My Garage door stopped opening so I called Distribudoor. My neighbor strongly recommended them. They came out the next day and fixed it in less than two hours, plus installed a keypad outside. Very knowledgeable. No pushing you to buy things you don't need. Professional and honest. 5 star service! read more

Horrible experience with Distribudoors. The owner keeps saying they will do something to resolve my issue, but then never follows up or actually fixes the issue. Distribudoors installed three garage doors two years ago for me. Two of the doors had damage from shipping, they were bent. I reached out to them the day after install, and they assured me they would get replacement panels ordered. After years of pestering them and having the owner regularly ghost me, I am now having to peruse a lawsuit to recover damages. Stay away! read more

DistribuDoors has been great to work with. They installed a "direct lift" garage door opener and 2 wirless key pads. One of the key pads never worked properly. As I thought it was the batteries (which I kept changing) I didn't contact them until 11 months after install. They came out replaced the key pad no question asked. I highly recommend them!! read more

I found DistribuDoors while looking for looking for the best deals to fix my garage door springs, and I'm glad chose them! From the first call, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and efficient in helping me schedule an appointment. When my availability changed later that day, they easily rebooked me for same-day service. They were able to give me additional recommendations and kept me updated on ETA. Todd, the technician, arrived on time and was both friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even fixed a separate issue related to another part of the system. Everything was taken care of the same day, and my garage door is now working perfectly. Thank you again Todd and DistribuDoors for the fast, professional service! Will definitely reach out again for anything regarding our garage door if needed. read more

The days of one arm being more muscular than the other are finally over.. from manually opening my garage door twice daily. Quinn was my installer, friendly welcoming installer. Due to supply chain issues with the aluminum full garage door, the project ended up being ordered in October and then finally installed this month, March. Half deposit collected upon signing and the remainder upon completion of install. New motor and door installed. Garage door is much more smooth and quiet than previous. #distribudoorsisawesome read more

DistribuDoors installed a garage door for us years ago and it has functioned very well, no issues whatsoever. However, recently it was in need of a tune up - creaking and some bolts that needed tightening. They provided a reasonable upfront price, came by within a couple of days and the garage door is now in fine shape (and much quieter). Very much recommend DistribuDoors - good experience, great customer service. read more

These guys are awesome. I needed my old wooden garage doors replaced last month. I got 3 quotes and DistribuDoors was way less than the other two. The installer took his time making sure everything was done right. The office staff was very good at communicating the scheduling and payment of the work. I would absolutely recommend DistribuDoors to anyone. Thank you for being awesome. read more

Distribudoors was recommended by a friend who was very happy with their service. So was I. Came on time with a great attitude and kept me apprised during each step of the process. Didn't try to upsell me. Treated this senior woman respectfully. They returned promptly when the chain was making a funny noise--no charge (only a couple of months after the install). I recommend the company. Very pleased. read more

I bought a new Clopay garage door from DistribuDoors. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Nice showroom with capable and knowledgeable sales team. Great field team for measuring and the installation experience was excellent. Great communications every step of the way. The Clopay line of garage doors they carry are high quality at a reasonable price. They hauled off old door and everything else, my garages was spotless when they finished. I highly recommend this company. read more

Only amazing things to say. 2 brand new doors on new construction. RV Door & regular sized door. Beat prices around with the best of the people! Thank you JD! read more

Earlier this summer, our garage door was making a lot of noise; I called distribudoors for a tuneup and they were able to schedule me within 72 hours. The gentleman that came to our house was very nice quick and efficient. He not only tuned up both Doors but also recommended we fix the spring and one of them to make sure that it would not Unexpectedly break and fall on the car underneath it. He was thorough, efficient, and very friendly. I highly recommend distribudoors and will use them again in the future. read more

I did a ton of research and knew that I wanted the Clopay Carriage House garage doors, but I didn't understand all the options and I'm the type of person who needs to see and touch before I can decide. I contacted several garage door companies and very few offer showrooms. I finally found DistribuDoors, and I can't say enough good things about them. From the moment I walked in to the showroom Alaina was wonderful to work with. She showed me all of my options and gave me a quote on the spot. Communication was incredible! She called and texted me with information. JD came out to take measurements and was very professional, as well as the installers, Ricky & crew. From start to finish, we have loved our experience with DistribuDoor and we will highly recommend them to others. read more

I was really pleased with the scheduling and estimate process, the service, and follow up of Distribudoors. Great quality, professional installation, competitive pricing. And local. I chose a basic product but they had a lot of upgrades available. And they did not try to pressure me into more than I needed which was just for it to look pretty. I will recommend them to others. read more

