Terrible sub. Do not order! So upset. Ordered turkey sub with no onions. Very small, had some onions mixed in the toppings and worst of all bread was wet and soggy. Not edible. Very inaccurate service. Ordered a "Chicken Bacon Ranch" sub in a tub for pick up and they literally forgot the Bacon and Ranch. Very disappointed and not the first time they've messed up my order. Went again recently. They stayed open a couple of minutes longer just to finish our order. Same kids working there, good to see happy employees. Sounds like the place keeps them fed. Had a good but messy hoagie. Got it with the "juice" and the juice is probably not needed. Turns your shirt into a sloppy mess of vinegar. Whenever I'm in the Harmarville area I love eating here because of mainly the employee. Their spirited personalities and overall caring about the customer is refreshing. The sandwiches are fresh and quite frankly perfect for lunch and appease my pallet. Today they had ice issues so they offered me a cooler pop to take with me. Super packed and hard to find a space in the lot. I'm wondering if it will die off once the newness wears off but we ordered curbside to go and couldn't for the life of us find any curbside signs or any indication to where to park. Luckily we found a spot and checked in. The manager brought out our food. My steak and cheese was bomb.com. I just wish they had more options for dressings. My wife got the Tuna sun and she said it's one of the best she's ever had. They are a little more pricey in comparison to Subway but it seems they are better quality plus I've never heard of Jersey Mikes using yoga mat chemicals in the bread like Subway. Look. We stopped here on our regular ride to see Nana on a lark, my boys wanted subs and JMs hits. This is a special JM!! Having younger kids is a drag waiting for anything, these folks working Friday night were amazing. Super nice, hilarious, they were doing all the things and taking care of their customers. Obviously they dig their jobs-but word to the wise-split these guys up and make them managers! Their attitudes were infectious and the subs were predictably tasty. We'll stop here again even though we aren't even remotely local. Thanks Friday night folks-you made my boys night! read more

One of my favorite food franchises just moved into this area, and I could not be happier. With the recent closure of New York subs down the road, I was definitely in need of a close by establishment to enjoy subs when the mood arises. Paragraph this location is extremely clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and they prepare each customers sandwich/meal, efficiently and with attention to detail. Waited 30 minutes in line, finally get to the counter and placed my order. Had to remind the guy what my order was because he was doing 10 things at once. I asked if they had bacon to put on my sub and the guy barks at me with a "whatever man it's your sandwich". I didn't even know what that was suppose to mean but at that point I just wanted out of there. I was in there for a total of 45 minutes to get an overpriced sub with a side of unnecessary sarcasm & attitude. I should have just gone to Sheetz next door. I previously rated this location a 2 but have upgraded based on recent experience. Staff seems much better trained and competent. I still do not like the way you need to order your sandwich at Mikes. Rather than build your sandwich with what you want on it, they have you take off the items that are not on the standard offering. Prone to errors. Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Sandwich was so boring. They only have like 4 options for toppings (lettuce, onion, jalapeños, oregano) and the only other thing they have is bacon for an upcharge. I got a ham and Swiss. They put a mountain of lettuce it was like eating grass. They also could not heat it up? Like they don't heat up cold cut sandwiches for some reason. It was also just overpriced. What a great surprise, perfected hoagies. This is unlike your average sub/hoagie shop. Upon entering, you see what appears to be an old style deli counter. The meats for each sandwich are waiting to be sliced fresh for each of three size sandwiches and they are built in front of you with numerous toppings. There is quite a variety of sandwiches to chose from including two hot steak and cheeses. This has become a place to return to, sometimes days in a row! Always just as tasty. I stopped in for lunch on a Friday. The service was glacial in how slow they were. That gave me a lot of time to watch what they were doing. The sandwiches were made very sloppily, with topping being left on the counter and not cleaned up between sandwiches. Also, I wasn't given a large enough bag for my sandwich, chips and drink. The worst Jersey Mike's ever when it comes to service. Placed my order online for 2 hoagies. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and even gave them extra time by arriving in 30 minutes. The hoagies were still not done and the workers just kept taking orders of people walking in and ordering. At least 10-15 people walked in and ordered at the counter and got their food. So I ordered the steak with mushroom and grilled onions, minus the jalapeno and sub the american cheese with Mozzarella. Well that did not happen, its like they didn't even get my order. The receipt says nothing but a regular #56, that tells me nothing. A couple a clues that maybe I should have eaten a McDonalds. When I was setting up my order on my phone, it kept taking me to the store in Blawnox, not Harmarville, like I wanted, Like I made my main street on the app and it still takes me that store in Blawnox. They are kind of close together but pretty annoying. Also, for being a new building, a new store it was pretty dirty. He was wiping the counter as I was standing there waiting and he wiped around things, but the one thing he did lift to wipe, was SOOOOOO gross, that the rag should have been burned! It should not have been shown to me for sure, but it was bad. I wouldn't be surprised they have "animals/bugs". The app also did not let me pay when I picked up the food. They wanted my credit card, couldn't find anyway to bypass it. I was able to put 1/2 the sub down but the rest I just couldn't pick off the juice from the peppers. What if I was allergic to them? Maybe I will try the jersey sub down the street in Blawnox, but it will be a while. Just can't unsee the yuck! Service was ahhh just ok.
