He is everything you could hope for in a locksmith: professional, reliable, super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We have an older home, and an especially old door lock that required repair. As Kenn opened it up to assess the situation, he gave us a bit of a history lesson on the (long since closed) company that made the lock, and explained some of the inner workings of how it functioned. He ended up going out of his way to find us a replacement lock, exactly the same as ours, brand new! It was shipped up in a few days and he was promptly back to install it. He gave us tips and guidance on how to care for the new lock to ensure its long life. He's even going to fix our old one, so we have a back up if we should ever need it. PNW Lock & Safe hasn't finished a work order they charged my property management for. It was a tenant turnover, key change, paint and cleaning basically. The apartment wasn't left clean. All appliances weren't cleaned, surfaces and drawers are not cleaned. Haha, nice response Kenneth. That's actually very funny. I'm the guy who you had a phone call with an hour ago. You were very unpleasant and lied about cleaning that oven which the photos you sent show that it's not clean. You literally threatened taking me to court for defamation before replying here. You have my phone number. You left me a voicemail. You don't know who I am? Maybe this receipt that I paid through the property management will refresh your memory. I can't say enough about Kenn. I'm visiting my son on his rustic houseboat and was locked out with the key stuck in the lock on Saturday at 5pm. I had a large safe that was stuck shut. The electronic combination was working but the handle wouldn't budge. I contacted them through Yelp. Kenn called me soon and said he'd be over that day at 1:30 . He was here until 3 pm and he opened the safe, fixed the handle and then told us what to do if It happens again because it is an older model door with an older handle.
