When you order in advance, your order is all packaged up and ready on a shelf on the side counter right inside the door which makes it easy to grab. The only downside is that it could be easy to accidently grab someone else's order. Hopefully if that ever happens they are able to easily remedy it. It is easy to order what you want and the staff is friendly and amenable to you asking questions or asking for modifications. I did notice they tried to upsell a little bit (asking about wanting to make it a combo and asking about adding extras like bacon or extra meat). Not a big deal, but they also don't clearly state that if you do do that, there will be an upcharge. Hopefully no one is surprised at the end when cashing out. I love that you can get any of the subs as a bowl. I'm not anti bread or choose to eat low carb, but sometimes it is more appealing for me to eat it in a bowl like a salad so I like that it is easy to do that here. Ingredients are fresh and everything I've ordered has been tasty. The restaurant is brightly lit, clean and well maintained. As is the parking lot around it. It's not so mini! I got the Famous Philly for my granddaughter ("regular" size). I was going to try the Famous Philly, but it doesn't come in the "mini" size. Sadly, none of their hot subs do. I lost my stomach to cancer, so I can't eat much in a single sitting, and hot sandwiches never taste the same when reheated. My sub was good, and my granddaughter (who is an extremely picky eater) said she liked hers. Trust me, she would have let me know if she didn't. The service was excellent again as well. The person who brought our order to the car apologized for the wait, but it wasn't their fault. The pickup time was 3:15 and we just got there early. The order was delivered right on time. The only thing I'll add because I know Jersey Mike's reads the reviews is the napkins. This isn't a knock on Jersey Mike's. It's just to let them know they need to be a little more cost conscious. For a regular and a mini sub, we got a total of (yes, I actually counted them) 22 napkins! I won't waste them, but Jersey Mike's might want to know they're losing money where they shouldn't be. Again, I'm not complaining about this, just trying to help them be a profitable business.

They are all comfortable and spacious with seats that will work with any body type. They have a pretty large drink menu with some fun and creative options (and of course you could always order something not on the menu). The food menu has their featured chicken, pizza, salads and entrees such as pasta. I don't know the secret to their breading, but is is crispy and packed with flavor and the chicken is juicy and tender. Portion size is great and everything I've ever ordered has been tasty. The one downside is that with the high ceilings and nothing to dampen sound, it can get really loud . Not so loud you can't hear the other people at your table or anything, but noisier than most places that are a sit down restaurant. A wonderful spot for a tasty meal!

The owner picks and chooses the customers who he likes and doesn't like. The staff tends to be rude to customers if you try to ask questions about anything. If you decide to visit this location, be prepared for a not so pleasant experience. One thing I forgot to mention is if you try to complain about something that you don't like, the owner turns into a child throwing a temper tantrum.
