Today, they were a well oiled machine. It was the peak of lunch on a Saturday. There were a lot of people eating and in drive through but I had nearly no wait. And the food was all hot and delicious. Unfortunately this was not a great experience for me. After spending a few hours at the park I wanted an iced coffee. I swung through the drive thru at this location. It took entirely too long and on top of that my "coffee" was basically drinking coffee flavored creamer. I have ordered French vanilla iced coffee at other McDonald's locations and have enjoyed them so it's not that I just didn't like it, it was not made right. read more

Zero stars if I could. Everyone who works there should be fired. I've been in line for 30 mins in the drive through and not one car moved. I don't think they were making food or taking orders for at least 30 minutes. Two ppl got out of line and jumped the curb to get out of there without ordering. Looking in from the drive through window no one was doing much of anything. We didn't get all of our food we paid for either. Stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast. I placed a mobile order through the drive thru. I pulled into the 2nd lane as there were no cars, where the first line had 2. They proceeded to take the orders of both cars in the first lane and then took mine afterwards. Not a big deal but I would expect them to alternate through the lanes. The breakfast sandwiches were ok. I got an egg McMuffin and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The McMuffin was a little burnt for my liking and the biscuit was decent. Not my best trip to this location but definitely not my worst either. I'll be back when I need a quick meal on the go. read more

My past few visits here were not very good. This mcdonalds has a kiosk where you can order and pay. I tried it, I hated it. So on my next visit I went to the counter to order with the cashier. The employees kept trying to get me to use the kiosk after I told them multiple times I did not want to. Finally the lady started taking my order. I order my 3 year old a kids meal with chocolate milk, which is her usual. Well today my kid decides she wants tea as soon as I say milk. So I tell the lady oh no tea instead not chocolate milk. She then tells me to please be sure I know what I want when I order next time. I was shocked. Is it really that hard to press a button and change it while I am still ordering. I worked in a resturant for ten years and this happened to me daily where someone changed their drink order. So we order and we're standing there. Well I did not know that apparently they bring you your food which I was rudely told after standing at the counter for a few minutes. We sit at the table and a guy walks out yelling our order. I stand up and he says, next time make sure you put your number on the table so we know where we're brining food. Meanwhile, I didn't have a number to put on the table and had no idea about it. Everything broken, the drive through said they were only serving ice cream for another 10 minutes and then could only accepting cash. This dump is in startling need of new employees! And as Joe Pesci put it in Lethal Weapon 2, "you get f---ed in the drive through!" The idiot taking orders couldn't find a quarter pounder in the cash register user menu, which probably explains why I was charged for a lesser sandwich that was NOT WHAT I WANTED!!!! The only reason I stopped by this very dark dump was I was in the vicinity and wanted to try the Bacon quarter pounder. I PAID FOR IT, I DID NOT GET IT IN MY ORDER. Sat in the drive thru for a half an hour because they said their system was updating and it should take 5 minutes. Just to drive around and see they're all just standing around and then try to hide from the windows. These are the people that want $15 an hour... for years now they always mess up my order or just completely leave things out. Today I passed through the drive thru and unfortunately I had very poor service. The supervisor was very rude when I brought to her attention that my sandwich was made with onions when I had asked for only ketchup. They at first refused to remake my meal. So, politely I offered to just take my money back and go elsewhere. Following this they finally agreed to remake it. The hostility made me nervous about eating the food at all based on their response to the issue so I threw the sandwich away anyways. If you want McDonald's I'd recommend making the extra 10 minute drive and eat at the one just north of this location on 51. I was very polite but direct with my concern. In conclusion, I'll give this McDonald's 2 stars giving them the benefit of the doubt they at least have decent timing if only they could be polite and make a sandwich correctly. Working in the food industry myself it's obvious that management should never argue with a customer unless it's absolutely necessary and in this case it was not. I would not recommend eating here. There's plenty of good restaurants close by! I'd be sure to dodge a bullet and just eat elsewhere! read more

The drive through leaves a lot to be desired. A big pet peeve is when you order a diet ant they dont confirm with a button punch on the lid. My order is realistically wrong 80% of the time.
