100% rip off. We needed three metal buildings and planned to buy all of them from the same dealer within two months. After we put a deposit on the first building, the dealer called and told us he won't make good on our contract. We told him to return our deposit immediately. He said he'd mail the check back. Insted, he waited until the close of business that Friday and cashed the check. We are currently out several hundred dollars and have no building coming. The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal. read more

I was not sure what to expect, as I've never purchased a 33' x 12' RV carport before. All Steel NW was helpful in my ordering process, also conveying my understanding that the manufacturer is busy during NW winter months. Once we got close to my install date, I followed exactly their instructions for prepping/ leveling my gravel pad. Everything went smoothly and installation from the manufacturer (from Salem, OR) was successfully completed in about 3 hours. Have patience, as your metal building won't be ready off the shelf - installation done the following week, sort of thing. That said, I would recommend All Steel NW and would order from them again. read more

Great company to work with. Jenni did an amazing job with my order and with me, I'm a little demanding. I would not give the installers 5 stars....I would give them 10!!! If you want a custom sturdy quality building this is your place. If you're all about price and want a cheap (price and materials) building look elsewhere. With All Steel NW you get what you paid for and then some. read more

Planned my building long distance with Gary. He was great at explaining everything and made the process easy, especially for being half way across the country. Once we were ready to build, it went up in just one day. The building looks great, is sturdy, and exactly what I had wanted and expected. read more

The customer service at this place is horrible. I originally ordered my carport in August and it is getting installed in mid December. Unless I called them, there was no follow up on their part as to the status of my job and why it was delayed. When I called the place in Salem, Oregon where they get their material, they told me their last communication with All Steel NW was a month and a half prior. All Steel was blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer called BS on them. Do not do business with these people. read more

The office staff were organized, knowledgeable, and professional. The building is very sturdy and serves the exact purpose it was designed for. The only thing I would recommend is to have the clean-up done a bit more thoroughly. read more

Placed order July 14 and after 4 weeks I called and manufacturer had never heard of me. Called All steel and their claim was that it was a manufacturer mistake. I now have a install date of October 9 thru 14 a full 3 months later. Promised 4 to 6 weeks. They do not manufacture or install the buildings. They are only a sales office and have nothing to do with install. Now I wait until October to see if they show up. They have a 320. deposit. Hopefully I wasn't scammed as the other reviewer has said. read more

Hi, This has been the very worse decision in my life by picking this company. I called up and spoke to a Courtney. She did not know anything about the product. She sent me pictures and I sent her pictures. She told me it would come painted all white witch she admitted is was in correct. She also did not tell me that there were going to be bars across my kitchen windows and bed room windows because she for got the frame outs.This is a major fire issue in the City OF Auburn came out and told me to correct it.All Steel NW would not correct it and put blame on a company who installed it. Also they fasten this 28 x 58 carport to dirt! Also she never told me that the frame is 2 and half inches wide and away from my house and my windows are going to have going across them..I paid this company and good faith and ended up paying over $2000.00 to pay other contractors to make it right. The President of this Company Alfred P. Durant is blaming the company he hired to install it. I bought the product from All Steel NW! I paid this company over $5000.00 plus $2000.00 to another contractor to correct the problems because The President Alfred P. Durant would not stand behind his product.I have all the pictures to prove this.Please read this before you buy from them. Please look at my pictures. Please ask me any questions you like from me and also I have all the emails to prove this from All Steel NW. read more

We ordered a building at what we thought was a great price, nearly a third of competitors. After waiting the 8-12 weeks for our delivery, we get the appointment. Finally we will get our building, of course it's a holiday weekend and we have to cancel plans. Two days before delivery they cancel. We were supposed to get a call back the next week, no call. I contacted the sales rep who answered via email and said they would call immediately. Still no call. After several emails and repeated promises of a call nothing. I finally get a number I can call myself, everyone who can help is always out of the office or at "lunch". Many broken promises later we cancel our order. We are still waiting for the "check that's in the mail", not holding my breath. Don't waste your time or money!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Just like the previous horrible review, I also ordered my garage in August and here we are in January and its STILL NOT right! We were told that it would be 4 to 6 weeks, thank god we called because they didn't have us on the books and we were 6 six out (again!) The roll up doors didn't latch (why they didn't check it when they were done is beyond me) that took 3 weeks of emails back and forth and a bunch of lies and BS until I finally said I was going to take it a step further and they were fixed. NOW my roof leaks!!! And here we are 4 weeks from the time I reported it and it STILL leaks!!! No return calls, always need pictures and lots of stall tactics! This company and the manufacturing company is full of shit! This customer is also NOT part of the BBB!!!! If you look it up, they tell you he has an A with them because there is NO information for them to rate!!!! read more

In 2009 my wife and I regrouped due to the recession and moved our office and operations, and changed our name to All Steel NW. Meet the Business Owner: Fred D.

Fred grew up in Belfair WA, and graduated from Bremerton High. As a young man he started his first business at 18 doing janitorial for small business. Later Fred joined the Army and served 6 years as a Calibration Specialist. After receiving an honorable discharge he went to work at Boeing where he oversaw radiation safety at an underground particle accelerator facility. Although he loved his job, Fred missed being self employed and started a new career in sales. After managing several small business in 2001 Fred opened his second business. In 2004 Fred began working with West coast Metal buildings as a certified Dealer in Belfair WA. At present, All Steel NW is one of the largest Dealers in the Northwest with an A rating from the BBB. Fred attributes the success of All Steel NW to superior customer service. "We answer the phone, its that simple" he said.
