David is a champion! I lost my car keys and was locked out of my car at the airport. David gave me a reasonable price and unlocked my car and gave me a new key without any issues. I recommend his top notch service to anybody! Will definitely be in touch with David for future needs. read more

Offered some advice to help us DIY, but we were already past that point. Was polite and efficient once we had him out. Would use again if I needed a locksmith. read more

I recently bought an old beater of a car (a 2008 Corolla) which came with only one key that was super worn out, and I looked around for locksmiths that could duplicate the key and program it. I put a request for bid out on Yelp and got a whole bunch of super expensive options, and then The Key Guy gave me by far the best quote, including home service. David was quick and professional, and he made me two new keys that were just as good as factory originals. He also decruddified the door lock, which was sticking previously. He cost only slightly more than the cheapest online option I found, and was quick and professional, and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need. So yeah I highly recommend this service! read more

We all get lockout sometimes and finding a locksmith on a Sunday morning is difficult. David came to my aide on his day off. He was responsive and professional. Within 30 minutes he was at my home. Another 5 and I was back inside my home. He showed up prepared and ready to get the job done. So if you are looking for a responsive, trustworthy, professional locksmith, I highly recommend David as your go-to-guy. *5 stars and two thumbs up* read more

great timely service to my door. Super friendly and good /fair price. highly recomend.

Tommy made a new key and remote for us when the used vehicle we bought didn't come with a spare. His price was even lower than Costco and they work perfectly. Such a nice, honest and conscientious guy! Five stars! read more

Great experience. He cut an emergency key for my Discovery and it works perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Would definitely recommend. read more

Absolutely phenomenal service. He showed up promptly and was able to provide the service I needed and duplicate Smart Fortwo 2016 key, which seems to be impossible for all other providers I reached out. I've learned from others the Smart car is tricky thing to do and she showed her temperament also to him, but he relentlessly fought back in and made the magic! Thank you so much David! read more

Very nice guy. He walked me through replacing my car, remote battery and didn't charge me anything. He could've had me come in and replaced it himself, but he saved me the money. He's a really honest guy. read more

Super responsive and friendly. He got us a new car key the same day and it works just like new.

David was so helpful and a real pleasure to work with. We had an issue with our ten year old civic's lock. He knew just what the problem was and the fix was super affordable. We had someone else suggest a fix that was over $1000 more than David's solution to our problem! We are so happy we found him. David is honest and dependable. Very professional. Would 100% recommend The Key Guy. read more

Great service. Was super responsive when I called for a lock out of a running vehicle. He said he'd be by in an hour and he was. Service was super quick. We needed some keys programmed too and he came back later in the day to assist. Highly recommend! read more

I was able to make an appointment with David to make a key for my 2018 Outback. Within 20 minutes he had cut and programmed my key for $180 plus tax. Because there is a transponder in the key, Subaru want almost double that so I was pleased to have a less expensive alternative. David is also a nice guy - kind and professional. He is now my key guy! read more

Very fast to respond. Reasonably priced. Thorough. Lost my only car key. They replaced is quickly and made sure everything was working properly. Great price. Would use again! Hopefully, I won't have to! read more

David rekeyed our house and we are very happy with his work and pricing. We had an older style lock on our front door that's a little more difficult to work with - he had zero issues and we 're glad to be able to keep the original lock. He is great at what he does, friendly, and trust worthy. I'd definitely recommend him if you need any lock related services! read more

Massively price gouging when the company thought it was an "emergency". I found another locksmith that could do the work for a fraction of the price. read more

Finding someone in the service industry who not only has great communication, but shows up on time, and does great work is harder than you think. David showed up when he said he would, and did a great job. The key on our older Subaru was worn down and he was able to make a duplicate that matched a factory new key based on some sort of wizardry that I don't understand, but definitely appreciate. He also said what the cost would be prior to the appointment, and there were no surprise add-ons - nobody wants to haggle with a stranger in their driveway, so his transparency was really appreciated. Highly recommended. read more

Tommy was awesome! Quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. I needed a key programmed and cut last minute before shipping my car and he was able to meet me on a weekend to get it done for a very reasonable price. I would use him again no question! read more

My car was unlocked very quickly, great service! I haven't locked myself out of my car in many years. read more

