Father and son business and I came to them to have some jewel appliqué embellished jeans hemmed because I'm a petite 5'1 girly and it's hard to find jeans that fit! I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and precise, dependable work on the hem! I'd highly recommend them and use them in the future! Just the sweetest family honestly!

I had a little trouble finding the suite the first visit. I associate the suite numbers with the floor level and assumed suite 110 was on the first floor. Upon arriving, if you enter the building from the entry facing Westheimer, he's up the stairs, quick right down the first corridor, and leaves his door open with a welcome mat. It's two quick rights if you walk out the 2nd floor from the elevator.

She is doesn't seem to love/like the craft or even the business-- and that shows up in how she engages with clients. There have been moments I've walked out so taken aback that I called a friend just to confirm I wasn't imagining it. I wasn't -- this appears to be a pattern others have experienced too. It's also evident in many online reviews. I share this because I want this business to do well long term. Their father built something special, and the foundation is still there.
