On a trip recently staying in an AirBNB and was not able to gain entry as the former guest misplaced the keys so we were stranded. I found their company to be both courteous and professional. After verifying with the owner of the AirBnb that I was indeed a guest and me having to provide a little proof they allowed me to gain entry. Thankfully the owner of the AirBnb covered the cost since the prior guest took the keys by accident and this two hour interruption of my trip wasn't too awful. Couldn't get keys for our locks. Then, when he did, he cancelled our appointment. When we rescheduled, I called him earlier in the day to confirm that he was coming (appointment at 11). At 11:30, I called him and he said he was 30-40 minutes away. I also have a job and had to block time for our meeting. Ended up not coming at all. Found another really great locksmith. Wow! Ken figured out how to solve a complex problem we had with various keys that worked and some that didn't on two condos we bought. He also was able to correct several things that were not operating properly, like locks that turned the wrong way and more. He is prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Needed to replace a keyless deadbolt. Thought could do it myself, but ran into problems when the bolts to hold the deadbolt wouldn't screw in all the way. Called the locksmith and they were there within 30 minutes. Worked with the deadbolt and got the screws to work and completed the installation with no further problems. Whew! read more
