They have many services, but we were looking for someone to make duplicate sets of keys for our RV (Southwind motorhome). We made a lot of calls only to get answering machines, mobile locksmiths, and kiosk machines. None of these helped, so we drove to Always and were able to get our duplicates made on the spot. The locksmith who waited on us was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He also warned us about some mobile locksmith bait-and-switch scams and how to avoid them (check their business license/permit). We called on Kenn when he was recommended to us by another locksmith, and what wonderful advice…read morethat turned out to be! He is everything you could hope for in a locksmith: professional, reliable, super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We have an older home, and an especially old door lock that required repair. As Kenn opened it up to assess the situation, he gave us a bit of a history lesson on the (long since closed) company that made the lock, and explained some of the inner workings of how it functioned. He ended up going out of his way to find us a replacement lock, exactly the same as ours, brand new! It was shipped up in a few days and he was promptly back to install it. He gave us tips and guidance on how to care for the new lock to ensure its long life. He's even going to fix our old one, so we have a back up if we should ever need it. We could tell that he really enjoys what he does, and loved the enthusiasm he has for his craft. Kenn's pricing was good, and we were left feeling very pleased with our new lock.
