I often get cravings for sushi and decided to splurge and come by myself on a Saturday around lunch and it was a wonderful experience! I was seated in a booth so I could also get some work done while I ate. My server was very attentive throughout my meal and the food came out very quickly and you can tell it was all very fresh and made to order which really sets it apart from buffets. In terms of the restaurant interior, it was large and very nicely decorated. That seems like about what you might expect for a restaurant in the North Hills. In terms of the food, everything was fine but not extraordinary. The edamame and miso soup were perfectly reasonable starters. The kani salad was nicely done, with a nice crunch and good flavor, including a little spice. The sushi rolls were fine. We intentionally ordered fairly standard rolls rather than the special rolls, and they were exactly what you would expect. There's a new(er) AYCE sushi spot in the Pittsburgh area called Let's Sushi! There's plenty of parking in a parking lot in front. The inside has plenty of tables and booths and would be good for groups. I also saw people picking up takeout orders as well. Their menu is extensive with plenty of great options. Everything is made to order and our food came out quickly! Our server Jess was wonderful and gave us several recommendations. This is one of my family's faves! Although it's called let's sushi they actually have a huge menu of made to order Japanese food including hibachi, udon, lo mein and more! My husband got a cocktail and really enjoyed it. Everything was so fresh and they bring it out as soon as it's ready so your food isn't sitting around under a warmer. The best option for AYCE sushi in the Pittsburgh area, by far!! It's a little pricier than others at $35 for dinner but it's so worth it. Such an extensive menu and everything we ordered was delicious! Some of my group of 5's favorites were the mango salmon, tiger roll, super alaska roll, crazy yellowtail roll (my favorite), beef hibachi, gyoza, sesame balls, and green tea ice cream for dessert! We all noticed that the rolls weren't drowned in sauce like other places tend to do, but instead highlighted the freshness of the ingredients. As for ambiance, the restaurant was very nicely decorated and tables felt private, the bathrooms were clean. It wasn't too loud inside which my group appreciated. The service was also great. So needing some sushi on a Friday and always looking at Yelp for new places to try. Glad we did. I'm always concerned that AYCE quality would suffer. NOPE We came in at 5 no waiting by the time we left the place was full. Honestly I can see why. The food was flying out and even when busy the food was fast to table. We went hungry we tried many different dishes. Some were special the salmon sashimi on point and fresh "like butter". Rolls too many to discuss. I enjoyed the Red Dragon, but the Angry Dragon not so much. We also had a couple of apps given the AYCE options I say try what you normally wouldn't. We got the steak Hibachi and the steak was tender and vegetables were perfect companion. Want to mention the staff on point and very attentive. So happy this new "all you can eat" sushi joint moved into the neighborhood. I stopped in for lunch today and was quickly directed to my table. The entire place is so nice, makes you feel like you're eating in a super fancy restaurant. Some of the finest bathrooms I've ever seen as well. The lunch menu was vast, several things to choose from. Items ranged from fried appetizers, hibachi items, fried rice, noodles, and of course, sushi. For my first course, I ordered a 'Tiger Roll' and a 'Crazy Yellowtail Roll'. Also put in an order of crab Rangoon and an order of the snapper nigiri. Food arrived in a few minutes. Both rolls were delicious. Crab Rangoon was hot and tasty. Snapper nigiri was fresh. For my second order, I went with the Tobiko sushi, a spicy tuna hand roll, steamed shrimp dumplings, Takoyaki (fried octopus dough ball things), and the grilled chicken skewers. Everything was great. Food was good quality. Ended the lunch with a serving of their green tea ice cream which was tasty. Overall, highly impressed. Completely blows other "all you can eat" sushi places out of the water. The price was very reasonable ($21 each for lunch) and the menu was very expansive with everything on the menu being part of the cost. She explained the "rules" of the menu well (2 hours of dining, all you can eat, if you leave several pieces on your plate there is an up charge) and we ordered things a few at a time so we wouldn't over do it. While some items came out relatively quickly, some items were very slow, which cut into our dining time a bit. I'm not sure how strict they are on the 2 hours but we definitely came close to that timing and that was largely due to waiting on food. The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Stopped by on a road trip. For those in the know, this place is Vegas-like AYCE. Dishes come out as they are made so no long waits. The fish and rolls were fresh and tasty with a pretty decent selection. They do offer sashimi unlike some ayce places. The only knock we had was that the rolls and nigiri were heavier on the rice than we prefer. For me, I just split my sushi rice ball with sashimi so it was all good. We immediately ordered drinks and were informed specially rolls can take 20 or so minutes so we ordered appetizers with the drinks. After the drinks arrived we ordered two specialty rolls and after the appetizers came out we ordered two more rolls and then dessert. My husband and I went to Let's Sushi for dinner on a Wednesday night. There were plenty of open tables and we were at a booth. The server greeted us with a smile and she was very helpful as this was our first visit. After reading the other reviews here, we opted to order the specialty roll right away so we could have some other items while waiting for it's arrival. While waiting for our specialty roll, we ordered a spicy tuna roll, a boston roll, salmon roe, and tuna sashimi. My husband also ordered the steak hibachi and a vegetable udon soup. The rolls were very good, stuffed with ingredients and very flavorful. So often a spicy tuna roll isn't spicy at all, but this roll had some distinct spice and both tasted very fresh. The salmon roe was also very fresh and he hibachi and soup were delicious. The tuna sashimi was the best I've had in the Pittsburgh area. Nice thick slices of tuna, chilled perfectly and very flavorful. I just love tuna sashimi and will order it every time I go for sushi. This is likely the best I've ever had. Our specialty roll came out about 20 minutes after we ordered it. We opted for the Pittsburgh roll. I'll admit it wasn't as good as I expected. There wasn't much flavor, even though it had 3 different fish. I couldn't taste any of the fish or any of the sauces either. The deep-fried portion, was more like lightly cooked as the outer batter was very light in color and a bit spongy. We were very impressed with the amount of items available on the AYCE option. Literally everything on the menu is part of the AYCE except for drinks. This includes appetizers, salads and desserts. Our server came back to check on us often so we could put additional requests in throughout our meal. The items that weren't specialty rolls came out quickly and we felt very comfortable with the pace of the ordering. We didn't try any of the desserts as it was my birthday and we had cake at home. Overall, this place is a great new spot in the Northern Pittsburgh area. If you're a fan of sushi, but have a partner or friend who isn't, this is a great place to go that satisfies everyone. Our first experience at Lets sushi was a takeout. I wasn't too thrilled about their clear soup. It didn't taste like it usually does at sushi spots. I did appreciate the togo square box used. We thought we would dine in the second time, but to our surprise, it was an all-you-can-eat when we returned a few months later. We sat down and the waitress explained it was an all you can eat, but any leftovers would be charged, but she didn't say how much. We proceeded to only order what we thought we could eat, but we were left with about one sushi roll left. They charged us $2 per piece for the leftovers. I highly doubt we will return. read more

We had some sashimi, specialty rolls, ragoons and tempura shrimp. We wanted to try some hibachi, but we were pretty full. The menu does say there will be an à la carte charge for excess food waste, so we didn't want to see if they hold you up to that if you order too much lol. Our server was excellent. He explained the terms to us and checked back regularly for us to order more items and see how things were going. It was crowded the whole time. At one point, they turned the music up a little and it was all high energy Friday night songs (it was the weekend). It seems like a very popular spot to go.
