It was like the kind of food a latchkey kid would make for himself after getting off the school bus: cold flour tortilla with cold (and therefore, it goes without saying, unmelted) shredded cheddar cheese, flavorless shreds of chicken, tomato, oversized strips of lettuce, tater tots (in the taco!--the menu description was unclear as to whether or not they'd be on the side), and a bizarre sweet brown sauce drizzled on top. It just felt like random food items laying around in a refrigerator thrown together. And it was not good. At all. Super amateur and unappetizing. And on top of that, the single, sad taco cost $8. I only ate it because I was starving and there is literally no other accessible food at the brewery. Moral of the story: arrive with a full stomach.

The food truck is eye-catching with the comic book wrap and bright colors! The menu is simple and easy to understand and modify whatever you want. We ordered the hibachi chicken with fried rice! The chicken was phenomenal. Great sauce, fresh cooked, quality pieces of meat. However the fried rice was overly salty and the vegetables were very little for the portion. I wish we would've tried the lo mein noodles as they looked better. I'd definitely try them again and hope it is better. The festival did have a lot of morning rain, so I wonder if it was difficult for the food trucks to sell what was fresh and then accommodate people coming up to order.
