Don't be fooled by the lack of reviews. I was referred to them by another company that didn't do rodent control. Apparently, Radiant Solutions mostly does large jobs, not household. They responded immediately and came by the same day. The two guys, dressed neatly in matching shirts, were polite, tidy, & knew what they were doing. I would never have thought to disconnect & pull out the dishwasher. Oh the horror- there was the evidence- a big pile of dark, rice grain-size poop pellets. What a mouse party they had, frolicking through the house & gorging on microscopic food crumbs, then back to base camp under the kitchen cabinets, having arrived there via a water tank pipe. The work took over 2 hours & included house inspection, shining lights in tiny dark places, identifying entry points, sealing them up, & setting traps. Several traps were set in crawl spaces I never want to explore. I've been checking the traps for a week & it looks like the party has moved on to another venue. The Radiant guys worked hard, were extremely thorough, and bonus.... the price was quite reasonable. For an equally reasonable price they will come back, check the traps, & conduct a discrete and respectful funeral. I have to believe the mice are in a better place now. read more

Holy cow, I should have written this a long time ago. It's been a year since my wife was wondering what those red bumps on her arms were: Hives from covid or political stress? I didn't have any so we didn't think it was bed bugs but we were wrong. Radiant Solutions were not cheap but nobody is when it comes to bedbugs since they're super-hard to get rid of. But if you want someone to come in and get the job done well the first time, these are your guys: Really knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and helpful, Chris responded quickly and he & his team took care of our infestation quickly and efficiently. We have artwork and musical instruments in the home and were worried that those might be destroyed in the heating process. Chris recommended a hybrid approach of heat treatment for the bedrooms and chemical treatment for the common areas and the artwork, which he bagged along with chemical strips that would kill the bugs hiding in the frames. The final canine inspection was helpful in assuring us that the problem was taken care of, as well. It worked amazingly well. These guys are the ones to go with. Two friends each had bedbug infestations recently. I helped each of them prepare their apartments for treatment and move heavy objects. In both cases I followed "quarantine" instructions: I brought a sealed bag of fresh clothing and washed and heat-dried the old clothing. But a few days ago I got a row of bites. One friend had very bad experiences with a name-brand exterminator, and the other had a bad experience with a small local exterminator. Then she found Radiant Solutions and was extremely happy with their work and recommended them to me. (I hope she will post her own review.) Chris, the person I spoke to on the phone, came today to make a free inspection. He was extremely thorough, very willing to answer all my questions, and very knowledgeable. And, unlike that name-brand exterminator, he actually showed up! But he is so polite that he even quasi-defended the name brand, saying that the name brand probably focuses on big business rather than individuals. He didn't find any bedbugs. (Whew!) He said that I might have been bitten somewhere else, or I might, for example, only have a single male bedbug, which might be hard to find and which might only bite every five days or so. He said that I could pay for an examination by a dog. He even offered that I could wait and only ask for the dog inspection if I got another bite. Definitely not hard-sell! My elderly parents ended up with a bedbug infestation in their beautiful home after allowing a guest to stay there. They were unsuccessful in treating the problem themselves, so I called Radiant Solutions. The info that I read kept pointing to heat treatment as the best option, especially since my parents didn't want to move out for 4 days which is required for fumigation/tenting. We were fortunate to have found Radiant Solutions on yelp. They specialize in exterminating bed bugs and in heat treatment. Once we decided to move forward with the treatment, Radiant Solutions promptly scheduled 2 dates for prep work (2-3 hours) and for the heat treatment (full day). Eric, Chris and Mike are professional, polite and provide excellent customer service. They were prompt in responding to my calls and emails and they made sure to keep us updated during the treatment process. They followed up the heat treatment with 15 and 30-day inspections. The service also includes a canine inspection by a third party. A small beagle thoroughly inspected the whole house, and we were very thankful that there were no alerts. At a time when honesty can be hard to find, I was pleased to encounter Radiant Solutions. Having received a bed bug diagnosis from a "BIG NAME" pest control company (feel free to check my other reviews to find out who...but it rhymes with Dorkin) and after investigating several YELP reviews regarding said company that indicated they had a tendency to find bed bugs where none existed, then tried to upsell treatment packages) I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Radiant Solutions who had several reviews touting their honesty and reliability. Indeed, after a visual inspections from Radiant Solutions they found no indication of bed bugs but offered a referral to a canine inspection company who could certify the situation. No surprise, the canine inspection rendered no bed bugs either. It is so very refreshing to encounter companies who recognize the value in doing right by themselves by doing right by their consumers. I had started seeing little bugs around the house and even on the bed and was afraid that I might have bed bugs! Radiant Solutions came out to my house to perform an inspection for bed bugs, they really took their time looking through my bed, looking in places I didn't even think bed bugs might be hiding! In the end, they didn't find any bed bugs, or any of their droppings (gross). But they did diagnose my problem bug as a carpet beetle. They were very kind and reassuring, as I was freaking out a little when they showed up. These guys seemed really knowledgeable I definitely recommend getting an inspection done with them. This is a company with real results and great customer service.  When we got bed bugs, they came out fast for an inspection, and scheduled a heat treatment a couple days ahead. My worst fear had been confirmed, I HAD BED BUGS!!!! After I had come home from a business trip to Texas, I started waking up with itchy red bite marks. They explained to me their heat treatment services, which do not use any pesticides or poisons; so I had them bring out their heaters to my house. When I suspected I had bedbugs I hired a different company that came out and sprayed three times over the course of almost two months. I'd had enough, I still had bugs, whatever they were spraying was not working and I contacted this company. They came out, did their estimate, and were able to treat my house 5 days later. They explained not only every step of the heat treatment process to me, but also where and how the other methods failed. After what happened the first time I had tons of questions that they didn't mind at all. The next day they had an independent company come out and perform a canine inspection to make sure they got EVERYTHING. I believed they did, and now a month and a half later I am sure. I can't rave enough about the service of Radiant Solutions. They are so responsive, thorough, reassuring and kind. Chris, the manager, is truly a star of a human being. After calling several bed bug treament places, Radiant Solutions was recommended by the bed bug inspectors. I called on the spot and Chris came over at 7:30pm that night when he heard how panicked I was. He got our treatment plan started the next day with a chemical treatment and then squeezed in our heat treatment the following week (I have an elderly parent in the house, so he understood how bad of a situation it could get). While the month-long treatment wasn't cheap, it was the going-rate for full heat treatment and he and his team were so professional, and worked so hard, they deserved every penny! Chris made himself available to us throughout the treatment period and, most incredibly, even AFTER we passed the bed bug inspection. When I continued to get bites, Chris came over on his own and checked our mattresses every time I panicked the bed bugs were back. It turns out it was rodent mites and now that Radiant Solutions has a rodent service, we hired Chris for that too.
