This is the second time we have called Richard for garage door repair. The first time it was to fix a bent track. This time it was to replace the springs for our double door garage. He was quick to respond and replace the springs. He cares for his work and provides value for his customers. I highly recommend Richard for all your garage issues. Thank you, Richard, for dropping by on a Saturday during the long Memorial Day weekend. read more

I had an issue with the garage door closing. The door was making a noise when closing. I reached out to Reidt Way Doors and got an appointment for the next day. Very responsive. Richard came in and diagnosed the issue in a second. He immediately fixed the issue and didn't even charge a penny. I would definitely reach out in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I am floored by how quickly Richard responded to my weekend request to fix our broken garage door and how professional he was the whole time. He offered to come the very next day, which would have been on a Sunday! For family reasons, I declined a Sunday visit. I would absolutely recommend Reidt. Richard is an expert at what he does, and is honest in his approach. We needed new springs and brackets because the company we hired previously clearly didn't do it right. With Richard we got great results. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because after he agreed to come back out to install a new weather seal on the garage door I could not get a response. If he ever responds and shows up, he'll get that 5th star. read more

I can't say enough good things about Richard at Reidt. Not only is he wonderfully warm and smart, but super skilled and honest. He will not overcharge you or change the rate. He was super communicative via phone and helped us out by coming quickly as our furnace had gone out and the repair man needed access to the garage. I texted him a photo of the broken spring, he gave a flat cost estimate, and set a time to come. Others I contacted could not give a firm cost estimate and had higher rates overall. Richard fixed the broken spring and tested out the system -- great work -- he came out all the way to Redmond from North Bend. He was personable, honest, and professional. We very highly recommend him! read more

We are beyond thankful and impressed by Richard's careful, knowledgeable and professional customer service! We could not have asked for a better outcome. We needed a replacement of the torsion spring on our garage door. Richard was prompt and so thoughtful. He returned my call within two hours, arrived the same afternoon and completed the repair in a timely manner. Our garage door works better than ever and now it's calibrated and quiet compared to before. He even improved the less than perfect work that was left behind by someone else, that was much less skilled, last year. We would recommend Richard, in a second, to any of our friends and family. He is honest and a true testament that great customer service is still out there, if you are lucky enough to find it. read more

Richard was awesome! Friendly service, good work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this service!

Richard with Reidt Way Doors provides exceptional service. Our neighborhood had several garage door springs break, as the manufacturer only installed 1 instead of the 2 that comes with the doors. Given that a single spring breaking leaves people stranded if their cars are in their garage, we decided to get 2 springs installed in being proactive. Reidt Way Doors was recommended by several neighbors. They all had great things to say about the service. Richard is a true professional--he came out quickly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and did quality work. This is the way service should always be. For any type of repair or preventative work done on your garage door, give Richard a call. You won't be disappointed! read more

Our garage door started to experience issues after we replaced the weather seal along the bottom. We stopped using it entirely for a period of time, afraid of exacerbating any problem. I wish I had just called Richard from the get-go! He came highly recommended by neighbors and I now understand the hype. He responded to my call right away and even made it out same-day. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We know we'll need new springs in the near future and, this time, I'll know to call Richard right away instead of waiting. Richard is awesome. Truly. He is honest, provides great value, prompt. Honestly, what more can you ask for?

Reidt Way doors is a five star company because Richard, the owner, is a conscientious hard working man. I had a situation where he could have easily sold me on a new garage door and I probably wouldn't have argued ( sorry Richard). He inspected the door, fixed the issue and oiled everything up for about 20% of what I was expecting to spend. This is a company and a man with integrity. read more

I have to give a shout out to Richard of Reidt Way Doors in NB - highly recommend him for any garage door repairs! I stupidly backed into our garage door and the lower panel was damaged and the wheels came off the tracks. I called another company who charged me to put the wheels back on and said we needed a whole new garage door. A friend recommended Richard and so I called him for a second opinion - turns out it only needed a new metal brace which he had on his truck - he only charged me for the part because he said we got ripped off by the previous company for even the $90 - he did that for free earlier in the day. So glad we called him for a second opinion! read more
