I stopped by the shop this morning and informed them that my garage door had snapped a spring. I was told that someone would be there to give me an estimate between 2 and 4 pm this afternoon. At 1:40 Scott called me and said he was on his way and would be there about 2 o'clock. At 2 o'clock, he was standing in my driveway with a smile on his face. He took a quick look at the problem, weighed my door and got to work replacing the springs, explaining to me what I needed and what he was doing. We had a pleasant chat as he replaced the springs, made adjustments to my door opener, lubed the rollers, track and springs, and tightened the nuts on the hinges, even replacing a couple that were missing. My door works better than it has in years. Being the nosey guy I am, I asked him how long he'd been in the business, and he told me 29 yrs., the last 7 with Hung Right ( I hope I remembered the numbers right). The best part was how pleased he is with working for such a great company. " The Brothers" are really good people and treat everyone right. Boy, that's nice to hear. Thank you, Scott, for your professionalism and such a pleasant attitude. You made my day. Rick H. read more

Just had my 3 garage doors serviced by Josiah Ottenbacher. Amazing service! Thoroughly listened to what I needed done - preventative maintenance and address error code 4-1, excessive force. He also programmed and replaced a missing remote controller. He then shared exactly what the service would cost including possible additional charges if he found issues requiring additional time or materials. He finished the job at the quoted estimate. I have already marked my calendar for future service based upon manufacturers recommendations. Clean, efficient and friendly! It's not hard to believe this business started out with one truck and two guys who had the work ethic and drive to inspire others to join them in what now is Hung Right So read more

Following the nightmare of having an unvetted sham of a company service our garage door (my bad for skipping my usual research) I hired Hung Right Doors to come out and check things out. Scott was really great. Explained everything clearly, adjusted the springs and lubricated rollers and hinges, and charged me a very fair price. I wish I had done my homework and started out by hiring Hung Right Doors - I highly recommend them! read more

They came out very promptly to replace my builders grade door (which had broken) with a more traditional door. Very happy with their work.

Our HungRightDoor technician 'Nick' was on time, provided excellent repair and service of our garage doors. Top notch reliable company.

Our garage door would not close all the way and would not move up or down. I had to call our neighbor to have him help force the over 200-pound door down to secure the garage! This was on a Sunday. Monday morning, I called and spoke with John and explained our situation. He was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged for an appointment that day, Monday between 4pm and 6pm. I received a call from Bill about 3:45pm stating that he would be at my house shortly. He arrived right at 4pm! Wow!! He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and got started right away. Within an hour he had our door working smoothly and more quietly than it had in years! John and Bill put the service back into Customer Service!! Well Done!! Special shout out to Josh - our neighbor who recommended them as will I if anyone is in need of a great garage door company! read more

One of the springs partially broke on my garage. I'd called them a few years to repair the garage of the house that I was previously in. They did great work back then and did great work again this time. I called them again to repair the garage of this newer house that I'm in now. I called them at about 8 AM and they were able to start the repair before noon on the same day! I had to give them a great review because they do great work! Excellent customer service and they show up on time! I highly recommend Hung Right Doors. I almost forgot to mention, the repair cost is very reasonable! read more

A 15 year old door motor finally gave up the good fight. Time for a new one. Based on out 2012 experience with Hung Right Olympia, we called them for service. It was determined that a part actually broke. The service man was profesional and fairly laid out our options. Part replacement was about 1/2 of the new motor price. Considering the age of the broken motor, we went with new. The service man listened to our needs and came up with a unit that was, all in all, less cost than had we bought parts "ala carte" as I originally suggested. Once it was installed, he showed me how to use it and how to program the remotes. I continue to recommend Hung Right (I'd love a company hat just for giggles!) as a local company to do your garage door business with. read more

These days getting good customer service and a great product is hard to come by. Not with Hung Right Doors!!! Free estimate, can't go wrong with that! They were on time (which is hard to get these days), knowledgeable, friendly and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. For installation day they were on time, such a plus for me. They made sure I understood the cost before they started, which matched the estimate to the penny. Again, friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Brand new garage door opener, new wall mounted remote and cleaned the tracks of the existing door. My garage door now works perfectly AND opens all the way where the old one did not. I cannot recommend this company enough. I would definitely use them again if I needed to. read more

I've never written a YELP review. But, I cannot go without giving the absolute best review possible to Hung Right Doors. Locally owned by two responsive, attentive, and honest business partners, Hung Right Doors provided us with amazing customer service, exceptional quality garage doors, and an extremely fair price. Garage doors are not something we've thought of changing. Now that we see just how much they have added to the character and aesthetic quality to our home, we regret not doing it long ago. For anyone thinking about new garage doors, give Hung Right Doors a call. You will be glad you did! Trent M. read more