I highly recommend Distribudoors! This is only the 3rd time I have submitted a review on yelp. The service from Distribudoors was so great I couldnt pass up an opportunity to give them 5 stars. We had a garage door replaced and had a garage door opener installed. Aj came out and looked at what we needed done. In a couple of days they sent me a quote and the next week Aj came out and installed the new door and my garage door opener. Aj was authentic and professional from the beginning to the end. I had 3 estimates done and Distribudoors gave me a very reasonable quote for the door and labor. I have had a few home improvement projects done over the last 2 years; new roof, exterior paint, and removal of trees, I can say without hesitation that Distribudoors was the most professional out of all the services Ive had done and they didnt gouge my pocketbook. Thank you Distribudoors! Thank you AJ! read more

I had DistribuDoors replace my damage garage door on June 8th. They did excellent work as well as being very prompt in taking care of my need, as the door was in danger of possibly falling. The work was done efficiently and the young man who did the work was very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. After a DISASTROUS experience with another garage door company, DistribuDoors came to my rescue! I unfortunately hired a company that uses unlicensed contractors who did shoddy work. I called DistribuDoors based on a family recommendation. After hearing my sob story, they added me to the schedule the next day. DistribuDoor promised that they only use their own techs, told me the guy's name (Dusty!), and said he would be in a branded vehicle. They also gave me a two-hour window, and said he would call when he was on the way. They also told me the price in advance on the phone (no charge for the service call!). Dusty did call ahead, and showed up in that time window as promised. He was wearing a branded sweater and came in a branded truck, not a personal vehicle. Yay! He fixed the other company's work and put new springs on. He also lubricated the springs, wheels, and track. I also asked about added wifi capability - Dusty told me what the cost would be, checked out the motor unit, and told us we don't need a new keypad, just an adaptor. He was clear that they do not set that up themselves, but he told us how to do it. Overall, I found him very professional, nice, and pleasant to work with. We will absolutely call them next time there are any issues, and recommend them to everyone. read more

I'll lay out the facts, and you can make your own judgment if the following is "great customer service" as DistribuDoors claims to provide. I purchased garage doors and openers through Home Depot and DistribuDoors was to install them. I was provided with an estimated install date of 12/17/2021. That date was provided by Home Depot, not DistribuDoors. On 12/19, I emailed John for an update. As of 3/10/2022 I have NEVER received an e-mail back from him. Is that "great customer service?" On 12/22 I called John for an update. He did not answer his phone, so I left a message. As of 3/10/2022 I have NEVER received a call back from him. Is that "great customer service?" On 12/22 I then called the main line and was told that the doors were expected to leave Ohio on 1/10. What kind of customer service would you like? CompanyA that proactively tracks orders and provides updates to customers? Or DistribuDoors that waits to REACT to your call? On 1/31, I emailed John for an update. As previously noted above regarding a prior e-mail, as of 3/10/2022 I have NEVER received an e-mail back from him. Is that "great customer service?" On 1/31, I called the main and line and this time they said they nothing and I needed to call Home Depot. Is that "great customer service?" 1) How is it that they could provide an update on 12/22 and now magically they can't? 2) When you call a vendor for an update, do you want to hear "I don't know" or "I'll find out and call you back"? WHERE'S THE SERVICE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE? What does service in customer service mean to you? You have the facts. I won't embellish or rant. Decide for yourself if this is the level of service you want. read more

Outstanding in all respects. Had them install 2 garage doors with lifters, wifi etc. By far the best prices---$2000+ below comparable bids, and for quality doors etc. insulated r-6 etc. not junk. On time, 4-5 hours installation, as scheduled, with advance 'we are on our way' phone call etc. personable installer, answered all my questions upon arrival, and did a super job hiding the wiring etc. We are Owner/Builders of two custom homes in the past so we know how to bid and engage subcontractors--- and when you find a GOOD one, keep them on your list and tell your friends! Distribudoors is a keeper! BEST in the area. Gene and Carolyn Shoreline May 2023 read more

DistribuDoors installed our garage door opener in 2015 and did an excellent job. Yesterday, we discovered that a spring on the garage door had broken, resulting in our not being able to open the garage door at all. (Apparently, this was a cost-cutting measure by the homebuilder when the house was constructed). In any event, we once again contacted DistribuDoors for their help, and they were able to come out today. Not only is our garage door opener once again functioning, but he took the time to lubricate it so that it is far less noisy opening and closing. If anyone is in need of a garage door opener installation or repair, I highly recommend this company. read more

