John the owner immediately turned around (driving) and was at our house in 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and a half hour later gave me a quote, what it would take, and none of that BS stuff either. He told me that he could come the next day (afternoon) and replace the complete door and hardware needed, and he mentioned it would only take 3 hours. John and Trevor came a little earlier than what was scheduled and began their repair. Exactly 2 hours forty five minutes later they had completed the removal and replacement. Not only did he do the repairs, but he also spent time with an old senior (me) in teaching exactly what was needed and more. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and all the five star accolades I can think of. For someone to do what John did is quite rare these days.
