When you order in advance, your order is all packaged up and ready on a shelf on the side counter right inside the door which makes it easy to grab. The only downside is that it could be easy to accidently grab someone else's order. Hopefully if that ever happens they are able to easily remedy it. It is easy to order what you want and the staff is friendly and amenable to you asking questions or asking for modifications. I did notice they tried to upsell a little bit (asking about wanting to make it a combo and asking about adding extras like bacon or extra meat). Not a big deal, but they also don't clearly state that if you do do that, there will be an upcharge. Hopefully no one is surprised at the end when cashing out. I love that you can get any of the subs as a bowl. I'm not anti bread or choose to eat low carb, but sometimes it is more appealing for me to eat it in a bowl like a salad so I like that it is easy to do that here. The person who brought our order to the car apologized for the wait, but it wasn't their fault. The pickup time was 3:15 and we just got there early. The order was delivered right on time. The only thing I'll add because I know Jersey Mike's reads the reviews is the napkins. This isn't a knock on Jersey Mike's. It's just to let them know they need to be a little more cost conscious. For a regular and a mini sub, we got a total of (yes, I actually counted them) 22 napkins! I won't waste them, but Jersey Mike's might want to know they're losing money where they shouldn't be. Again, I'm not complaining about this, just trying to help them be a profitable business.
