100% rip off. We…read moreneeded three metal buildings and planned to buy all of them from the same dealer within two months. After we put a deposit on the first building, the dealer called and told us he won't make good on our contract. We told him to return our deposit immediately. He said he'd mail the check back. Insted, he waited until the close of business that Friday and cashed the check. We are currently out several hundred dollars and have no building coming. The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal.

Once we got close to my install date, I followed exactly their instructions for prepping/ leveling my gravel pad. Everything went smoothly and installation from the manufacturer (from Salem, OR) was successfully completed in about 3 hours. Have patience, as your metal building won't be ready off the shelf - installation done the following week, sort of thing. That said, I would recommend All Steel NW and would order from them again.

Initially I asked for a quote to do the section that was raised, he recommended the whole driveway be replaced because the cracks could grow and cause future damages. His price was reasonable but there was an issue with his bank charging him fees for using a card reader so he decided to only accept cash/Venmo. I followed up with him last Tuesday to confirm he was still doing the job and he says he was. I followed up last night to confirm his start time for Monday then he said "oh I thought you didn't want to proceed with the job, I'm booked out". This wasn't the first time there was poor communication in dealing with him.

My commercial clients have praised their craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism--just as I experienced firsthand. Lopez HD has earned my full confidence, and I'm more than happy to serve as a reference for their outstanding work. A+++ -- highly recommended for anyone looking for great work ethic, fair pricing, and top-notch results!

Justin Rains, owner of ATC completed our deck along with fixing a water leak in a an outside room…read more He did a good job until it was time to complete our deck. The stain was an oil base and after it was applied, the deck was slippery. My grandson and I both slipped and fell on the deck. After talking to his worker, he said it shouldn't be slippery. Also, after morning mist, we noticed mold or algae coming through. After two weeks , Justin couldn't solve the problem. He did send someone to power wash the deck which took away the excess oil however the algae or mold is still present. The owner, Justin, says there is nothing else that could be done and refuses to remedy this issue. I WOULD NOT recommend this company or individual to work on any part of my house again. There is no follow through and after he gets his money he is on to the next job.

Multiple errors were made including installing something upside down which caused a leak of propane and required us to evacuate our house so that an emergency crew could come fix it. Very little concern for keeping living areas clean during renovations, despite being asked repeatedly. Could hear the lead guy loudly complaining to another contractor about having to build bookshelves for our library (which was part of Lifespan's design). Now have discovered they installed HVAC using poor quality equipment that is failing and leaking refrigerant. They admit to the problem but will not fix unless we "consider" sharing the cost of repairs. Spent several hundred thousand dollars for very sloppy work. Would not recommend. Suggest you try All West - owner actually comes on site so the quality and care are ensured.
