1:30 am on a Wednesday night and the food was hot and fresh. Good enough I took time out for this. Got the McDouble meal Was as it should be. Nuts were fresh and the small fry bag was STUFFED. Like I never seen except years gone by. Back in the day I swear McDonald's would try to stuff all they could in there. Lately you get limp dick bag of fries but not this time. I enjoyed opening my burger and not slathered in ketchup The Coke isn't as good as Brentwood. But good enough. read more

They keep giving me Diet Coke when I order regular coke and they don't cook their chicken fully so I get getting food poisoning. they also keep giving me poopy happy meal toys. I'm very disappointed in their service! read more

Today, they were a well oiled machine. It was the peak of lunch on a Saturday. There were a lot of people eating and in drive through but I had nearly no wait. And the food was all hot and delicious. Drinks weren't right, but that's small potatoes. Still a great experience. To all the staff working, thank you for your efforts today. read more

Unfortunately this was not a great experience for me. After spending a few hours at the park I wanted an iced coffee. I swung through the drive thru at this location. It took entirely too long and on top of that my "coffee" was basically drinking coffee flavored creamer. I have ordered French vanilla iced coffee at other McDonald's locations and have enjoyed them so it's not that I just didn't like it, it was not made right. read more

This is ridiculous I asked for burger fries and sauces when I finish speaking I get to the first window and pay now I'm at the second window I say are my sauces in here she says yes there at the bottom I will never go to McDonalds again I can't wait till the raisin canes I will go there or chick fa la read more

Zero stars if I could. Everyone who works there should be fired. I've been in line for 30 mins in the drive through and not one car moved. I don't think they were making food or taking orders for at least 30 minutes. Two ppl got out of line and jumped the curb to get out of there without ordering. Looking in from the drive through window no one was doing much of anything. We didn't get all of our food we paid for either. We should have checked out bag before driving off but it was getting so late after the long wait, we just had to get on the road. read more

Online orders have been right, so far I've had 12 orders. When the lobby is closed, the Had a big shout out and thank you to Serenity.. she makes this McDonald's the best in Pittsburgh area read more

Stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast. I placed a mobile order through the drive thru. I pulled into the 2nd lane as there were no cars, where the first line had 2. They proceeded to take the orders of both cars in the first lane and then took mine afterwards. Not a big deal but I would expect them to alternate through the lanes. The breakfast sandwiches were ok. I got an egg McMuffin and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The McMuffin was a little burnt for my liking and the biscuit was decent. Not my best trip to this location but definitely not my worst either. I'll be back when I need a quick meal on the go. read more

Good food but machines are always broken wanted to get a grimace shake total let down

My past few visits here were not very good. This mcdonalds has a kiosk where you can order and pay. I tried it, I hated it. So on my next visit I went to the counter to order with the cashier. The employees kept trying to get me to use the kiosk after I told them multiple times I did not want to. Finally the lady started taking my order. I order my 3 year old a kids meal with chocolate milk, which is her usual. Well today my kid decides she wants tea as soon as I say milk. So I tell the lady oh no tea instead not chocolate milk. She then tells me to please be sure I know what I want when I order next time. I was shocked. Is it really that hard to press a button and change it while I am still ordering. I worked in a resturant for ten years and this happened to me daily where someone changed their drink order. So we order and we're standing there. Well I did not know that apparently they bring you your food which I was rudely told after standing at the counter for a few minutes. We sit at the table and a guy walks out yelling our order. I stand up and he says, next time make sure you put your number on the table so we know where we're brining food. Meanwhile, I didn't have a number to put on the table and had no idea about it. All in all, I guess this location is trying to be "fancy." Drive thru is okay. read more

They get a one just for the matter fact, lying and saying they don't make milkshakes or any type of ice cream product at this location. Pleasant hill and west Mifflin McDonald's are terrible. read more

The ice cream machine is always "broken" or "out of ice cream" ...Never had this issue at other fast food places

Everything broken, the drive through said they were only serving ice cream for another 10 minutes and then could only accepting cash. Honestly, you have better odds of getting what you ordered if you dig through a dumpster. Otherwise, this location constantly gets their orders wrong and management will say that it's your fault. I just want my food read more

Excellent service at pickup window and staff bringing out food to lot. Most helpful and friendly staff of all the McDonald's I've been to.

This dump is in startling need of new employees! And as Joe Pesci put it in Lethal Weapon 2, "you get f---ed in the drive through!" The idiot taking orders couldn't find a quarter pounder in the cash register user menu, which probably explains why I was charged for a lesser sandwich that was NOT WHAT I WANTED!!!! The only reason I stopped by this very dark dump was I was in the vicinity and wanted to try the Bacon quarter pounder. I PAID FOR IT, I DID NOT GET IT IN MY ORDER. From now on, I am #1) AVOIDING this location, #2) Checking the accuracy of EVERY drive-through order while I am still sitting at the window, and the people behind me in line can get screwed. Seems like every single restaurant in Shittsburgh is populated with incompetent illiterates, and THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALD'S is a pathetic example. THESE PEOPLE don't give a rat's butt about doing an acceptable (forget about 'good') job because they can always quit and go on welfare. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S, because as Pesci put it "YOU GET F---ed". read more

McDonald's - the price of a quarter pounder - Burgers Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Already 3 times they did not give me my order in full or there are no French fries or sauce in it, apparently I paid 3 times in vain

Sat in the drive thru for a half an hour because they said their system was updating and it should take 5 minutes. Just to drive around and see they're all just standing around and then try to hide from the windows. These are the people that want $15 an hour... for years now they always mess up my order or just completely leave things out. It's a real hit or miss here but most of the time the experience is awful. No such thing as fast food anymore read more

The staff are incompetent. I asked for two McDoubles(PLAIN) at the speaker. Went to the window and reiterated that I want my McDoubles plain and if the cashier could make sure for me. Get home. Open up my McDoubles and what a surprise these failures couldn't follow on simple order that I repeated TWICE!!! Don't have kids. read more

How is the milkshake machine always broke? They may have refurbished the building, but the drive through line still takes forever!

Don't ever come here at night. Say in line for 10 mins to get to speaker only to wait 3 min for someone to ask me to wait to order. Then waited another 2 to order. One drive thru speaker was closed down with cones. Wont be back again read more

Today I passed through the drive thru and unfortunately I had very poor service. The supervisor was very rude when I brought to her attention that my sandwich was made with onions when I had asked for only ketchup. They at first refused to remake my meal. So, politely I offered to just take my money back and go elsewhere. Following this they finally agreed to remake it. The hostility made me nervous about eating the food at all based on their response to the issue so I threw the sandwich away anyways. If you want McDonald's I'd recommend making the extra 10 minute drive and eat at the one just north of this location on 51. I was very polite but direct with my concern. In conclusion, I'll give this McDonald's 2 stars giving them the benefit of the doubt they at least have decent timing if only they could be polite and make a sandwich correctly. Working in the food industry myself it's obvious that management should never argue with a customer unless it's absolutely necessary and in this case it was not. I would not recommend eating here. There's plenty of good restaurants close by! I'd be sure to dodge a bullet and just eat elsewhere! read more

The drive through leaves a lot to be desired. A big pet peeve is when you order a diet ant they dont confirm with a button punch on the lid. My order is realistically wrong 80% of the time. The facility is shabby as well. It needs a freshening up to be able to compete with the other restaurants on fast food row... read more
