Oh I as a father thought it tasted great! My son who is six years old loved the fries as did his four year old brother. He wouldn't try the chicken but that's just because he is a picky eater. I thought the chicken tasted good and had good natural flavor. My wife is the one who placed the order and she said the guy taking the order was very helpful. Just visited this new spot downtown today for lunch and was SO impressed. The flavor of the breading on the chicken is so bomb that you honestly don't even need sauce. BUT if you want sauce you can't go wrong. The mango habenero and mild sauces were bomb. I ordered the garden salad with crispy chicken and had mild sauce and ranch. It was the perfect lunch bite! I also ordered a side of Mac and cheese and added some mild sauce to spice it up. It was SUPER cheesy. My group split the fried Oreos and they were the perfect dessert bite to share because it came with 6! When first arrived, the service was terrible. I wasn't even told where to order I was constantly skipped in line because I wasn't in the right spot and wasn't bothered to be told. Then I ordered a large combo with fries and was given a small drink while I waited for my order. When I mentioned it to them I was given attitude. I also asked for ranch with my order he said to ask for it when I got my food. I then went outside and my date came in and ordered. He ordered a large combo with what he thought was a side of Mac and cheese cause we were sharing my fries. My order was up and they didn't even bother to tell me while we were sitting outside. I got my order and my fries were ice cold. Then my date got his order and had fries instead of Mac and cheese that he ordered. I never got my ranch so my date asked for it for me. He gave it to him with more attitude. Then when my date said something about not getting his Mac and cheese and that his order was wrong the "manager" called him a thief and that he was trying to get free food. Mind u they knew we had never been to this establishment and didn't know anything about the menu because we told them when we first came in. My date and the manger had words. My date stepped outside and we started eating our food and talking about the bad service we were experiencing. He then went in and asked for his own ranch because they don't even have ketchup for fries they give u nothing for them. And they became even more rude. Said I already gave u one. My date said no that was for my girls order and I want one for my own order. They gave him extreme attitude and then handed him something that wasn't ranch on purpose. My date went back in and said this isn't ranch can I get ranch please. The manager started yelling and screaming at him in the restaurant. My date walked away. Came back outside and we were eating our food.. talking more about how unbearable this experience was..Then out of nowhere the "manager" came outside screaming flailing his arms around screaming in our faces and spitting all over my meal that I just paid for. Literally threatening him saying he was going to fuck him up and beat the shit out of him. Telling him to get up and fight him. I have never been to a place with worse service and such terrible employees and management. I went into the restaurant and told them I wanted a refund for the food that was just spit all over by one of their employees. Considering we just spent almost fifty dollars on food that was bad and that we were threatened over and that was spit all over. I wanted a refund for my food. They told me they'd get the manager... and many minutes went by while they were all standing around laughing at me and talking in their Indian language that only they could understand. I finally said where is this manger and they pointed at the guy who came out and spit on my food and threatened us. For a manager to behave like that in a professional business and treat paying customers this way is indescribable and the worst experience dining I've ever had in the 35 years I've lived. I will be posting so many reviews of this place on every site I can find so other people do not have this same experience. Businesses depend on repeat customers... and their employees guaranteed I will never come back to another mad chickens as long as I live and that I will tell every single person I can about my experience there and just how completely insane and unprofessional this establishment is. Felt like I was literally in another world or country. Certainly not America. And by the way.. this was my dates and my 11 year anniversary dinner. Which was ruined. And so was our night. I have your business to thank for that. And I hope something is done to take care of their employees because the way this place is being run.. you won't have a business for very long. So if you want to be treated very rudely, talked about and laughed at in another language you don't understand, and feel like you are in another country where you are threatened while a paying customer, (mind you a paying customer for cold food that is not worth it and very expensive) definitely try it. We hit this place up for lunch while shopping. Kind of a unique experience for a food court eatery. First, don't stop here if you're in a hurry as everything is cooked to order. This makes for hot, fresh food but it also makes for standing around for 15 minutes. I had the "chicken madness" sandwich - 3 tenders plus cheese, lettuce, tomato, and some sauce on a burger-style bun. Combo included a drink and waffle fries. She had a combo but with a buffalo chicken wrap. The waffle fries were spectacular. Hot, crunchy, tasty. The sandwich was quite large. Chicken was good, the bun was OK but not at the peak of freshness. I didn't much care for the sauce on the sandwich but it wasn't drowning in it. Remember to ask for napkins and ketchup, it's not automatic. I blame myself for not paying close attention to the menu prices, as the receipt the cashier handed me just had my order number, date and time. Not what I ordered or what it cost. Then when the notification on my phone showed up a few minutes later from my credit card, it was $33 and change. The food was good, but wow. Average of $16 per chicken sandwich combo. If you say yes to a combo, you'll get a large. I wasn't on the ball enough to question it. OK, you got me, but you won't get a second chance. You think this is Upper St. Clair or something? 4 stars for the food, 2 stars for the semi-shady pricing and no receipt deal, averages out to 3 stars. read more

The food is sooooo good. I got the chicken and waffle and I don't know what they did to the waffle but OMG! the chicken is delish as well. Fried to the perfect crisp with flavor and still juicy. They have a container with what is assume to be 1 tablespoon of dressing, I asked for another and they said one was the limit and offered me ketchup or honey. I know why there was no line compared to the other food court eats. Chicken was nothing special and the waffle fries had been sitting a while and were soft. I got the 4 piece tender combo which includes waffle fries and drink. Any sauces cost extra. Not even 1 sauce is included.
