Of all the options on that small stretch of Vallencia, we had to pick that one. We waited in the drive-thru for over fifteen minutes while two cars negotiated their orders. I have no idea why it took so long for the truck to order a single coffee but that's what we saw him take at the window after expecting him to take on a meal for an entire soccer team. The woman in front of us has a small order, too, so the two meals we ordered should have required a ticket to come back the following day. Lady Matilda ordered a milkshake with her order. We got to the window and were told the milkshake machine was broken but we could have a cookie instead. As we did not want a cookie, we asked for the charge to be refunded on our card. This turned into a long exercise begging the questions 1) why didn't they know the milkshake machine was broken by 1 in the afternoon and, 2) why did it take three people to process a $5 refund across five minutes? The food was cold and old and tasteless. The drink hoses were dirty giving the sodas a Dr. Pepper and 'ick' taste. It seems that the closer you get to the airport, the worse the food gets. If it's on the corner of Tucson Boulevard or closer...beware. They must think you're on your way out of the city and won't have time to complain. Of course, being stuck in an airport of airplane bathroom after eating here is incentive enough to make note of it here and with management. read more

Our first time at this location, I WILL SAY THIS, the food, service and ambiance was TOP NOTCH HECK YES!!! we went thru DRIVE THRU on 7/1/2026 at 9:58 in the morning, I was STARVING it was already getting to be that time! Worst!! Don't eat here. Can't trust the staff or the food. You've been warned. Don't do it. I drove a little slowly to the pick up window because I was trying to get out my money card. And there was no one driving behind me. As I'd looked in front of me, I saw the cashier hanging out the window, waving her arms for me to hurry up. I continue to drive a little slowly, until I completely got my card out when I did get to the cashiers window, which took less than about 10 seconds, the cashier looked angry, rude, impatient, and was rolling. Her eyes at me , she immediately told me the price and while I already had my debit card out driver window she tried to snatch the card out of my hand. I held onto the card, pulling it back into my drivers window and told her the attitude was unnecessary. Came to Burger King tonight because I felt like a good burger. Burger King has some of the best burgers I think we all know that. Came inside to use a coupon on my on my mobile app. The employees are quite slammed long drive through line, I'm the only one that is ordering inside but they were only two employees working. They are trying their best to give customer service but you can really tell they do not feel like being here. It's about 9:10 PM so probably ready to wrap it up. I've been to alot of burger kings in my day, but this one has nowhere near the standard of quality of others. I was there at about 9:15 this morning and ordered the 2 croissant for 4 dollars deal. I was surprised as they were ready instantly, but as I got on the road and reached into the bag, I quickly realized why. The crossaints were hard as a rock. Like they had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. I definitely don't want crunchy crossaint sandwiches. I was in a rush, or I wouldn't have been using the drive thru in the first place. I had somewhere to be, but still considered turning around and returning the sandwiches for my money back. Not exchanging them, because this place obviously can't even keep up with the already low standards of fast food. They have everything needed to meet the industry standards. Well everything except apparently competent management. I dont know who is running this particular spot, but I know for a fact that they aren't doing a good job of it. I will no doubt stop at Burger King in the future, but never at this location again. read more

This place is a-OK. They typically always get my order wrong, but are willing to correct it. They are inexpensive, and so they deserve the business. This is both accurate and brilliant, and if you ever want to see what that feels like I encourage you to eat at the Burger King up the road from the airport. So when it came time to pick up my mother from the airport I was feeling hangry and lethargic. Not wanting to ruin my beloved mother's first day of vacation, I made the fatal decision to grab a burger. Generally I try to eat like someone who makes health food YouTube videos, but this time I figured, "What can one burger hurt!" (unfortunately my anus would find out the answer to that question all too soon). I decided upon the new Bacon King sandwich, because bacon, and was very impressed by the friendly professional service I received. When I pulled up to the window the staff were diligently cleaning the area and the teller took my order and money promptly and competently (which is why I am giving this location a three star review instead of a one star review). The burger smelled great and tasted wonderful... two hours later I began sweating. My mom wanted to go to a sit down restaurant but I declined to order any food thinking I might throw up. I'm not one for reviewing chain restaurants, but this service situation seriously warrants warning. I, for one, make a point to park and go into a restaurant rather than using the drive through. I don't like the gas burning while my car idles, and if I'm going to eat fast food, I figure I could use the minimal exercise to get my butt out of the car and into the establishment anyway. Unfortunately, our culture has trained these places to serve the drive through. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The lady working the drive through window was moving the fastest of anyone in the place. Finally someone stepped up to the counter, but just stared at us for another minute before asking to take our order. By the time we ordered, there was quite a line behind us (it was noon, and definitely peak ordering time). We waited significantly longer than usual to get our food, though I won't quantify the amount of time, because when you're hungry and smelling French fries, time definitely slows. Meanwhile drive through orders kept flying out the window. So if you're in a hurry in this neighborhood, just stay in your car. read more

As I was making up my mind the young man behind the counter was helping a couple with a child. She and the child were one order but the cashier had to ask for change to break a $20. He got it from a young woman. That took extra time. Then the man with them used coupon and the cashier had to ask for smaller bills again. The young woman came back with the bills, taking even more time. Then it was my turn, I ordered and found a $10 for my $8.40 order. I will say they did get extra pickles on my whopper and my fries are fine but here's the cherry on the top of the review: When I went to fill my drink cup, of the 25 choices on their fancy new machine, 17 were dark, not dispensing, out of beverages. Unacceptable. I filled my cup with something wet and as I walked by I said; "17 or 25 of you beverages are out." He didn't know and offered to fill my drink from the back. The moment i went up to the drive thru i knew i was going to get bad customer service. Wjen i asked the girl to give me a minute i got no response back. I work in customer service and I've worked fast food. My response would have been "ok just let me know when your ready" but nothing. Customer in front of me placed a huge order. Not sure exactly how many items, but there were 8 bags of food and at least 40 biscuit sandwiches. So, of course, this order overwhelmed the two people working there, and customers behind that order were ignored and left waiting for more than 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting and left.
