This is a well run, well kept location of the popular chain restaurant. I've done online orders through this location and have ordered in person and the experiences have all been positive. When you order in advance, your order is all packaged up and ready on a shelf on the side counter right inside the door which makes it easy to grab. The only downside is that it could be easy to accidently grab someone else's order. Hopefully if that ever happens they are able to easily remedy it. It is easy to order what you want and the staff is friendly and amenable to you asking questions or asking for modifications. I did notice they tried to upsell a little bit (asking about wanting to make it a combo and asking about adding extras like bacon or extra meat). Not a big deal, but they also don't clearly state that if you do do that, there will be an upcharge. Hopefully no one is surprised at the end when cashing out. I love that you can get any of the subs as a bowl. I'm not anti bread or choose to eat low carb, but sometimes it is more appealing for me to eat it in a bowl like a salad so I like that it is easy to do that here. Ingredients are fresh and everything I've ordered has been tasty. The restaurant is brightly lit, clean and well maintained. As is the parking lot around it. Had to share the Jersey Mike's experience with my granddaughter, so on the way home from picking her up from work, I stopped by to pick up a curbside order that I'd ordered on their app. I got the Club Supreme again (turkey, roast beef, and bacon), but this time I ordered the "mini." It's not so mini! I got the Famous Philly for my granddaughter ("regular" size). I was going to try the Famous Philly, but it doesn't come in the "mini" size. Sadly, none of their hot subs do. I lost my stomach to cancer, so I can't eat much in a single sitting, and hot sandwiches never taste the same when reheated. My sub was good, and my granddaughter (who is an extremely picky eater) said she liked hers. Trust me, she would have let me know if she didn't. The service was excellent again as well. The person who brought our order to the car apologized for the wait, but it wasn't their fault. The pickup time was 3:15 and we just got there early. The order was delivered right on time. The only thing I'll add because I know Jersey Mike's reads the reviews is the napkins. This isn't a knock on Jersey Mike's. It's just to let them know they need to be a little more cost conscious. For a regular and a mini sub, we got a total of (yes, I actually counted them) 22 napkins! I won't waste them, but Jersey Mike's might want to know they're losing money where they shouldn't be. This place is terrific. The staff is warm and welcoming, but they also work quickly and efficiently! During the lunch rush, they are slicing and seasoning and serving in a rapid fashion, but with lots of smiles! They also kept the food prep areas impressively clean as they worked. When I visited, there were a LOT of online togo orders, and also a steady stream of in person customers. But, every order was filled quickly. The place has a small "very sub shop" dining area, and smells amazing! This Jersey Mike's Subs is also nestled between two other restaurants, so the "plaza" itself is a great place if you're feeding a group of people with different food preferences. read more

Awful, absolutely awful, horrible pick up service I am so glad I paid $15 for a tortilla soaked in mayonnaise Ordered a veggie wrap with extra cheese, received nothing but a tortilla with mayonnaise, NO CHEESE AT ALL, no veggies, when I not only paid for the veggie wrap which is cheese and veggies but paid $1.55 extra for extra cheese. Asked for vinegar on the side, guess what was not in the bag - yep, the side of vinegar. $15 with a tip to get a tortilla and mayo, if this is your store, you should be ashamed. And just to add insult to injury, this is the 2nd time this has happened in two weeks, thought I was overreacting last time, gave them a second try, and this is how I was thanked for my repeat business. read more

Ordered online, food was not on the shelf. Walked in and waited without any acknowledgement, even though the women who walked in after us was immediately asked if she was there for a pick up. They told her they were currently working on her order. Waited to see if we would also be asked but was never acknowledged. Maybe they didn't realize she walked in after us but they totally ignored us. Was going to leave a tip but they lost it with the disrespectful attitude. My sister then stated, "guess I'll go wait in line." Only 1 person ahead of her, placing his order. An employee was on the phone, then a female employee asked if she could help her. The same employee who asked the other customer if she was here for a pick up. She got our order and the order was correct and the food was good quality, that's why 3 stars were left instead of 1. The rude, disrespectful attitude was not appreciated. They may have been busy with phone orders but there were only 4 customers in the store, someone sitting and eating, the guy who placed his order, the woman waiting for her online order and us. Not overly busy to ignore customers. I do not typically pull the race card, but it was very obvious since the woman behind us was Caucasian and we are asian. Some people mistake us for hispanic at times. Mind you we are US born with no accents. Will not be returning to this location. Beware if you're a minority. read more

I had the big kahuna it was freshly made. The vegetables were fresh and the way they put that I want my sandwich. They help me a lot. They put the mayo on the side tomatoes on the side so it wouldn't get all soggy. I highly recommend going to Jersey Mike's. Their food is fresh and delicious and the people that work there are amazing. They listen and it was a great experience.
