Very affordable, great communication. Fixed my problem promptly and showed me how to maintain it myself. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. It's a family business, which is always my preference when I can find it. Konrad, the dad, arrived early for our initial appointment, was thorough in his explanations of the options I had for what I was looking for, and left me with their price for each. I needed to see color samples, to see if I could get away without painting the new door, so he came by again to show me what was available. (I didn't need to paint.) We agreed with a handshake. The fabbed door arrived right on schedule. On installation day, Kyler, the son, and his fiancée(!) did the required demolition and installed the new door perfectly. The perimeter seal, routing of wires, movement limits--and I'm sure many other things I wouldn't know to describe--were done to a very high standard. Kyler admits to being something of a perfectionist (ratified by his fiancée), and it shows. I couldn't be happier with every aspect of the result. I highly recommend Chinook Enterprises. My only complaint is that they stick to garage doors; I have plenty of other projects that could use the quality of workmanship they applied to this one. read more

We contacted Chinook Enterprises to replace our 41 year old wooden garage door which had dry rot. Konrad worked with us to order the door and opener with all of the specific features we wanted. We were not able to get the same quality in hardware from a big box store. Kyler installed the door and was very informative and friendly. We are very happy with the door, opener, and service. read more

I cannot say enough great things about chinook enterprises! Our home has 3 garage doors that were rotten, unusable, and barely hanging on by a thread. Kyler and his dad did an unbelievable great job tearing out the old units and dilapidated hardware piece-by-piece. They were safety conscious in the work they were performing and they took great care in working around my belongings. They installed these brand new beautiful doors as well as two motors just as I requested. As someone who spends most of my time in my garage working on vehicles and tinkering with projects; this basically is my second home and I could not be more grateful to have worked with Chinook Enterprises. Plus you can expect them to offer the most competitively fair prices in the market. I would choose them all over again and I will recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Chinook Enterprises Garage Doors - New garage door - Garage Door Services Near Me - Spanaway, Washington

We found Chinook Enterprises by accident, my wife was driving behind their work truck and saw the phone number and gave them a call. They came over and gave us a list of different garage door options. Needing a new garage door as ours was about 59 years old and falling apart, we worked with Chinook and they installed a great garage door. The connivence of being able to use an automatic garage door opener was great. read more

Our garage door was sagging in the middle when in the open position. This caused undo pressure on the panels when closing which resulted in panels resisting coming together and causing a loud sound as the panels forcibly snapped into position. After a short time the door would not close completely. I called Chinook, as they were listed on our home owners association's list of recommended contractors. Konrad came out the next day and in short order installed a support strut on the door that completely fixed the problem. He could have tried to sell me a new door but instead assured me that this fix, although temporary, would buy me considerable time before the door would need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty, integrity and work ethic. When the door does need replacement, Chinook will be the people I call. read more

If you have not ever had your garage door spring break, it is a strange experience. Out of nowhere, we heard a huge snap sound that shook the whole house. We looked and looked and could not find the cause. The next morning when I went to leave for work, the answer was obvious. The garage door spring had sprung, leaving the garage door opener useless. We called Chinook Garage Door as I had worked with Konrad, the owner, as one of his advertising representatives. He was quick to come and fix the problem, even though I live way out of his normal service area. The job was done right at a reasonable rate, less than other services I had called and received estimates from. I highly recommend this owner/operator as upstanding business to call when you need garage door service, repair or replacement! read more