Our garage was making a terrible noise and the door was wobbling all funny when going up or down. Knowing better than to wait for it to be inoperable I checked Yelp for recommendations and gave DistribuDoors a quick look. I requested an appointment on their site which just prompted them to call me, not as easy as I had hoped for, as if I was available for a call I would have just called them, but it worked. We got it scheduled for a few days later. The gentleman who came out pointed out the mechanics causing the problem and talked about how they were older. He presented options for repair or replacement to a better more updated version, we opted for the latter. There was some confusion as to what was done when I went to pay as my wife was on the roof dealing with Christmas lights, but it was all worked out when I got her down to review with the tech. We know our strengths and this is not mine. All in all a great service and we are running smoothly. read more

I would highly recommend DistribuDoors. Someone accidentally hit our garage door with a vehicle. We thought we may have to replace the whole thing which other providers were telling us. DistribuDoors came out next day and was able to fix it for us for a very reasonable cost. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly. read more

Bought a house that had doors with their sticker and needed some creative modifications to squeeze more space out of a small garage door opening. Amazing! Dusty had good ideas and saved me an extra 3-5 inches. Now we are able to get a truck into the garage. Thank you so much. Will always recommend this place to everyone we meet. read more

I have used DistribuDoors on two different houses. On the first, it was new doors, opener and everything. The install went well, was all timely and neatly done. With the second house we converted the opener to a new modern Jackshaft (Sidemount) / Direct-Drive Garage Door Opener which made the situation in the garage much better. Finally, today we needed a service call and they were able to come out the same day and the resolution was so simple the charge was $0.00. Awesome. read more

I agreed to pay for the garage door re-installation at my home because I felt that the conversation was not going anywhere and you had made up your mind....But that does not mean it is the RIGHT thing to do. Even after being shown proof that I asked your rep Heather a direct question regarding painting the doors and she answered incorrectly (not calling her dishonest, just mistaken) you still did not cover, or even share in the cost of the replacement door install. Your manufacturer stood behind their product AND YOU SHOULD TOO, but I got stuck with $1500 install and $500 to repaint the doors....NOT FAIR! SIDE NOTE- your install guys could not have been nicer, good job install dept. read more

A very customer - friendly company, these good people have gone the extra mile to solve my problems with an aging opener. They are prompt and thorough once they arrive. So when it came time to replace the old unit, I only made one call. They came up with the perfect model for our garage door. It was installed and while they programmed the remotes, they showed us how it was done. I'd not only use them again, I'd encourage anyone looking for an opener to give them a call. read more

Fantastic company to work with. Quick and easy quotes, timely communication and very helpful. Todd, the installer was definitely an expert at his trade and a perfectionist. He provided good recommendations and did a great job on installing 3 new openers and providing maintenance on the 3 doors. Absolutely recommend them. read more

Our garage door was opening and closing with resounding metallic scraping, along with not bottoming on closing. A cal to DistriuDoors was promptly handled with an appointment within days and the repairman, Todd, arrived ahead of the appointed time. After preliminary discussion, we were happy to have him set up and restore our door to "as new" condition. In addition to this repair, which was extensive and needed a new spring along with a bottom seal, Todd activated our new remote. The amount of time spent and the final bill was well within our expectations. Not at all surprising to us because we have been a loyal customer for many years. This company exceeds expectations, and we can only recommend them for as many stars available. In closing this review, thank you, Todd; you are an asset to your organization. read more

I cannot say enough good about my entire experience from the 1st call to schedule an estimate with a lovely lady, to the appointment with John K, to the installation today of 2 new doors and openers with a fine young man. They were on time, honest and personable, no sales pressure and most competitively priced. I love to give business to local family owned companies as well. Thank you John! read more

We chose this company because they carried Clopay, which had the door design we wanted. We initially did an estimate with a big box home store and then compared with DistribuDoors. We saved a lot by going with DistribuDoors and received excellent customer service all the way through project completion. Diana handled all my initial questions and estimate. She was even able to get the specific glass I wanted, which was outside of the normal options available for our door - I appreciated her taking the time to do that. The follow through with the company was top notch. Whether it was someone answering the phone, Diana, the estimator or the technician that did the install was excellent. The door looks excellent and is smooth to operate. We are pleased and would recommend this company without a doubt. read more

