Monday came, 10:30 I finally called to ask where they were as they were 30 minutes late..... he said he meant to call me and they couldn't make it!! Could we schedule for a later in the week date!! Omg I'm normally reserved but I was not happy and he got an ear full. I have sent so many people to them. Never again.

Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

I've never installed a deck let alone a flat deck that needed to be waterproof so I wanted someone to lend their expertise. They did not get a building permit prior to doing the work. They used nails too long for the plywood sheathing so they all blew through the plywood at the overhang splintering the wood underneath which looks like crap. They tried to say that is required by current code but it's not, full penetration of nails into the wood is not the same as using too long nails blowing clean through and out the other side. They left nails laying all about in the driveway so we can get flat tires. They also didn't care enough to take some time to resolve drainage issues we asked them to address, so we are now stuck with them for the life of this roof too. Beware. You may as well hire some undocumented workers to do the work for you as hire a 'professional' roofing company around here. They are all about the same, shysters and scam artists.
