    Truffle fries

Little fancier than we expected but the food was good and service was steady. We sat at the bar. Our appetizer was the tuna poke nachos which reminded us of Coughlins Law crab Rangoon nachos but not as sweet. I got the truffle fries which I wish came with a sauce. My husband got the pasta which he said was good. Drinks were okay. Overall a little pricey for what you get but very nice place.

This place is doing a lot of things right. Their pricing is a little on the high end so the expectations are set to match. Their hostesses, bartenders and wait staff are incredible and address any issues quickly. Our waitress even chased us out to our car with our left behind credit card which was so appreciated. The drinks are good and there are nice draft beer options. We'd recommend adding an after dinner cocktail list with some amaros, cordials, and ports. The calamari app was cooked well but salty. The sauce provided was nondescript but welcome to help cut the saltiness. Toscano chicken had a very delicious grilled flavor and the whipped potatoes were perfectly prepared. The outside of the chicken was a little tough in spots due to the flame grilling. The swordfish was cooked perfectly and very moist. We were able to sub broccolini for the veggie and it was very good. For dessert, we had the pumpkin cheesecake that was super yummy and an espresso martini. We loved the fireplaces and the spacing between the tables. The lighting is very nice too. We'll definitely return in the future.

    French onion soup

On a cold winter day, I was craving French Onion soup. Someone on the Pittsburgh Foodies Facebook group recommended the French Onion soup at Wexford Public. I was greeted by the friendliest staff, sat immediately & the food came promptly. The service was excellent. I'm excited to explore the menu. I would say this is the equivalent of an upscale American diner.

We went to Wexford Public for our anniversary dinner and had such a great experience. We made a reservation for 5:30 PM and were surprised it was not overly busy when we arrived, but by the time we left, the place was packed. Our waitress was wonderful. She knew it was our first time there and that we were celebrating, and she truly made it a special experience. She even surprised us with a free dessert for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also loved their mocktail selection, which had some great options. We started with the pretzel, and it was huge and so good. I had the ravioli for dinner, and it was a big portion and absolutely delicious. I am a big fan of Wexford Public and would definitely return in the future.

We had a late Sunday dinner at Wexford Public tonight. It's located where Stacked, a poor burger and beer place used to be located. The dining room has been attractively renovated, being quiet, and with nice big fireplaces. The menu is nicely diversified, with numerous apps, soups, salads, flatbreads, and mains. We had the Cuban flatbread and the cheese and pepper ravioli. The food was excellent, as was the service. There's a very nice wine list, with good quality and fair prices. We'll definitely return.

Solid experience. Emily was wonderful as a server. Environment is pleasant. Ordered the 16oz bone in strip on special. Steak needed a bit more seasoning, but demi was tasty. Whipped potatoes were smooth. Dessert was "tower sundae." It's 2 scoops of ice cream with a tray of toppings. It made us snail and laugh as we ate. Solid 4 stars.

I recently stopped here with my MIL for an early dinner. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the place had plenty of seating, and a nice large bar. The prices were a bit higher than I was expecting, but they offered a lot of seafood and high end options, so I guess that adds up. We shared cheese sticks as an appetizer, which were very good. The marinara sauce was awesome, seemed homemade. I got a salad with steak, which was also very good. Would go again, better prepared for the cost of the bill.

This restaurant is amazing! Fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Our server Nicki, was attentive and explained the menu in detail. Really enjoyed the sliders, meatballs, homemade chips, Cuban sandwich with special Cuban bread and foie Gras. Creative cocktails in a comfortable setting with a fireplace. Highly recommend!

Wexford public was a great find! It has a great environment and friendly staff. The food was awesome, the steak was cooked perfectly and the fries were incredibly crispy! The French onion soup was the perfect add on as well with rich flavors and a great portion! This place is a must try!

I had a second great lunch at Wexford Public yesterday. I really really like the menu at this place, it's diverse, and it's unique, and there are always at least 10 different things that are appealing to me on the menu. They also do some very interesting specials, things you may not find in other places, such as foie gras! I ended up actually having the same thing that I had the first time I visited because it was so good, although like I said there were probably eight other things that I would've wanted. I had the chard Spanish octopus, which comes with a ancho chili sauce, making it just a touch spicy. That was my appetizer and then I had their Ybor, which is their authentic Cuban sandwich. And when I say authentic, it is truly authentic because they ordered their bread from the company in Ybor city in FLA. their onion rings are amazing if you like onion rings. Plus you get a huge amount. The Cuban sandwich is really large... And I say that because I can typically eat a lot and I normally will finish an entire sandwich myself at another restaurant, but here I end up, taking half of the Cuban and half of the onion rings home. They had some great holiday cocktails on their menu, including two different espresso martinis a regular one and then one with I think peppermint. I ended up having a winter solstice, because they also have a nice beer, tap selection. I have only tried this place for lunch, and the bartender. Let me know that there are different specials at dinner time. He showed me the dinner menu as well. I think last night Chilean Seabass was one of the specials. It's a clean modern looking restaurant inside and there is a fireplace on the bar side. Both times I was there. The bartenders were very friendly, and they had more time to chat because it was a slower time of day. But I would definitely return and I would like to have dinner there sometime. There is easy parking in the shopping center lot. You cannot see this place from route 19, but it is basically behind the AHN hospital.

    Coffee and chocolate dessert

Visited this place after finding on Yelp. Was very impressed by the atmosphere! Can't wait to visit in the summer when they open the big doors by the bar. Great specials! The crab cake was one of the best I've ever had! Service was great. I guess it's family owned which is nice to support. The chocolate cake for dessert was amazing!! And coffee was great too! Will definitely be coming back!!

    Pumpkin cheesecake

Wow! This meal was incredible! It seems that most places in the Cranberry-Wexford area are chain, so this is a nice, different addition! Chic interior and great service. The food: Octopus - yum, yum, YUM! It had a Mediterranean flavor profile -- plenty of octopus on top of hummus, olive oil, and topped with a lovely herby chimichurri. This was SO good. The octopus texture was perfect. French onion soup - delicious. Everything you love about a good bowl of cheesy, oniony soup. My wife loved her cacio e pepe ravioli and carrots. I had the swordfish. This swordfish was better than what I had at Off the Hook, which was also delicious. The char added a depth of flavor to a very meaty swordfish. I loved the capers, shallot, lemon, and butter sauce. My plate was clean when I was done. We ended the night with the pumpkin cheesecake. Absolutely delicious. It was Fall in a bite. It was everything you love about pumpkin. The pumpkin seed cluster was the chef's kiss! Go here, folks! You won't be disappointed! What a nice addition to the Wexford scene, and a place I'll be back to again... and again!

    Huge portion of fries

Service was great and the food was both plentiful and delicious. I've never seen a bigger portion of fries! The fireplace was toasty for a winter night and added to the ambiance. Highly recommend!

We love the Tepache in Fox Chapel and were excited to try the location in Cranberry. So happy to…read morereport that it is just as delicious and fun as their sister location. The ambience was colorful and loud, and the service was great. Our server Fernando was so kind and lovely. He won my heart by bringing refills without us having to even ask for them, which is a big check in the plus column for me. He was also very sweet to my daughter, whose 1st birthday was the reason for our celebration dinner. All of the food was top tier as always.
