This spot is so cute and their food is delicious. I tried their Bee Knees cocktail, Garlic parm wings, The Goat pizza, and cannolis. Everything was super flavorful and the food came out fast. The hot honey was such a great touch on the pizza. The staff was super nice and friendly!

Popped in Raffy's for the first time on a Friday evening. It's a bar vibe with fun 70s-80s music playing. The servers were warm and enthusiastic and made great recommendations on the menu. We enjoyed the grilled peaches appetizer which was flavorful. We had the sausage and blueberry and Brie pizza. Both were very unique. I would try their other flavors too!

Raffy's on 36th is on the hollowed grounds of, what once was, Arthouse. Arthouse was the staple pizza joint on the Ave. Just like other greats, the pandemic killed Arthouse. Raffy's opened in August 2025, and I honestly hadn't heard about it till I was googling pizza places last night. We ordered an app, a pizza to share, and a couple of drinks. The appetizer, Speck & Brie Bruschetta, was delicious. I wish there had been one more on the plate (only 3) but the last one was delicious cold the next morning. We shared the sausage pizza and it was one of the best pizza's I've had since moving to Baltimore in 2015. The jalapeños were pickled in house, and just added little bit of a kick that was needed. For drinks, andrew had a beer and soda; I had a glass of red wine (nothing to write home about), and I had their Dirty Martini & Tonic. I am a proud gin girlie- dirty martinis and G&T are my favorites. I never thought to mix the two. Now- this was not a bad cocktail. It was good, but I would have just preferred them to be separate as god intended. This was a cocktail I wouldn't have been surprised to have seen on the menu at Dutch Courage. The service was exceptional- we were seated immediately, the bartender was fast and friendly, and the busser was quick on their feet at the end of the meal. I liked the ambiance the restaurant gave off. It reminded me of a more classier version of The Dive (another great bar). I hope this will be our new go-to neighborhood joint.

Pizzas were really small, expensive, and took a long time. The space was nice and we assumed it might be better to dine in.

Sitting outside with a glass of wine while overlooking the harbor is hard to beat. They even have a designated area if you want to enjoy a cigar, which adds to the experience. The service has always been on point--staff is welcoming and attentive. My favorite is the frozen summer drinks with lavender. They're made like slushies and are strong (2 of these and you will be done for the evening) The wine is okay!! though not necessarily the highlight in my opinion. My biggest critique would be the small plates menu. There's a real opportunity here--expanding the food options would take this place to the next level and truly make it a complete experience.

When we arrived, we were the only ones there, and there was one staff member working. That said, she came over immediately, brought us menus, and made the experience feel welcoming right away. We had to ask about tastings and she poured us about four different wines to try, which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel relaxed. We liked a few of the wines and ended up purchasing a bottle of Honor Cava Brut Rosato for $32.99. Solid choice. Nothing mind-blowing, but enjoyable and fairly priced for the setting. The space itself felt calm and cozy, especially with the fireplace and wine displays, but at the time we were there it didn't have a ton of energy or buzz. To be fair, it was early in the day, so I can absolutely see this place feeling very different in the evening or on a weekend when the patio and waterfront vibe are in full swing. V-NO is a pleasant, low pressure wine stop with friendly service, a thoughtful tasting experience, and a beautiful waterfront location. It may not scream "vibes" during slower daytime hours, but it's an easy place to relax, learn what you like, and enjoy a glass (or a bottle) without feeling rushed. I'd definitely come back later in the day to see it come to life.

The ambiance is beautiful, with a vintage yet elegant feel, a cozy fireplace, and stunning chandeliers. The crispy shrimp and corn patties were like a crispy takoyaki so actually pretty good and the Mac and caviar was like a cold macaroni salad also pretty good just not impressive for a nice dinner. Was really looking forward to trying their duck confit chilakiles, but they ran out unfortunately. A little surprising since it's many hours before they close. I was considering coming again to try the duck confit, but after trying everything else I'm not sure it's worth the drive here since I'm not from the baltimore area. Their grilled ahi tuna was done well and the sauce was really good. The garlic soy shrimp pancit had good textures and flavour as well. The nori butter tteokbokki was lacking in flavour a little. Missed a bit of acidity to balance out the cream. Desserts were also just okay. I'm usually a sweets person, but I was kind of disappointed. The carrot mochi cake was strange, the texture was good, but the flavours did not mesh well together and I was confused what I was eating. The latiya was dry. The shaved ice was pretty refreshing but not impressing. The Ube flan was good though!
