Mr. Chic Fil A himself better be coming because this is ridiculous. For the amount of money that this restaurant makes, there has to be a better way to do this. They refused service to me and my mom because we had a dog (which is a service dog) we showed our dogs identification as a service dog but they still refused service unless we ate outside but it was hot and humid outside and we wanted to sit in a booth and eat lunch together. Gosh. Hopefully I'll learn to just go to the Cranberry location, as this one is awful. The food is always sub-par, and the service at 8:30am in the drive through on August 22nd was abhorrent. The girl with glasses and braids was unbelievably rude. She kept yelling, "huh?" and making rude faces when we tried to customize some of the items. So I review this as I'm sitting in the restaurant. This is in connection to my first review 2 years ago. I've actually met the the owner operator since I moved to PA in 2017. He's a great person, but the Wexford location food quality needs work. I try to give chance after chance because I've had CFA all my life being a southern girl. This has to be corrected. No matter how much business you get if the people you serve think this is the best quality of CFA there's a problem. Other locations have surpassed expectations , especially breakfast. Very slow service for 10am. There were 2 other people in store and a slow drive thru, yet every order was in the red. I'm not sure if it was a short staffed day, but I could audibly hear the back of the house staff say they outright weren't paying attention to the orders continually stacking up. I did receive a coupon to get something off on my next visit, but it will never be this location again. read more

While I was delivering a DoorDash order to a lady in gibsonia which was 27 minutes away from Wexford I ordered 5 piece chicken nuggets and a large Coke Zero using my points one my chick fil a app and the pirates double play reward. When I got to the restaurant Noreen told me they threw out my food because I ordered it an hour ago and it was sitting there for 40 minutes and I asked if they could remake it and she said not free of charge that I would have to get in line and pay for my nuggets and my drink out of pocket after they threw my food away that I used my points and pirates double play reward for after 40 minutes. This male staff member said he agreed with Noreen because it shouldn't have to come out of the owner's pocket. MY FOOD AND DRINK WAS FREE SINCE I ISED MY POINTS AND DOUBLE PLAY PIRATES REWARD. There's children starving in 3rd world countries plus on top of that things happen like traffic and construction. The day before this happened I ordered before I left my house 2 of the new limited time sandwiches. Mind you I live 53 minutes away in plum and my food was on the shelf when I got there 53 minutes after I ordered. I don't press I'm in the pickup area until I'm physically in the store. The people are always very polite and the service is fast. The food is the best chicken I've ever had. I've been going to this location since they opened a few years ago. Today I stopped by with my son after my cancer treatment nearby. I didn't say anything but the cashier saw my sons visitor pass and asked him if we had just come from the hospital that is on the same road. He says "no, I was with my mom getting her cancer treatment". I didn't think anything more of it. At the end of ordering she was having trouble getting a total and twice said "just one second" I told her we were in no hurry. Eventually she called over a manager and whispered to her what she was having a problem with. The manager took over and then the girl at the till said "your meal is on us". I was astonished. I thanked them profusely and I swear I almost started crying. It wasn't about the money, but the kindness. It was just so thoughtful. read more

As you probably already know, Chick-fil-A restaurant sells chicken-based products such as chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and chicken salads as well as sides such as French fries and macaroni and cheese, treats such as milkshakes, and drinks such as lemonade and tea. At this location, I went through the drive-thru. The line was several cars long, which actually is not that long for Chick-fil-A given its popularity, and about four employees were standing outside to quickly take customers' orders. The employees were polite, and my food was handed over within a couple of minutes. At home, I enjoyed the taste of my chicken strips, fruit cup, and diet lemonade, and my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, French fries, and sweet tea. The honey mustard and Polynesian dips also tasted good. The only slight problem that I had was that an employee substituted my French fries with the fruit cup when I wanted both. I just had to steal half of my husband's fries! read more

This is an excellent Chick-Fil-A! I'm from Atlanta, so I know my Chick-Fil-As. I've been to one million of them. Comparatively, this one is excellent. Here's why I say this: 1) It's really big. There's a huge parking lot. It's landscaped outside. It's very clean. It's well laid-out, with lots of booths and tables. 2) Of course the service is great. I also asked for a simple "Sweetened iced tea", and I got an iced tea with STRONG lemon. I come here very frequently and I cannot count how many times I ate my salad with no dressing. My wife and I stopped by here on a Saturday afternoon to get lunch to go. We arrived a little after 1 PM to see the drive thru line backed up so we decided to go inside to order. Being a brand new building, everything inside was as immaculate as you will see in a fast food restaurant. The inside was extremely clean and this Chick-fil-a had some nicer features like a hand motion sensor garbage disposal. We ordered chicken strips and fries for lunch. The wait for our food was a little longer than what we are used to having with the Chick-fil-a in Cranberry, but yet it was still rather impressive given how new the location was and how busy it was on Saturday afternoon. The food here is solid as always with friendly staff. This is probably my favorite fast food restaurant and I'm very glad this location opened as it is now the closest one for me to get to. read more

