Great job by Kenn installing our new Camelot keypad locks at the house. There was additional work with a misaligned strikeplate to fix, and one of the new locks was defective so it took longer than expected. He handled all the issues with grace. Professional all around and very reasonable on pricing. read more

The job did not go as planned, but Kenn did an awesome job in trying to get it to work. Very knowledgeable. Would use PNW Safe & Lock again, ask for Kenn. read more

Kenn is amazing! My brother and I needed to get into a very old custom-made fire safe while our elderly dad was hospitalized. The double lock was quite complicated, but Kenn got it open very fast -- and even let me take a short video of him explaining how to do it so we could lock it back up and not have to pay again to have him come out to help us get into it. Plus, the only time we could work on this was on a weekend. Kenn responded nearly instantly to my call and was over to us within an hour. I will definitely call on Kenn again for our locksmith needs -- 1000 out of 10! Thanks, Kenn and PNW Safe & Lock for your swift and kind assistance! read more

I highly recommend PNW Safe & Lock. Kenn went above and beyond during his service call for my Safe that would not open. He was able to troubleshoot, open and educate me on how to keep my safe working properly. I felt confident with his professionalism and industry knowledge. I would 100% call PNW for all of your safe and lock needs. A true needle in a haystack businessman/owner. read more

Kenn, the owner, came out on a holiday weekend to re-key our house. While he was there he also re-plumbed a sagging door and fixed one that was sticking and couldn't be locked with putting pressure on the door. He else helped us identify the parts we'd need to do some future lock replacements (garage and mailbox). He was fast, friendly, professional, and cleaned up the work site after he finished the job. 5 locks that we're keyed the same plus the fixing of the stuck door and the sagging door came to just under $400 and was done in a little over 2 hours. read more

PNW Lock & Safe hasn't finished a work order they charged my property management for. It was a tenant turnover, key change, paint and cleaning basically. The apartment wasn't left clean. All appliances weren't cleaned, surfaces and drawers are not cleaned. Haha, nice response Kenneth. That's actually very funny. I'm the guy who you had a phone call with an hour ago. You were very unpleasant and lied about cleaning that oven which the photos you sent show that it's not clean. You literally threatened taking me to court for defamation before replying here. You have my phone number. You left me a voicemail. You don't know who I am? Maybe this receipt that I paid through the property management will refresh your memory. Also the property management company hurried to leave a review to help their favorite contractor. I paid both the property management company and that contractor. Saying that invoice is private? It's not because I paid it through your company. I wonder why these two entities are trying so hard to help each other when the photos below tell you the quality of work you'll get. Maybe someone needs to follow the money trail. read more

I was calling around getting quotes and when I spoke with Ken, he was available to come within a few hours and was competitively priced. He has a kind demeanor and knows a lot about the industry. One of the installation parts had a cheap strike-plate so he recommended which one I should buy instead. Once I got the new strike plate, he came back to finish the installation (no extra charge as it was included in the original installation). I would highly recommend PNW Safe & Lock for any locksmith needs you may have. read more

We called on Kenn when he was recommended to us by another locksmith, and what wonderful advice that turned out to be! He is everything you could hope for in a locksmith: professional, reliable, super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We have an older home, and an especially old door lock that required repair. As Kenn opened it up to assess the situation, he gave us a bit of a history lesson on the (long since closed) company that made the lock, and explained some of the inner workings of how it functioned. He ended up going out of his way to find us a replacement lock, exactly the same as ours, brand new! It was shipped up in a few days and he was promptly back to install it. He gave us tips and guidance on how to care for the new lock to ensure its long life. He's even going to fix our old one, so we have a back up if we should ever need it. We could tell that he really enjoys what he does, and loved the enthusiasm he has for his craft. Kenn's pricing was good, and we were left feeling very pleased with our new lock. From start to finish, he was just a joy to work with, and we would highly recommend him if you ever need locksmith assistance. read more

Kenn was absolutely wonderful! I was locked out of my garage and not only did he help us get back in, but spent time assisting with reprogramming the garage door opener for me. He also helped out by re-keying a lock after I had lost the key - no easy work because the keyless entry system in question was harder than a typical lock to do this for! He also was communicative and came on time! Thanks Kenn! read more
