I have been to many chipotle's at various locations and have had nothing but great things to say, except for at this Chipotle. The service was extremely slow and slightly rude. Multiple orders had been made wrong and had to be redone for people in the time I was in line for. My quesadilla was given to me the first time with cheese not melted. Then, as I was pulling chips out, one of them was soggy and flopped over from the moisture in it. I am not sure what it came from, but overall, I am very disappointed with this Chipotle location and would not recommend or come back here. read more

Ordered pick up from the Chipotle in Morgantown and they did a fantastic job. The portions of my chicken bowl were so big, filled up the entire container and was made exactly how I asked. Definitely a rock solid experience and will order again from here soon! read more

Well this place was a disaster at 230. Asked for a bowl and was going to try the smoked brisket but there wasn't any. The pan was empty with dried up scraps in pan. So I chose a scoop of chicken( chicken ended up being dry and burnt) and extra carnitas. Wanted Fajitas vegetables but guess what there was none either I asked if they were getting any and said not at this time. I asked what was going on here and her reply was we only have 2 people working here and the MOD but the manager was mostly in the office. Look at you videos. Wife got chicken bowl too. We both wanted honey vinegarette and guess what they only had 1. Also the chips were stale. Now to the drinks no Iced tea ,2nd time at this location. No organic drinks not one had any in the container to disburse.and the garbage can were overflowing I couldn't put anything in there. Tabkes and fllors could of used a cleaning. Also I noticed the one of the seats at the high top was total missing. WOW read more

Counters everywhere were a mess, need to learn how to wipe things down every now and then. Dishes might as well have been piled to the ceiling, no forks out, every table in the lobby was dirty. If I could give it zero stars i would. This is the second time - and the last time - within the past 2 months or so I've ordered a salad there. The ABSOLUTE dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen! Food is everywhere! All over the counter, the floor - it's disgusting! To make matters worse, I had to remind the server to change her gloves before preparing my salad after she handed cash back to the customer in front of me. But thats not the worst part - BOTH times, the salads that I ordered had crap in nearly every bite that did NOT belong there! Hard, plastic like herb leaves, chicken gristles, bone fragments...you name it! One would think that after all the bad publicity that Chipotle has received about people getting ill from their food, the manager would be extra concerned with keeping a very clean store! Nasty! The food is typically great. However, the last time I've ordered my burrito bowl wasn't full like normal, and had little rice and very little of the steak I ordered. Burrito bowls when done right typically last me for two meals and the last few I have gotten haven't. read more

"The toilet" Nick-named "the toilet" as I saw posted somewhere. Tried my luck anyway and right off the bat understood why the name. This has to be the dirtiest place in town by far! Clearly unmanaged altogether. Server talking on the phone with her AirPods while trying to serve customers. What the heck?! Okay let's try this on for size when you review a place you have to focus on the food! If you have a bad experience you have to try and not let it take away from your review just a tip from a Yelp elite! Okay this is CHIPOTLE yes the lines are long! You probably see that when you walk in so I am going to need people to get over that you can only make an ordering line so big. I waited for about 15 minutes but they were going as quickly as possible. The staff was super friendly and even got fresh green sauce for me. This place is new they are still learning. Give them a break sheesh! I wasn't not upset as its expected I have been to a chipotle in Pittsburgh and it was the same thing. Finally when I went to actually order they seemed very knowledgeable and speedy and efficient what else can you ask for ? Oh wait I know! A military discount that takes half off!! Very bad visit. I am a student down here at WVU came to get my usual chipotle bowl. And this location was out of not only cheese but salad dressing as well. I am very disappointed. I guess we showed up on one of the first nights this Chipotle opened. It is near the suburban clusterbunch near the Barnes & Noble, Target, etc. We waited a full 30 minutes to be served and watched the new hires struggle to roll fat burritos. People did not care that the wait was so long. Everyone happily waited in line for the Chipotle magic to be served. I am not a huge Chipotle fan but my son is, hence the excited visit here to the new franchise in Motown. The interior of the building is not yet finished. There is no art or artwork on the walls. But the food was OK and the bathroom was clean. The parking lot was a big WVU zoo, but that is all good too. A worker/manager type yelled at all of us a couple of times-- she welcomed us (loudly) like a pep rally. Cheers, Chipotle. Welcome to Morgantown. We'll be back. read more

My bowl was delicious! the carnitas and sofritas are also great. The workers were SUPER nice as well. I think some customers go to a place and forget their manners and still expect the workers to be nice to you. You treat others with respect and dignity, & you will receive the same in return. This location had been good on occasion, but too many nights they allow the staff in the back to crank music that competes bigtime with the lobby music--only the lobby music should be playing, and nothing else. And worse, they seem to be slacking off on cleaning the place. On last visit, most tables needed cleaning, and nobody lifted a finger to clean anything. And, not only did they not have enough chicken ready to go just ahead of an ordinary dinner rush, they seem to be skimping on chicken to ration it. Yeah this place has some serious issues. I love Chipotle, but this one will have to get its act together if it wants to remain open. I ordered my meal on the app 30 minutes ahead of my arrival. When I got there, the line was empty. I went to the register and paid for my app purchase only to discover that they had completely ignored my order. They hadn't even started on it, even though the line was empty. I asked the employee what gives and she said, "well, we try to . . . ." I'm sorry, but you don't try to do anything when the line is empty and there are two app orders sitting on a counter. If you aren't going to make my food until I arrive, then I might as well just get in line when I arrive. The carnitas were flavorless and the burrito was small. I'm not paying $10 for a burrito if you aren't going to fill it up. I was really excited about finally getting a Chipotle, but this one won't stay open. It clearly doesn't get it. read more

Just picked up a bowl and burrito. The food quality was the problem. Rice was low quantity and dried out along with the beans. The chicken was chopped up so small it was hard to distinguish and the guacamole was dark and runny. After a few bites, in was tossed along with over salted chips. I've eaten at the Morgantown Chipotle several times and other than some minor inconsistencies with the spiciness of the various ingredients, the food has always been exceptional. It is by far the consistently cleanest fast food type restaurant I have ever been in. The place is spotless, even with a crowd. Amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful and do a good job keeping things moving. The restrooms are always neat and clean. When the students are in town the volume of traffic through this particular store is impressive. These young managers do an excellent job. BTW, they have a few outdoor tables as well. The worst chipotle I have ever been to! Literally took 35 minutes to get 3 tacos. Very poor management, they had probably 12 employees working and had hardly any food prepped and kept running out of different foods on the line which is absolutely uncalled for considering the amount of employees they had working.
