Likewise the fries were cold, soggy and tasteless. The cheeseburger was better with the bbq sauce. The cookie was okay. The Diet Pepsi was flat. First and last encounter here. It took very long to get our order. They also gave us a wrong order/ instead of a double it was a single burger. So we paid more than what they gave us.

I called them and the girl who answered the call told me she placed the beans with the order and asked me if I was sure there were beans. She was adamant she put the pint of beans in the order. I told her why would I call if I wasn't sure??? Then she said I can stop by and pick them up. I replied why would I do that, the whole purpose of delivery is so I don't have to pick up. If I pick up the beans, I just wasted money on delivery and tip for delivery...it defeats the purpose of delivery. If I want a refund I would have to go in store, once again defeating the purpose of delivery. I am very disappointed Los Betos won't fix the problem they caused. It's their mistake they should fix it.

When we received our food the only onion burrito was labeled only onion but when we started eating the burrito it had tomatoes. Both burritos had tomatoes. Whoever prepared the food obviously knew we wanted onion only but they didn't bother to fix the burrito when they put the tomatoes. Instead they gave it to us like that. What if we had a tomato allergy. When we went back to the window the lady said she would fix it but when we got the corrected burrito that didn't have double meat. We got jibbed twice. I dont recommend this place.

So it was worth the visit The service was very good and the coffee was flowing. The restaurant can use a deep clean from head to toe... Starting off at the bathroom, which could probably use a remodel also... They say you can rate a restaurant by how clean its bathroom is But when I was walking in, there was like a fishing set up as part of the decor in the window. And it had a lot of dust on I think this place would score a solid five star from every customer if they just cleaned everything from top to bottom... Window windows... Chair... Bathroom This place was hopping... Was obviously a local favorite, and it was packed... So they should never rest on their laurels... Clean this place up and you guys will have a line out the door! Because the place had a lot of heart and soul... I'm giving it five stars

I have no idea why it took so long for the truck to order a single coffee but that's what we saw him take at the window after expecting him to take on a meal for an entire soccer team. The woman in front of us has a small order, too, so the two meals we ordered should have required a ticket to come back the following day. Lady Matilda ordered a milkshake with her order. We got to the window and were told the milkshake machine was broken but we could have a cookie instead. As we did not want a cookie, we asked for the charge to be refunded on our card. This turned into a long exercise begging the questions 1) why didn't they know the milkshake machine was broken by 1 in the afternoon and, 2) why did it take three people to process a $5 refund across five minutes? The food was cold and old and tasteless. The drink hoses were dirty giving the sodas a Dr. Pepper and 'ick' taste. It seems that the closer you get to the airport, the worse the food gets. If it's on the corner of Tucson Boulevard or closer...beware. They must think you're on your way out of the city and won't have time to complain. Of course, being stuck in an airport of airplane bathroom after eating here is incentive enough to make note of it here and with management.

Had Sonoran hot dog, Yaqui taco with carne asada, and a deluxe bean burrito. Hot dog was outstanding- better than Guero Canelo. Soft bun hiding the chargrilled dog surrounded by beans, pico, mayo, mustard ... everything that makes these do addictive. The taco has so much filling you can easily make it into two tacos. Condiment bar is fantastic!!! One of the toppings was an interesting cucumber/mushroom relish with a slight soy sauce flavor. Lots of salsas to choose from - we tried them all and they're killer. Looking forward to a return trip soon.

Aqui Con Nene comes up a lot in discourse over good Carne Asada as well as being a great Tucson…read morestaple. I will say, that Nene isn't a bad resturant. I mean, is it a must try? No. I think you can live in Tucson, or visit Tucson and never try this place and you'd not miss it. I will say though the Sonaran Hot Dogs are good. The Al Pastor is good. Those definitely are solid options. But none of it is great. Not to the degree of giving this a high marked review, you know? It's definitely "Tucson Good". Which to real foodies, is barely okay most of the time. I've been to this location several times, and finally just stopped. Even had a date here. The service has never been exceptional, it's hit or miss on cleanliness, and the food is just okay. The Carne Asada is absolute trash, and I despise that it's mentioned as one of the best in the city, cause it is NOT. See my other Tucson reviews as I go out of my way to try Carne Asada here. Nene isnt good enough to be mentioned there. This place is barely okay, and it might do for a quick hot dog, but otherwise of that, nah.

Interesting atmosphere with flamingos galore and other things decorating the inside. Gives it somewhat of a party and fun feel. Food comes out in a timely manner even when they are very busy. Prices are reasonable. Give it a try, I think you'll like it. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
