They said they're not responsible as they sell to the Distributor, Hormann Innovative Door Systems, who sells to the installer. The installer has been contacted at least a dozen times over the past year and so far hasn't done anything, though he told us a couple times that he ordered the replacement. Hormann says they are not responsible. Who is responsible? The garage cost $6000. I like everything about it except for the cracks in two panels. Is this really that hard to make right? Why buy a nice garage door if the installer, the distributor and the manufacturer don't stand behind it? **Last weekend Hormann provided two new panels and they were installed so I have updated this review.