Very nice young man, very professional. It was so nice not to have to trek out to the dealer which is not only a long drive for me but would also have been more expensive, I expect. Fair price, too considering the cost of the fob, the travel distance and the work and expertise involved getting me the fob properly wired up. This is a service company I would I highly recomend. read more

Thank you so much for the pro-tip in getting my bedroom door open! I've used you guys for a lockout and also to change the locks for a door in my house. Very consistent, dependable, will definitely call again. Thank you! read more

Had him come out on a day he normally doesn't do any work for my gun safe. He wasn't able to pick it which wasn't a problem at all as the locks on this safe people usually don't bother trying with. Told me about a website I could order a replacement key from. I shook his hand thanked him and offered to pay him at least something for coming out on an off day. He declined the offer. Said "I don't like charging people when I am not able to help". 10/10 will be recommending to others. read more

I don't know why we are limited to 5 stars, but even so, this is my second time using these guys so my second review so that totals 10 stars, right? If you have lock and key needs, these are the guys to call. I previously had this house re-keyed when we bought it. Today I had the four outside facing doors fitted with new deadbolts and new knobs. Tommy communicated well, did excellent work, made even the two difficult doors smooth like butter. No more using my shoulder to push the door to lock the deadbolts! Fair pricing, great communication, fast and friendly service overall. So what are you waiting for? Call these guys for you locksmith needs! read more

I wanted to duplicate my car keys to have a spare and these guys were perfect. They worked with me to get this done, taught me things about my key that I didn't even know, and provided me with a new key that has all of the functionality. This was for a push to start car with all the fob features and a physically cut key. read more

Front door lock was vandalized, so we couldn't leave our home unattended and unlocked. David came to our rescue VERY promptly and also efficiently switched out the broken lock for a new one *AND* fixed the lock's alignment issue that 2 other locksmiths had been unable to. Kudos. Really nice fella too. Definitely keeping his business card handy! read more

David was very responsive and completed the work quickly. I had him rekey my house, which was 5 locks in total. He even helped me with a deadbolt/strike plate issue that had been bothering us since we moved in. the work was completed in less than an hour and very reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend! read more

Hired this company to install a new keypad door lock and change out a deadbolt lock on another door. Tommy arrived on time, even ran to the store to make an additional purchase to ensure I had exactly what I wanted. Some adjustments were needed to make the lock work perfectly on an older frame. Great attention to detail and extremely happy with the experience. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys read more

Excellent service and communication. He's going to be our go-to key guy from here on.

Excellent! Very responsive! First rate service - will use them again if needed. Very helpful!

I just got my deadbolt lock installed and mailbox lock replaced by The Key Guy. He did an excellent job and very professional. I would recommend to anyone who needs service. Thanks The Key Guy read more

Wanted to get a simple quote and the person who answered was very rude and impatient. Terrible customer service for potential customers.

Excellent service. We had David come out to repair a lock an earlier provider had "fixed" . In less than an hour, David repaired one lock and rekeyed 4 other locks efficiently, providing new keys before leaving. The previous locksmith stated that the lock type we had was "difficult to rekey"; within 30 days, that "repaired" lock fell out of the housing and attempts to have him return and fix his shoddy workmanship were unsuccessful. David's efforts were a direct counter to my experience with the previous locksmith- where that experience left me wary of hiring a local provider, David inspired confidence in the trade. He was courteous, professional and efficient! read more

Amazingly fast response to a request for service. We needed the locks on the doors to our house re-keyed due to a lost key and obviously didn't want to wait. David was able to do the job just a couple short hours after contacting him. He is fast and professional and I can't recommend him enough. The overall value for the job with one new lock and extra keys besides the re-key was very reasonable. read more

Needed a new electronic key fob for my Honda. Tommy was here within 24 hours of contacting him and had me fixed up in 15 minutes with another fob that looks identical to the spare I had after the other one broke. Very nice young man, very professional. It was so nice not to have to trek out to the dealer which is not only a long drive for me but would also have been more expensive, I expect. Fair price, too considering the cost of the fob, the travel distance and the work and expertise involved getting me the fob properly wired up. This is a service company I would I highly recomend. read more

David was very professional and fast. He replaced all of our house keys, made keys to the master bedroom and told us our locks were upside down. He fixed that too. He was efficient and fast. He wore a mask and was even careful with his shoes. We highly recommend and will do business with him again and tell our friends! There's a reason he has all 5 star reviews. read more

Amazing response time, friendly gentlemen, would definitely recommend and use them again if needed
