Greens was one of a few places that had storage for both and boy am I glad we found them. Stacey was incredibly helpful, responsive, and available. We were able to book exactly what we needed with less than 24 hours notice. The RV space fit our rig perfectly, the storage unit was exactly the size it was advertised as, and the lot is expansive. We haven't had any trouble trying to get past another car, finding a place to park, or pulling it. Truly a dream scenario. So glad to have found Greens and would recommend to ANY person with ANY storage needs!

Robbery happened over 3 days in early March. Over $8,000. worth of my belongings. A precious set of 10 porcelain plate settings & all the mugs, bowls, serving dishes, etc. These dishes were very precious to me as my husband over 4 years had bought them for me as gifts. If anyone knows about this robbery or the dishes, I am offering a reward for info. The plates are aqua/turquoise and other items in set were cream with daisy, butterfly and tulip on them. 4 electric tools of my husband and some yard lights were also stolen. Thief was someone who had access and time to explore my unit and not even worry about someone seeing them or my showing up and catching them. All dishes were in approx. 12 different boxes, taped shut, not showing what was inside and had to be opened to find the dishes. I stand behind every word as the truth. DT

UPDATE: About 1 week after posting this we were contacted by the manager and owner, who agreed to…read moresend us the $200. We received that payment today (10/15/26). This has been resolved. -------------------------- TLDR: I don't recommend using Ruff & Ready. There are better moving companies out there that treat your home and items with respect and will own mistakes. Used R&R twice. Ended up with sizable holes in the wall both times. The first time (in 2023) the customer service was at least decent - they owned the mistake and paid for the repair. This time (2026) - we've been going back and forth with them for months and are going to have to pursue legal action. For $200. Now, I realize two things: one, we probably shouldn't have used the company a second time after that first issue. But they handled it with integrity, and mistakes happen - and maybe a little of the "devil you know". Secondly, I realize $200 isn't a ton of money in this economy. But on principle - if your people make a mistake, I expect you to own it and make it right. Why should I be out $200 for this? We were days away from closing escrow on our house and used Ruff & Ready to move. The movers let us know they put a decent sized hole in the wall and that would could file a claim. To close escrow in time, we agreed to Venmo the buyers the cost of repairing the hole themselves after closing - $200. We then filed a claim, and heard nothing. After multiple follow ups and back and forth with the customer service team, we gave them a deadline of this Friday to let us know the resolution so we could determine next steps. And, we've heard...nothing. I've already wasted too much time on this, but what's a few hours more. On to the next steps. Don't make the same mistakes as we did - find a different moving company.
