Laura and Hector did an amazing job! A tenant of mine jammed the garage door and Laura was able to get me a quote within 30 minutes! Talk about fast! They showed up on time, were quick and concise about their diagnosis saying that they could get the job done in the next week. The repair itself only took about a 45 minutes which was surprisingly fast considering how he replaced the seal at the bottom of the door, while reasembling it! Hector also pointed out a couple other issues that I didn't know about like how the tenant reset the garage opener. For the quality of their work and inexpensive pricing, I would definitely recommend Hector and Laura to anyone needing garage repairs! Laura and Hector were great to work with! They explained our options carefully and accurately, and helped us to pick out the basic model that was all we actually needed. Today I had the wonderful experience of having service from the Pintos. My garage door gave out right as I was heading to a work meeting. It wouldn't close and I could not leave the garage unsecured. I used Yelp to find the Pintos..great reviews. Laura answered the call at about 7:15 and said they would be there in a half an hour. I was so surprised to see them there very quickly from across town. As soon as they saw the door, they diagnosed the problem and took quick action to fix it. I had broken cables, wheels off, the door came unaligned, etc. Hector was an expert and Laura assisted Hector to work quickly and have everything balanced and fix. Another garage door spring broke - this one on a double wide door. After finding my old invoice, I gave Pintos Overhead Doors a call in the late evening. The return answer was prompt the next morning - they'd be over in the late afternoon. They were on time and replaced both springs for the double wide door. The cost was very reasonable. The bonus was the looked over the door they repaired last year, performed some maintenance, including lubing cables, and tested both doors. Replaced 2 garage doors, added a new door opener and moved the old opener to the smaller door. Hector and wife did a beautiful job. The doors fit tightly with a flexible seal around the edges so no air gaps exist. The door opener wiring is neatly fastened in place. Most amazing was how Hector easily drilled mounting holes into my concrete foundation so the door sensors are firmly attached and won't move around. And all this at a reasonable cost. read more

Really outstanding service and quality. Our garage door broke on Sunday and we needed a new one right away. My husband went to Lowe's Monday morning, who told us it would be 2 weeks to a month to install. That would never work. We use our garage door as our primary entrance point and needed it done right away. I started looking around online and came across Pintos and 4 other locals companies.