I noticed that when my garage doors closed, they weren't sealing all the way and some mice were sneaking into the garage. I started the project of replacing all the seals. I have four garage doors and got three done. On the last I noticed it was a different type door ( I think the door was replaced after a boo-boo with it). Looked at Lowes and Home Depot for a seal that would match, couldn't find one. I found Hung Right Doors in the phone book and swung by. The place was busy, I know they were scheduling their visits for the day. I was immediately greeted by someone. They looked at my part I had and made some recommendations on what to do. They quickly set me up with what I needed and was on my way. Very professional and customer focused. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

What could a loud rumbling and grinding sound of metal unfurling followed by a sharp snap in the middle of night tell you? Yup, you're trapped and you are not going in to work tomorrow because that 240lb garage door is not going to open and you gonna have to pay Uber to take your kids to school because the high tension springs that helps lift the garage door has snapped (inhale)... So a quick call to HRDs and out comes Scott who obviously had his Wheaties that morning because he lifted the door with ease.. I walked away mumbling something about my bad back... Scott was very professional and thorough. He took his time and didn't rush the job installing, adjusting, testing and doing the safety checks. He gave the entire system a once over and completed the job to my satisfaction. I am glad I called these guys and not some other guy I didn't know ;-) read more

Well, I closed my garage door on a chair and damaged it. It wasn't that bad but in short time the door was going to need to be replaced. I made the call to Hung Right Doors after a friend referred me to them and I am glad I did! They were to my house on the day of the call and gave me a bid for a new door. Trouble was, with the current supply chain issues they would not be able to get the door until May 25th and it was now January 4th so several month to wait. No problem for them, they made a phone call while at the house and had a service technician here within 30 minutes. They repaired the door to the point where it would function correctly until the new door arrive. Whew! That brings us to today, February 28th...I got a call last Friday, February 25th, and my door arrived earlier than expected and they could install today if I was available. I made myself available and they told me they would be here between 8 and 10 AM. At 8:30 Adam arrived. He got to work quickly and got the old door taken out, installed the new insulated door, and did a meticulous clean up of the area before he left. The entire experience was professional and pleasant. Thank you Adam and Hung Right Doors...I appreciate you and your exceptional service! read more

Our garage door spring broke and we couldn't open our garage door. Our car was stuck inside. The technician came out in a couple days and replaced the spring and made sure everything was tuned up. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. read more

My garage door wouldn't close remotely. I'm a disabled senior, so having to operate it manually is not an option. I contacted Hung Right and a technician, Scott, came out the next morning. He cleared away some cobwebs that had gathered around the sensors, and everything was good to go. He gave me a tutorial on the sensors as well. When he was ready to leave, I asked about the bill for his services. He said that he wasn't going to charge me because "I didn't do anything ". I was stunned, and grateful. Scott, you did do something-- you helped me. Thank you. read more

Spoke with Julie in the customer support section to set up the appointment. Julie was polite and extremely helpful and set up my appointment date easily. She also put me on the ASAP list because I could not use my garage door at all. The appointment was for the next business day. Later the same day I got a call from Hung Right Doors that said they could fit me in today. I accepted the time. The repairman, Scott arrived promptly and had all of the tools and equipment needed. he was very professional and efficient and quickly replaced not only the broken spring, but the other old spring as well. He completed a service on the door checking tension and that the door was straight in the track. He lubed all of the points of movement and did a safety check on the Garage door opener. Adjustments were made to the garage door opener to make sure that it performed in a safe manner. My overall experience with Hung Right Doors was awesome. Excellent service and customer support. Outstanding company! quality of workmanship and products is the best around. I needed both doors and all hardware installed quickly and they made it happen! I recently had a lot of work done on our home and when it comes to the best pricing and hard working employees this company impressed me. Other work I had done cost far more and I received much less for the money when it comes to customer service an actual work done. The work was completed in about 1/2 a day and I never saw the installer take a break. I give my highest recommendation to this company. read more

I needed to update my review because I've had much more interaction with Hung Right Doors. You cannot go wrong with the repair department of this company. They are courteous and prompt. I had a problem with one of the repairs done on the mechanics of my door. The service person came back out (offered to come out that same day) and fixed the issue. There was no explanation as to what happened during the initial repair. But there didn't really need to be. They fixed the door. The prices seem very fair. read more
