresso bar (their patio window was open so I didn't go inside) and the espresso they use was paired with their syrup offerings nicely. So I don't HATE the place, but it could use some help (and a new owner). I can't recommend it.

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

This was my second time coming to this location, and unfortunately, both experiences were…read moredisappointing. The first time, I ordered the Hot chicken, which I've had before and know is supposed to be very spicy. When I got my order, there was absolutely no spice. I even had my daughter try it, and she can't handle spicy food, but she agreed there was no spice at all. I didn't say anything at the time because I had already started eating it. The second time I came in, I actually made a little joke to my daughter about them getting my order wrong again, and unfortunately, they did. Once again, I ordered Hot and the chicken had no spice whatsoever. I went up to the register and politely told the girl working there, who had a tan complexion and short curly hair, that I had ordered spicy and this wasn't spicy at all. I wasn't rude or upset with her. She took my tray and the only thing she asked was, "What flavor was it?" I told her Hot. Less than two minutes later, she came back with two smaller wraps. I used to work in the food industry, so there's no way a new batch of chicken was cooked and the order was completely remade that quickly. She didn't say anything when she brought the tray back, and when I said thank you, she didn't respond. Her attitude and overall vibe came across like she was annoyed that I had said something. I opened the wrap and noticed they had added more Caesar dressing, which I didn't ask for. When I tried the chicken, it was the exact same issue as before--no spice at all. I normally don't leave negative reviews, and I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I understand that mistakes happen. What bothered me was how the situation was handled. I was polite about the mistake, but there was no apology, no real attempt to fix the issue, and the attitude I received made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience. The food may be good, but the customer service I received was extremely disappointing.

But I was prepared for it with extra napkins. The ordering process was via kicks. I should've known that it would take some effort when the woman in front let me go ahead since she said she didn't want to slow down the line. It's not an intuitive process. And no one stationed at the front counter to help. Took a while to figure out how to get fries without it being automatically combined with the drink. Nice touch to get people to pay more! Finally found the fries separately! Definitely not an easy process. They will text you when the order is ready. Nice! Bathroom was really dirty but at least my order was ready earlier than expected! Came here for the sandwich and it was painfully dry without much taste although the honey added some sweetness. Unlike Chick-fil-A where the sandwich can stand on its own, and the sauce just enhances it, there's no way I could eat this sandwich without some accompaniment. So dry. The fries were pretty soggy where I like a certain crunch. Reminiscent of 5 guys fries but much less portioned and much thinner. Good taste but nothing crave-able and very greasy. Service was nonexistent which is why I didn't leave a tip on the kiosk screen. Why do restaurants do this anyway?!? Why do I tip for service I haven't received?!? Finally, how can they possibly charge!$11 for their sandwiches. The regular sandwich starts at $11 as was my hot honey which really wasn't all that hot anyway. That's more than twice the cost of a Chick-fil-A! Next time I'm going to get both a spicy and regular Chick-fil-A and still have money leftover. Maybe I'll get their waffle fries too. At least, I won't have to waste time on a kiosk to figure out how to add it to my order!

Our waiter was super friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for what to order. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and a convenient location made for a really nice dining experience. Located in north o, it is located next to all the other shops and restaurants in the area. Street parking only but it shouldn't be difficult to find a spot nearby. My group ordered a ton of different chicken options. What we ordered is on the last pic but our favorite was either the whole fried chicken or the spicy chicken wings. The space is small but has a couple 4 top/ bar seating. Food came out relatively quickly and the service was top notch. The boba selection was awesome, so many flavors and the tapioca itself was pretty QQ (for all my hardcore boba fans) and tasty. Although I just tried the chicken, the noodle soups on their menu looks authentic and delicious so I'll have to try them next time! Definitely check this place out. The inside is fairly small with a few chairs along the long table attached to the front window and two tables with four chairs each. There's some more space in the back but that seemed to be used for storage and whatnot. I am more of a wing sauce versus a dry rub person and while all the flavors of our wings were tasty, the sweet chili chicken and soy and garlic sauces really hit the spot for me! The chicken was perfectly crispy and while I love 98k Hamburger, it is less oily than their chicken which can be nice. The regular fried chicken is a bit less seasoned than that of 98k so really it's up to you and your preference. Our food came out fairly quickly and it was obvious the chicken was piping hot and fresh. The staff was super nice and checked in on us at appropriate intervals and genuinely wanted our feedback

The level of customization might be a draw for some. For me, to have no "signatures" or recommendations, no preferred combinations, and just a sort of "pick it" approach for this feels strange. Asked for some direction, was basically told "no." They specialize in hot chicken and customization - but it feels like they are clearly missing a refreshing option beyond the Dill Pickle. Could see if I didn't want to "feel a burn" and wasn't big on pickles looking at very plain options. Frankly, they need someone new on the register. Other reviews mention poor service that way. I echo their feelings. Underwhelmed and turned off by them. Also, this is overpriced. Getting a diet coke for $3.5 is aggressive but at any restaurant I'd understand - get me free refills, fine. But to be handed a single can for that cost felt awful. Feel like they've taken that approach across cost and experience across the board. It's upsetting. If they really switch things up, I'd reconsider trying this spot again. Chicken was good and in the salad it was fine. I see potential. But I'm not coming back for the cost or the service here. You should skip it too.
