This is a cute place all based on their chicken fingers. The decorations are focused on Pittsburgh The menu is chicken fingers with fries Texas toast or on Texas toast you get the idea chicken fingers are the main They also have your assortment of pop and milkshakes The caramel I had was nice sweet thick and creamy Sauces for your fingers I had honey mustard and ranch with a nice size cup of gravy all nice salty and tasty If you love chicken fingers you will love Laynes Look like what mom would make they are not uniform like molded chicken. Friendly service I like the Heinz ketchup on every table They also have a drive through.

Crispy Chicken Wrap

Went to the grand opening and it was great! I got the regular 5 piece chicken tenders and a crispy chicken wrap. We also got an Oreo milkshake and vanilla milkshake. I wish I had got the spicy tenders but the regular were good! We got the Layne's sauce and jalapeño ranch. The jalapeño ranch was my favorite, and I wish I could get a bottle of it. The staff was so nice and really happy! I can't wait to go back again!

2/6/25 Ate List: 4 Piece Dinner - 7.1 Excited that Bloomfield now has Layne's. Previously it was home to a very "sketchy" Boston Market so this new addition is very nice. Layne's is alright for fast food. Not my favorite tenders but good in a pinch. The fries were kind of average, not that memorable. The Texas Toast was a nice addition. Will note, appreciate these toasts don't have sesame seeds - unlike their main competitor here (Raising Cane's) Will say I still slightly prefer Cane's chicken and their fries. As far as the toast and "special sauce," Layne's might have the edge. Good spot. Nice addition. Might stop in again in a pinch.

5 piece with Gravy

First trip to Layne's but it won't be my last. This location had a kiosk to order on, a drive thru, and mobile ordering. The menu kiosk was very easy to understand and use. We got two combos, one with Layne's sauce and one with gravy. I was a little disappointed with the gravy. It was extremely thin and slide right back off the chicken. The toast was really good, the fries were hot and fresh, and the chicken was fresh and flavorful. The dining area and bathrooms were both very clean and well stocked.

Loved everything I ordered - except phone did not eat first. The spicy chicken fingers are so good and the fries remind me of the beach or pool. It was my first time stopping in but I can't wait to go back. You could tell everything was real chicken and that's so appreciated.

NEW LOCATION- on Baum Blvd.  Layne's Chicken is famous for their hand breaded chicken.  While there, obviously had to give the tenders a taste.  They were so good- perfectly crispy.  Their golden crinkle cut fries and Texas toast are a staple that come with a meal.  The fries are crispy and crunchy.  The Texas toast is a nice touch!  They have a variety of sauces, but I fell in love with their Layne's sauce.  They also serve gourmet milkshakes that are delightful.  Tried the Oreo- it was so good, the consistently was perfect! Super friendly and fast service! There are a few locations popping up throughout Pittsburgh- so be sure to be on the lookout and try Layne's!

Grilled Chicken Wrap

I was in Bloomfield looking to try a different place. Found Layne's on Baum Blvd, And gave it a try. Layne's is a Texas based chicken franchise newer to the area. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and fries. The wrap was good. The grilled chicken was marinated in some kind of sauce. The wrap was smaller than I expected. Fries were very good. Service was good.

This place is just like the name - bomb!! I visited after realizing that 98K was closed and this…read morewas such a great choice! Located in north o, it is located next to all the other shops and restaurants in the area. Street parking only but it shouldn't be difficult to find a spot nearby. My group ordered a ton of different chicken options. What we ordered is on the last pic but our favorite was either the whole fried chicken or the spicy chicken wings. The space is small but has a couple 4 top/ bar seating. Food came out relatively quickly and the service was top notch. The boba selection was awesome, so many flavors and the tapioca itself was pretty QQ (for all my hardcore boba fans) and tasty. Although I just tried the chicken, the noodle soups on their menu looks authentic and delicious so I'll have to try them next time! Definitely check this place out. Quality local fried chicken shop!!

The inside is fairly small with a few chairs along the long table attached to the front window and two tables with four chairs each. There's some more space in the back but that seemed to be used for storage and whatnot. We got the strawberry lemon and passionfruit green teas and both were refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. We also tried out their wings and fried chicken. I am more of a wing sauce versus a dry rub person and while all the flavors of our wings were tasty, the sweet chili chicken and soy and garlic sauces really hit the spot for me! The chicken was perfectly crispy and while I love 98k Hamburger, it is less oily than their chicken which can be nice. The regular fried chicken is a bit less seasoned than that of 98k so really it's up to you and your preference. Our food came out fairly quickly and it was obvious the chicken was piping hot and fresh. The staff was super nice and checked in on us at appropriate intervals and genuinely wanted our feedback
