Rene was so quick with the inner tube replacement and liner installation, that I commented on his speed. He said that he's been doing this work for 35 years. He's really good. Reasonable prices as well. I also observed him helping a family pick a bike to buy for the daughter in the family. He was patient and helpful in choosing one that would appeal to her sense of style, and that would be practical for the purpose. The bikes in the shop appeared to be good quality for reasonable prices. I will be back. This place is a great find.

Fortunately, I only had to walk my bike a little over a mile to Steve's Bike Shop, which was miraculously open on this holiday. The technician helped me as soon as I walked in, and within minutes, I was back on the road again. While changing my tire, she also checked my brakes, oiled the chain, and basically gave my bike a spa day for a great price. Now, that's service! Thank you for rescuing me, Steve's Bike Shop. Needless to say, we have been to HUNDREDS of bike shops because we make it a point to go to a shop in every town we visit. Are you looking for a bike shop where all of the employees are smug? Are you hoping to ask questions, looking to spends thousands of dollars, only to be met with aloofness? Great! Then this is the bike shop for you! We've been to Cub House so many times and spoken to multiple employees, etc. It is always the same, "I don't give a crap; I am too cool" attitude. And after today's ride, my husband has given up trying to support this business. Never again!
