First of all, why the heck is 3 vegas bombs 25$ EACH?!?!! If yoh have small children, I would HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!! My best friend and her family had a horrible and traumatic experience. PSA if you have small children I recommend not going to Applebees in Morgantown. I was out to dinner with my daughter, dad, uncle, and their friends and had the most traumatic experience i ever had in a restaurant. Our waiter was absolutely horrible! We got drinks and appetizers. Waited probably and hour for our food never came because management decided my child wasn't acting like a "normal" 3 year old and called the cops for a wellness check. They came to our table and said that they had received a call about a child not acting normal. I said she's fine? The officer politely said I can see that she has her crayons, cheese sticks and phone. We're so sorry to waste your time hopefully we didn't ruin your night we just had to do our jobs have a good night. Our waiter finally showed up and we said we our paying for our drinks and appetizers and leaving and will not be back. And the manager came back asked what the problem was like she had no idea what had happened knowing damn well what she did and she says well that happens all the time. Lady no it does not my daughter has been in so many restaurants with my family and they always treat my daughter with respect and kindness and compliment her on her pretty hair or her outfits. We left went to Olive Garden and thank you to Brandon who was such an amazing waiter we had an amazing experience.I'm a good mom and I know that I'm doing things on my own currently. Do better Applebees you will no longer receive a single penny from me or my family. I'm seriously disgusted This is her post about what happened. My husband and I met with another couple for dinner, I have write and compliment our waiter Cam. He was one of the friendliest waiters we have ever had, he was quick, didn't miss a beat, had our drinks and food pretty quick, and explained thoroughly any questions we had about food and drinks here. The food was also good, and the drinks were excellent. It wasn't super busy yet, so maybe that helped with the exceptional service, but we wanted to share our appreciation for his great service. read more

Overall an enjoyable experience. Applebee's is usually consistent and did not disappoint this visit. The staff were hard working and attentive. We ordered the waffle fries appetizer and the kitchen had problems getting the order out. The manager visited our table and explained the problem, apologized, and comped the appetizer order. The main dishes were good: chicken fingers, mac and cheese something, and lime fiesta chicken; I ordered the grilled chicken dinner. Chicken was fully cooked and good taste. I thought I ordered a salad...with chicken, etc. I got a plate of stale chips, with something on top that actually tasted like canned salmon. In MHO. this place is a clown show. Was greeted and escorted to a booth after a bit of a wait upon initially entering the premisis. Little did I know that was going to be the highlight of my visit. Upon being seated i was summarily ignored for more than 5 min., this inspite of a constant parade of wait staff going by my location. At this point I just wanted to see if anyone would step up and make any kind of contact. Alas, none was forthcoming.. Upon proceeding to leave, without ever having my presence in the restaurant acknowledged, I was approached at the door by a member of the wait staff and asked if everything was "ok"? I advised not at all and why. The reason for this post is really just to relate that upon conveying why I was leaving another member of the wait staff nearby within earshot actually laughed audibly. The unlimited chicken tenders and riblets event called to me and my Greensburg-forged physique. I arrived prepared for a feast fit for an orangutan. I came away disappointed. They kept the beer flowing, but it took over half an hour for our food to come out, and almost just as long for each new plate of 2 whole chicken tenders. You see, in Greensburg, we believe in hospitality and in feeding hungry strangers with good, homemade food. The riblets had these weird potato chip lookin bones all throughout, and the chicken tenders were a little overcooked. Not Greensburg quality. Not Greensburg service. However, after she didn't come back for 10 or so minutes. She fairly rarely checked on us, and we didn't get everything we ordered. Our drinks were overly priced and the service was just okay. When I entered I was quickly greeted and brought to my seat with my group. The appetizers we ordered where wings and cheese sticks. They came fast and where alright however I found the wings too vinigery. For my main I got the whiskey bacon burger. The burger was big and hard to eat and made a bit of a mess. Along with that the flavor combos, which sounded quite promising, ended up being quite bland and upsetting. The party I was with quite enjoyed their meals however. Have had better food and service here before, so I made it 2 stars instead of one...the "endless" riblets and tenders and fries were a joke. I was brought out 1 plate with everything, and one other plate with 2 riblets...no additional fries were offered and NOTHING else was offered to my date, who got the tenders. I don't know if the cooks or the wait staff (or both) are high all the time, but no matter what time of day, whether there are 5 tables or literally just us it takes them at least an hour and a half to get us our food and when it does finally get to the table, it's F***ING WRONG! The only thing this restaurant chain is halfway good for is its drinks and appetizers. The entrees were loaded with salt. All I can say about the steak I ordered is bizarre! It sort of looked like steak, but the texture and taste were way off. It almost tasted like ham in some weird way.
