We also wanted new flooring installed throughout our house a closet In our room to have barn doors and we would pay for all the materials He gave us A bid for 28000 We paid for all the materials we got everything ordered Now here's the downsideThe flooring I ordered Was not up to Sean standard he ended up breaking apart of a piece of the flooring saying that this is not water resistant and placing it in a bucket then call the flooring company and told them that that the product was crap and that he wouldn't install it and have his name put on it. so with that being said counting on Sean to put in the floor we had to go with somebody else During the holiday season with short Notice sending me into a panic Modern flooring Came through they did a great fantastic job by the way! Going forward There Was other complications We needed an Abatement Done Before our plumbing could be installed. Unexpected. But got that done. Sean very respectful to our disabled daughter. but his workmanship It's very underrated He installed a fan in the bathroom and neglected to put on a cover. My husband install. Our frameless shower doors don't close and open right We had a Cedar wall put in wall put in for the expansion of the bathroom and had to end up tearing it apart because the shower was Leaking Cause of Sean's neglect to seal the shower properly the shower door seal on the open door is not properly sealed right right which we are ordering parts The Trim behind the toilet to the right of it was not installed is not installed not it's not stained He did not install install our closet it doors nor the floor like I said above and we still paid $22600 I know other costs arose from thatThe only reason why Sean gets one star is because he did get us a $1700 credit from the flooring And he was respectful to our daughter like I saidI wouldn't recommend K&S remodel to anyone with a budget.

I had been referred to this company by two of our neighbors who were generally satisfied with the quality of work. Both neighbors warned us about the job-site manner of the owner, Tim Bailey. The project lasted about one month, and I was initially impressed with how Bailey handled the site preparation using his mini-excavator and how he worked through several construction challenges we ran into. However, I was immediately put off by, in my opinion, his excessive use of bad language and how he treated his employees. He was so loud and disruptive that eventually two of our nearby neighbors complained about it to us. In the end, I asked him to leave my property before the job was complete because I had hit my limit on what I was willing to tolerate as acceptable behavior on my property. Although the job was not finished, I paid him the full amount of the contract and was more than willing to incur the additional costs to complete the project in order to get out from under the stress, the drama, the foul language, what I consider to be verbal abuse and general mistreatment of his employees and the overall disruption on my property.
