Owner was super nice and the chicken was incredible. The inside of the restaurant is small but nice. I loved their boneless chicken wings with their mild sauce solid 10

Ate here today with my parents and sister to try this place out for the first time before leaving Pittsburgh and after visiting Senator Heinz Museum nearby. We had definitely tried and brought together the chicken tenders with a side of fries and onion rings. It was definitely delicious and fresh from the fryer. We couldn't agree more. The service there was also attentive and friendly. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time when I visit Pittsburgh.

The perks of this place is that it's open late. It's super casual and laid back. We came super late for some grub. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which was pretty flavorful. My friend got some kinda sandwich which he said it was good. For a late night grub, this is your spot.

Customer service was great. Friendly employees. Food was delicious, hot, fresh. Open late which was nice.

The poor bartender had to run all over the restaurant. He had to ring you up, make drinks, bring people their food, fix their games and handle any drama that came up on the games. He was so nice and gave great service. The French fries with cheese,, bbq and fried chicken was good. I love a lot of condiments normally but this was a bit much. I enjoyed it but would have preferred a fried chicken sandwich. My husband said the fried chicken and Seasoned Crinkle Fries were excellent. Service was fine, everyone was helpful and quick. The ambiance is incredible. Old cartoon characters and stylish variety throughout the place. The issue is the games are outrageously priced. Compare this to Pins where the games are free and it's a no question in my mind where I would go for an arcade night. My fear is that despite decent food and an awesome atmosphere this place will be closed when their greed with their games comes back to bite them. I wish them well but have decided after a few trips, I've had my last

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

But I was prepared for it with extra napkins. The ordering process was via kicks. I should've known that it would take some effort when the woman in front let me go ahead since she said she didn't want to slow down the line. It's not an intuitive process. And no one stationed at the front counter to help. Took a while to figure out how to get fries without it being automatically combined with the drink. Nice touch to get people to pay more! Finally found the fries separately! Definitely not an easy process. They will text you when the order is ready. Nice! Bathroom was really dirty but at least my order was ready earlier than expected! Came here for the sandwich and it was painfully dry without much taste although the honey added some sweetness. Unlike Chick-fil-A where the sandwich can stand on its own, and the sauce just enhances it, there's no way I could eat this sandwich without some accompaniment. So dry. The fries were pretty soggy where I like a certain crunch. Reminiscent of 5 guys fries but much less portioned and much thinner. Good taste but nothing crave-able and very greasy. Service was nonexistent which is why I didn't leave a tip on the kiosk screen. Why do restaurants do this anyway?!? Why do I tip for service I haven't received?!? Finally, how can they possibly charge!$11 for their sandwiches. The regular sandwich starts at $11 as was my hot honey which really wasn't all that hot anyway. That's more than twice the cost of a Chick-fil-A! Next time I'm going to get both a spicy and regular Chick-fil-A and still have money leftover. Maybe I'll get their waffle fries too. At least, I won't have to waste time on a kiosk to figure out how to add it to my order!

Do we walk around or do we get a table? Im confused and she is just as confused by my confusion. The space is small but has a couple 4 top/ bar seating. Food came out relatively quickly and the service was top notch. The boba selection was awesome, so many flavors and the tapioca itself was pretty QQ (for all my hardcore boba fans) and tasty. I am more of a wing sauce versus a dry rub person and while all the flavors of our wings were tasty, the sweet chili chicken and soy and garlic sauces really hit the spot for me! The chicken was perfectly crispy and while I love 98k Hamburger, it is less oily than their chicken which can be nice. The regular fried chicken is a bit less seasoned than that of 98k so really it's up to you and your preference. The level of customization might be a draw for some. For me, to have no "signatures" or recommendations, no preferred combinations, and just a sort of "pick it" approach for this feels strange. Asked for some direction, was basically told "no." They specialize in hot chicken and customization - but it feels like they are clearly missing a refreshing option beyond the Dill Pickle. Could see if I didn't want to "feel a burn" and wasn't big on pickles looking at very plain options. Frankly, they need someone new on the register. Other reviews mention poor service that way. I echo their feelings. Underwhelmed and turned off by them. Also, this is overpriced. Getting a diet coke for $3.5 is aggressive but at any restaurant I'd understand - get me free refills, fine. But to be handed a single can for that cost felt awful. Feel like they've taken that approach across cost and experience across the board. It's upsetting. If they really switch things up, I'd reconsider trying this spot again. Chicken was good and in the salad it was fine. I see potential. But I'm not coming back for the cost or the service here.
