The window was located on the second floor and was difficult to access from the outside because of a cedar fence that prevented ladder placement, and from the inside because it was about 9 feet above the stairway landing. We had the window glass replaced, not the entire window. Most of the work was accomplished from inside the house on step ladders. Everything from the initial quote, to ordering the replacement window glass, to installation went very smoothly and according to plan. There were no unpleasant surprises, they showed up when planned, and the cost was reasonable compared to another company that gave us a quote. The installers were friendly, very competent, and they cleaned everything up well. Overall we are very pleased with the product and service.

LEAKS, UNPROFESSIONALISM, UNSAFE WORK, AND SHADY DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITY. SAVE YOUR FAMILY FROM…read moreTHEM! They caused a big leak in my bedroom during my roof replacement, completely denied it, and refused to take ownership of their mistakes. They even had the audacity to call it an "old yellow stain." I had to hire a lawyer and fight back with evidence. Save yourself and your family the headache and avoid them at all costs. They sent only two guys to start the work and they ripped off all my shingles one day before a major storm. Then they left my roof with no shingles during rain and storm conditions for two days. That caused a big leak in my bedroom and significant damage to my family. When I called them, they came out and spent 4+ hours on my roof, then told me: "We don't know what it is, but there is no leak." Thankfully, I had a moisture meter, before/after pictures, and enough evidence to prove what happened. Even then, they still tried to deny it and said, "Based on our industry experience, such yellowing is consistent with an older leak. It is possible the stain pre-dated our work." On top of the leak, they didn't secure the shingles on my roof during the storm. A bunch of shingle packages (roughly 40+ pounds each) fell from the roof onto my deck and shed. That could have seriously injured or even killed someone if that hit them! it anyways caused significant damage to my shed and deck! I wish that was the end of the story, but it wasn't. They also somehow managed to mess up the electrical wiring in my attic. And again, they denied responsibility, even though they agreed to pay for the repairs. They are extremely shady, deny their mistakes, and provide very unsafe work. save your money and your family from all their headaches and damages!

Two of the days they were here they only worked until noon, and then left. When the job could have easily been done that day. When I parked in front of their dumpster so I could go inside my home. They yelled at me again for trying to get into my own home, were laughing at me. And one of the workers called me fat. I am 9 months pregnant and my due date is tomorrow. I tried my best to be graceful during this whole thing. But these workers were extremely rude. Disrespectful and not only had they broke our ring camera but pictures and signs we had up in our home flew off the wall and broke because how hard they were going. But you wouldn't know that because you had no interest in taking any responsibility in fixing poor workmanship. I've attached the quote you did and you'll see where it says nothing about the gutter, so who's lying Bob? Don't worry, I'll make sure to follow up when my roof is fixed correctly and guess what, they even offer a 3 year warranty on repairs that's more than you offer on new roof installations. My partner and I can't say enough great things about Matt and his work! The experience from his…read moreresponsiveness when we reached out for a quote through the completion of the work was all excellent. Also, as women, I can't tell you how many times we've both had contractors talk down to us, and that was never the case with Matt. He was always friendly, professional, and respectful. And he even brought treats for our dog, who adores him! We hired Matt to help renovate part of our detached garage into a home gym. When he initially came out to see the space so he could give an accurate quote, he took about an hour so that we could talk through ideas and what he thought was feasible. His quote for the work was incredibly reasonable, and the quality of the work is stellar. He also kept the space clean as he worked, so we never needed to worry about there being random screws or sharp objects left around that we or our dog might step on. He removed a garage door, partially reframed one of the garage walls that was out of whack, installed several windows and a new door (and even picked them all up from Lowe's so that we didn't have to figure out how to fit them into our car!), and replaced the insulation in the space as needed. We opted to paint the space and install the vinyl plank flooring ourselves, but once we finished that up, Matt returned to install all of the trim, and even special ordered a piece of flooring for near the door, so that it matched. We already have a few more upcoming projects in mind for the house, and will definitely reach out to Matt first!
