The repair itself only took about a 45 minutes which was surprisingly fast considering how he replaced the seal at the bottom of the door, while reasembling it! Hector also pointed out a couple other issues that I didn't know about like how the tenant reset the garage opener. For the quality of their work and inexpensive pricing, I would definitely recommend Hector and Laura to anyone needing garage repairs!
