He was going to charge us $190 if he can't pick it so he will need to DRILL it himself. I think he saw a woman, he thought I would pay anything to get in. I bet they do this when people are stuck and really need to get in. Opportunistic scam. I drilled the lock myself. We paid the $29 and that was a scam on its own.