This Chick-Fil-A recently opened a mile from our house. So convenient! My husband and I enjoy a stop here at least once a month to retrieve our item from the cow calender. So far, the food has been on point. The staff have been very friendly and a quick to answer any questions we may have. They review your order with you, make sure you have scanned your phone (if you have the app) and are efficient at getting food served very quickly. I'm a huge Chick-Fil-A fan to begin with, but this location is the best! The building is brand new and is always clean. The staff members are kind, friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied. My friend and I went to get lunch a few weeks ago, and although we didn't think the wait was very long, we had an employee (manager, maybe?) come over and apologize for the wait and gave us some coupons to use on our next visit. For me, Chick-Fil-A has set the gold standard for what fat food dining should be. The food is always great, the restaurants are always clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This new location in Wexford follows through with those ideas. This may, in fact the best Chick-Fil-A I have ever visited. For starters, it's nice to not have to drive through the ridiculous snarl of Cranberry, PA traffic only to have to battle it out again at that area's location. The Wexford location has a double drive-thru and more than ample parking. I've yet to see the drive-thru come anywhere close to the craziness that the Cranberry location creates daily. The inside of this Chick-Fil-A is immaculate and looks different from all the others I've visited. Instead of the ordering station being in the center and towards the back of the restaurant, this one is right up front as you walk in with a huge dining room to the right. There's even an extra condiment station in the center of the dining room in addition to the one close by to the cashiers. The tables are really nice, and I like the suspended light fixtures, which gives the place a modern yet inviting touch. The food is terrific. If you love Chick-Fil-A, you'll continue to love it here. The staff here is perfect, always friendly and looking like they're enjoying their work and having a good time. They'll always go above and beyond for the customer to make their dining experience as great as it can be. The other day I stopped by to pick up an order I placed on their mobile app (which is also fantastic, by the way) and there was a short wait for the fries as quite a few people had come through and placed some orders and they needed to make fresh batches of fries. It took about three to five minutes to wait, which was more than acceptable. Upon opening my bag when I got home, I saw that they had placed a card for a free eight pack of nuggets or three chicken strips for the wait. Totally unnecessary, but this is exactly the sort of great customer care that Chick-Fil-A employs that easily gets people to come back. Needless to say, I'm a regular here and basically have been since this location opened. So if you're in the area and don't want to deal with the craziness of Cranberry, there's always plenty of room here. Great food, great service. It's Chick-Fil-A and you love it. read more

First visit missing kid meal today feb23 cup carrier spilled our 2 drinks spilled all over the car floor .. thanks chic-fil

i come to this chick fila every now and then when i have the extra money, because it really is expensive, but this time has honestly been the worst ive dealt with. me and my friend ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches with extra pepper jack cheese, and we got them as meals. with the drink we ordered a white peach sweet tea. both meals were exactly the same. when handed our drinks, i was surprised because we ordered and paid for large meals, however our drinks were a small. i pulled away and we called the store confused, and she proceeded to say they only come in one size. if i knew that then i would have honestly ordered a different drink. no one told us it came in one size when i tried ordering a large. how am i supposed to eat a large meal with a drink thats a small? next, BOTH sandwiches came with EXTRA AMERICAN CHEESE. my friend nor my like american cheese, thats why we ordered pepper jack cheese. now, usually i wouldnt mind, but we didnt notice until we got home, which is a 30 minute drive, and so the cheese was already melted and unable to be picked off. we did not even eat our sandwiches because this just isnt what we ordered. when i tried calling the store asking what could be done about this they went "we will tell our hospitality manager and she will contact you within 48 hours" 48 hours is approaching so i call again, "we have to tell our hospitality manager" at this point its infuriating me because its been two days and i wasnt even able to eat my meal, and now i am not able to get compensated for my wrong meal. finally, this hospitality manager calls me and asks me for my address so they can send me something in the mail. i dont want anything in the mail. i want a refund at this point. i tell her that and she says yeah no problem and asks me to send her my receipt which i do. she then proceeds to tell me thst because it was a cash transaction she cant do a refund and proceeds to ask for my address again. i dont want a gift card, the chances of me coming back are low and i want a refund. dont bother calling when something is wrong with your meal, because they will take forever to even do anything about it. check your food before you leave. i paid 23 dollars for a wrong meal. chick fila is too expensive to be messing around like this and not fixing the problem. read more