Like others, I found DistribuDoors from the sticker on my garage door after recently buying a home. I spoke with Jennifer who helped me diagnose the garage door motor issue (faulty motherboard), and she transferred me to the scheduler. I was scheduled for a time during the snowpocalypse, so understandably, our installation date was delayed a few days, which DistribuDoors clearly communicated to me. Todd came out to replace and install the new garage motor and accessories; he was super down to earth and did a stellar job on the installation. Overall, 5/5 with their communication, service, and job readiness. read more

The house I purchased had the original garage doors and openers from the 80's. Needless to say, that was not acceptable. I'm one of selective few who believes in actually parking my car in the garage to keep it safe and protected from the elements; it's not a glorified storage area like with other people. As such I needed the garage to work but quietly and efficiently. I installed a 3/4 HP Chamberlain on one of the doors; it installed fine, but was struggling to lift and manage the door. I'd had Seattle Garage Doors out to replace the springs, which they did. But the door was still not smooth or as quiet as I would have liked. It was also rickety and squeaked like mad. When I called DistribuDoors, the gal who answered the phone (who BTW is the reason I knocked a star off) should be fired or reassigned. When I asked for someone to come out and assess the situation and make recommendations, she said "we don't do that". That's odd...really odd. According to her "if you buy a garage door, then we can send someone out". Hmmm. After ranting at her for a few seconds, she offered to have me speak to JD, who was a breath of fresh air. He clarified that yes, they can come assess the situation, but there is an $80 service visit charge, which is credited towards whatever you do end up paying for (if anything). That's fine - as long as I know about it. Dusty stopped by, polite and respectful as can be, and gave the door a once-over. Recommended new rollers (which I'd planned to do at some point), some adjustments, and new springs. He noted that Seattle Garage Doors used springs that weren't thick enough to hold a solid wood door (thus why the garage opener was struggling, as it was basically holding the full weight of the door both directions). He had everything swapped out, tightened the Chamberlain, and did lubrication all throughout. Door now opens and clothes smoothly and silently as expected. I was very pleased with the work. What's more, they charged half what Seattle Garage Doors charged for springs. I really was pleased with the appointment and Dusty is to be commended. I hate knocking off a star. But I want the company to know that the gal answering the phone is likely costing them business. She needs to either be retrained or reallocated. In summary (so people don't get misled by her): YES, DistribuDoors will come and assess the problem if your garage door just isn't working right and you know it. NO, it's not a free visit. There's a service charge. If you buy something, springs, rollers, doors, whatever....the service charge is credited against that. So if you pay $400 for parts, you're not paying $480, the $80 is included in the parts cost. NO, DistribuDoors will not push you into buying a new door if you don't need it. If yours is perfectly fine and just needs TLC they will offer that first. If you want a new door they'll sell you one, but it's not their lead-in. read more

Had two new garage doors and openers installed. The finished product is beyond my expectations. Not only does everything work, as would be expected, but the level of fit and finish was a really pleasant surprise. The installer made sure that all the wires were neatly bundled, tight to the walls, and run at 90 degree angles; the result being a very clean and professionally done job. The installation was also quicker than initially mentioned, which was nice. All that and the price was very reasonable with respect to other quotes I also received. Would definitely recommend! read more

Ron and Shane are amazing! I was on a bit of a time crunch and needed to get three garage panels replaced (before my parents came home from a trip). At first Ron said he couldn't get anyone out there until next week. However, he instantly called back and said we could get someone in two days, well before your parents come back. I was very relieved! He ordered the panels right away and got Shane to come in right away as well. It also helped that Ron was very, very knowledgeable about my garage door model and asked all the right questions, in regards to what I needed and how he could help out. Shane also came on time and replaced the panels within 30 minutes. Beyond satisfied with these guys. These guys saved my butt and I couldn't be more thankful for this! It was an absolute pleasure to have John Vicenzi service our garage door! Dispatch called me to let me know that John would be running a little late as some of his service calls went longer than expected. When John arrived, he was high energy and certainly didn't let on that his day didn't go as planned. John thoroughly assessed our situation (needed to replace broken springs and cables) but he also recommended that we replace our rollers too. We really appreciated that John took the time to recommend the rollers as our door now goes up much more smoothly. Our double garage door snapped one spring on Sunday. On Monday morning at 8 am we called Distribudoors. They made an appointment for late afternoon. They were here on time, replaced both springs (you cannot realistically just replace one). They were done very quickly. We handled the payment over the phone. I really don't know how a door company could do better. And they replaced our door springs fifteen years ago. The work comes with a 3 year warranty. I put a sticker on the wall next to the door button. It is so good to have a reliable company when I need service. read more
