Today we moved out, as we no longer needed the unit. It was a painless process and taken care of immediately. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for storage to start their search there.

I've been a customer here for some time, and there is one issue that has increasingly made me…read moreuncomfortable. On many occasions when I have come to access my storage, I've noticed staff frequently coming around or remaining in the area while I'm there. I completely understand that employees have responsibilities around the property and that regular security checks are necessary. However, this is not based on one isolated incident. It is something I have noticed repeatedly during my visits, which is why it has started to make me uncomfortable. I don't want to assume what the reason is or suggest that anyone is intentionally watching customers, because I simply don't know. I can only describe my experience. When the same thing seems to happen repeatedly while you are accessing or organizing your personal belongings, it can create the feeling that you are being watched or checked on rather than simply seeing normal property monitoring. I appreciate having security at a storage facility, but customers should also be able to access their rented space without feeling uncomfortable or overly monitored. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and find a balance between maintaining security and allowing customers a reasonable sense of privacy while using their storage.

Don't let the name fool you. Just because it's in Bear Creek doesn't mean it's good for storage…read more Long story short. We stored our whole lives in this storage for only 6 months. We came today to get our stuff out of storage and everything was full of rat droppings and unmentionables. It was awful. Our professional movers were appalled. They have seen nothing like it. We had no food at all in the storage and all of our furniture was wrapped professionally. But rats still found a way in. I'm 100% sure there's rats throughout the storage units around us. Leaving some pics here for your reference but trust me, there's so much more. Don't leave your things here. ** UPDATE ** They called me and offered me a refund if I take down this review. Basically bribing me to keep my mouth shut about this place. That's how you know these people are NOT for their customers. The nerve!
