No need to buy a newer opener. It worked! Then my spring broke. Steve came right out on a Sunday to put a clamp on the broken spring to allow it to lift the door. He came back two days later with a set of new springs and installed them. Other companies told me it would cost $600 to $1100 to replace the springs. Really? Steve's bill was much lower.
