Since I had such a great experience with them painting my exterior, I contacted them to do the painting after the repair work had been completed. I thought I'd have to hire specialists for each of these issues but Chaz assured me they could "do it all". And they did!! The team works together like a well-oiled machine - doing the repairs and painting with minimal delays. The biggest issue was matching existing paint color with the new areas. How many options in beige can there be? But it turned out perfectly. In addition to the repairs' I also contracted them to repaint the wall on my stair well (which is 2 stories high) and a facing wall. When all the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, even vacuumed, wall and ceiling fixtures replaced, and furniture put back. I highly recommend Coastal Painting for Kitsap.

Fantastic cleaners for my Hoodsport Airbnb! Alivea and her team are phenomenal and actually care…read moreabout the quality of the cleans and the reviews we get from Airbnb and Vrbo. We recently had a leak and Alivea notified us immediately and helped find local plumbers. In addition, our first guests ever were a complete disaster and trashed the house. We have used this company for 8 or 9 months to clean and maintain our vacation rental home as well…read moreas for personal house cleaning of the same location. We've had a great experience overall! Alivea, the general manager, is really approachable and she stays really on top of things organizationally. The cleaning quality of their staff is thorough and well done. They mainstain a high bar and I can rest easy knowing that I don't have to worry. They will show up on time and when I expect them there, even when they have a tight window to clean between guest stays (which can't be that easy!). I regularly receive feedback from guests that our place is "sparkling" clean, which is a testament to this company's high standard. They have a lot to do in our home and they manage to get quite a lot done in a short period of time. I also use So Clean's handyman services, which have been excellent---everything from hanging mirrors on our walls, repairing a broken board or two on our dock and staircase, to assembling a bench and dresser when I couldn't find time to do so! I love that they provide a one stop shop for homeowners...They have a high level of personalized service and are willing to go above and beyond basic expectations: accommodating requests that few companies do these days. For example, they have gone out with short notice to buy a spare propane tank for our BBQ and a bottle of wine to greet our upcoming guests. I don't expect perfection. On rare occasions, we've had a little mishap or snafoo (related to scheduling or very specific things we wanted done in our home presentation for rental), but the company has been really receptive to feedback and addressed any issues that arose straight away. I'm not worried about those issues arising again. As with all things in life, occasionally things don't go perfectly, but those companies who are receptive to constructive feedback and are willing to improve are the ones I will most likely return to for business. I found it helpful supplying this company with a typed-out checklist of specific cleaning requests, since some of my expectations for our rental unit are more detailed than might be asked of a typical house cleaner. This company also provides a basic checklist to their cleaners for all homes, which is pretty thorough. As the name suggests, they use naturally based cleaning agents, to keep their customers and staff healthy. I think they do a fantastic job! Way to go So Clean and Green! Their parent company, the Richard Beckman Realty Group, has been fabulous as a vacation property maintenance company as well. No complaints here, only praise!

100% rip off. We…read moreneeded three metal buildings and planned to buy all of them from the same dealer within two months. After we put a deposit on the first building, the dealer called and told us he won't make good on our contract. We told him to return our deposit immediately. He said he'd mail the check back. Insted, he waited until the close of business that Friday and cashed the check. We are currently out several hundred dollars and have no building coming. The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal.

Once we got close to my install date, I followed exactly their instructions for prepping/ leveling my gravel pad. Everything went smoothly and installation from the manufacturer (from Salem, OR) was successfully completed in about 3 hours. Have patience, as your metal building won't be ready off the shelf - installation done the following week, sort of thing. That said, I would recommend All Steel NW and would order from them again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Here is my story…read more.. Project took place on our neighbor's property approximately June 17th-24th, 2020. We had no contract with American Built Fence for replacing our gate. Only an estimate was given to us by our neighbor. The estimate was for 8 feet of fence and a gate, when in reality it was only 3 feet of fence and a gate. We were never contacted in any way (phone, email, text, or in person) by American Built Fence about replacing our gate before, during or after the project. I came home one day towards the end of our neighbor's project to the gate replaced. However, the gate was 8" in the air and did not have a handle. Shortly after, American Built finished our neighbors project and left the site. They never had any contact with us about how the gate turned out or any other contact and any other time. And they left our side of the fence and gate area a mess including soil, large chunks of concrete, as well as pieces of our neighbor's shed they had demolished. In addition, during the project they were drinking (and drunk) on the job. They finished off a 12 pack between three guys one afternoon. To make matters worse they even left their garbage (including beer bottles) on our property. (Wish I would have taken pictures!) They also damaged our vegetation including breaking branches that were a few feet off the fence line. A few weeks later when I was contacted about paying, we called and voiced our complaints (finally realizing they weren't coming back to clean up). We told them we would pay the amount they billed (which was higher than it should have been - based on 8 feet of fence versus 3 feet), but they needed to come back and lower the gate to the correct height as well as put on a handle. I text (which is how they were [very unprofessionally] contacting me) and they didn't text me back about coming back to fix/complete the job. When they didn't get back to me, I called the office and was told the lady was out of the office and would give me a call back. She never called back. On September 1, 2020 just 5 weeks later, I received a letter from a debt collector and realized they must have immediately turned me into a debt collector rather than trying to work things out with us.

In the fall of 2019 my wife and I decided that we needed a large deck put on the back of our house…read more My wife has some mobility issues so we had specific requirements that we needed in this deck. We got several bids and after meeting with Shane we knew he was the guy. He helped us design a beautiful 300sqft Trex deck that allows for our BBQ and entertaining passions. Throughout the process we faced a lot of setbacks at the hands of Mother Nature. Our setbacks included terrible rain, some serious flooding. Supplies being delayed and the supplier almost trying to crush their company truck and then additional delays caused by the beginning of COVID-19 closures. None of these setbacks I would directly blame on the contractor. They also had to get rid of an employee and got backed up on other work. So in the end the construction took a lot longer than expected. However we now have the perfect deck with custom low slope stairs that are perfect for my wife. The level of craftsmanship is exactly what we were looking for and now our deck is beautiful, solid and makes the exact statement we wanted it to on our house. We have already used Shane for some fence repairs and we would not hesitate to use them again for other projects. In the end like all projects we ended up a little over budget and it took longer than we had anticipated but we got an amazing deck that we love and that has already impressed neighbors.
