Of all the options on that small stretch of Vallencia, we had to pick that one. We waited in the drive-thru for over fifteen minutes while two cars negotiated their orders. I have no idea why it took so long for the truck to order a single coffee but that's what we saw him take at the window after expecting him to take on a meal for an entire soccer team. The woman in front of us has a small order, too, so the two meals we ordered should have required a ticket to come back the following day. Lady Matilda ordered a milkshake with her order. We got to the window and were told the milkshake machine was broken but we could have a cookie instead. As we did not want a cookie, we asked for the charge to be refunded on our card. This turned into a long exercise begging the questions 1) why didn't they know the milkshake machine was broken by 1 in the afternoon and, 2) why did it take three people to process a $5 refund across five minutes? The food was cold and old and tasteless. The drink hoses were dirty giving the sodas a Dr. Pepper and 'ick' taste. It seems that the closer you get to the airport, the worse the food gets. If it's on the corner of Tucson Boulevard or closer...beware. They must think you're on your way out of the city and won't have time to complain. Of course, being stuck in an airport of airplane bathroom after eating here is incentive enough to make note of it here and with management. read more

bro! its about 955pm right now and everytime we come here wether its 10pm or 1030pm they always shut their lights off and hangout in the kitchen. google and other sites say they closed at 12am, lazy. that's messed up, i wish i hot paid to be on my phone or be messing around and not work. if the times showing inline are 12am or whatever time are there, they should be followed. i hope this message makes it to corporate. i hope thos aont what burger king condones, i hope they hold their staff accountable. i attached a receipt also from a time be4 when they over charged and messed up my ordered. read more

Worst!! Don't eat here. Can't trust the staff or the food. You've been warned. Don't do it. I drove a little slowly to the pick up window because I was trying to get out my money card. And there was no one driving behind me. As I'd looked in front of me, I saw the cashier hanging out the window, waving her arms for me to hurry up. I continue to drive a little slowly, until I completely got my card out when I did get to the cashiers window, which took less than about 10 seconds, the cashier looked angry, rude, impatient, and was rolling. Her eyes at me , she immediately told me the price and while I already had my debit card out driver window she tried to snatch the card out of my hand. I held onto the card, pulling it back into my drivers window and told her the attitude was unnecessary. I asked to speak to her supervisor she slammed the window and I saw her walking into the back toward the food which I immediately thought with that attitude she's probably going to spit in the food and I decided at that point I was no longer interested in buying anything from this location. Soon the supervisor came to the window he looked disheveled, so did the rest of the staff I told him what happened and he said OK he would take care of it. I asked him what his name was. He told me he doesn't give out & his name badge is blank with no name on it. The name on supervisors badge was ripped off. It was a blank, thinking this was strange. Came to Burger King tonight because I felt like a good burger. Burger King has some of the best burgers I think we all know that. Came inside to use a coupon on my on my mobile app. The employees are quite slammed long drive through line, I'm the only one that is ordering inside but they were only two employees working. They are trying their best to give customer service but you can really tell they do not feel like being here. It's about 9:10 PM so probably ready to wrap it up. Course you wish that their attitudes are better however, I try to be understanding to the fact that they're here late. read more

I've been to alot of burger kings in my day, but this one has nowhere near the standard of quality of others. I was there at about 9:15 this morning and ordered the 2 croissant for 4 dollars deal. I was surprised as they were ready instantly, but as I got on the road and reached into the bag, I quickly realized why. The crossaints were hard as a rock. Like they had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. I definitely don't want crunchy crossaint sandwiches. I was in a rush, or I wouldn't have been using the drive thru in the first place. I had somewhere to be, but still considered turning around and returning the sandwiches for my money back. Not exchanging them, because this place obviously can't even keep up with the already low standards of fast food. They have everything needed to meet the industry standards. Well everything except apparently competent management. I dont know who is running this particular spot, but I know for a fact that they aren't doing a good job of it. I will no doubt stop at Burger King in the future, but never at this location again. read more

If there is one thing i would recommend BK do better is the "flame grilling" of the burger patties. I wanna taste a little heat/char. Horrible, I went to get food after I left the airport and the guy at the drive thru was obviously fed up and was high. When I pulled up to the window he didn't even give me my drink, he dropped my change then told me to have a nice night after he gave me the food and I had to remind him to get my drink then he was like oh yeah and handed it to me then kinda just walked away didn't say sorry or anything. A wise man once said, "Diarrhea is like a storm raging inside you." This is both accurate and brilliant, and if you ever want to see what that feels like I encourage you to eat at the Burger King up the road from the airport. That being said, be forewarned, this won't be an average storm...it will be a full fledged Wild West monsoon, complete with Latino Americans riding inner tubes down the Santa Cruz river and overconfident rednecks getting stuck in washes they swear they can drive through. When I decided to patronize this establishment I had enjoyed a steady series of very productive days at work, days in which my productivity kept me from adequately fueling my body. So when it came time to pick up my mother from the airport I was feeling hangry and lethargic. Not wanting to ruin my beloved mother's first day of vacation, I made the fatal decision to grab a burger. Generally I try to eat like someone who makes health food YouTube videos, but this time I figured, "What can one burger hurt!" (unfortunately my anus would find out the answer to that question all too soon). I decided upon the new Bacon King sandwich, because bacon, and was very impressed by the friendly professional service I received. When I pulled up to the window the staff were diligently cleaning the area and the teller took my order and money promptly and competently (which is why I am giving this location a three star review instead of a one star review). The burger smelled great and tasted wonderful... two hours later I began sweating. My mom wanted to go to a sit down restaurant but I declined to order any food thinking I might throw up. I had to leave the restaurant before the family was done eating so I could rush home and- well I'll spare you the details. I'm not one for reviewing chain restaurants, but this service situation seriously warrants warning. I, for one, make a point to park and go into a restaurant rather than using the drive through. I don't like the gas burning while my car idles, and if I'm going to eat fast food, I figure I could use the minimal exercise to get my butt out of the car and into the establishment anyway. Unfortunately, our culture has trained these places to serve the drive through. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The lady working the drive through window was moving the fastest of anyone in the place. Finally someone stepped up to the counter, but just stared at us for another minute before asking to take our order. By the time we ordered, there was quite a line behind us (it was noon, and definitely peak ordering time). We waited significantly longer than usual to get our food, though I won't quantify the amount of time, because when you're hungry and smelling French fries, time definitely slows. Meanwhile drive through orders kept flying out the window. So if you're in a hurry in this neighborhood, just stay in your car. read more

As I was making up my mind the young man behind the counter was helping a couple with a child. She and the child were one order but the cashier had to ask for change to break a $20. He got it from a young woman. That took extra time. Then the man with them used coupon and the cashier had to ask for smaller bills again. The young woman came back with the bills, taking even more time. Then it was my turn, I ordered and found a $10 for my $8.40 order. I figured he'd gotten change twice already but I wasn't going to risk it, so that's why I didn't give him a twenty. Well guess what? He didn't have any $1!!! So he had to ask the young woman for change a third time in four minutes. Really? Total incompetence and total lack of communication. Horrible customer service because of all this. I will say they did get extra pickles on my whopper and my fries are fine but here's the cherry on the top of the review: When I went to fill my drink cup, of the 25 choices on their fancy new machine, 17 were dark, not dispensing, out of beverages. Unacceptable. I filled my cup with something wet and as I walked by I said; "17 or 25 of you beverages are out." He didn't know and offered to fill my drink from the back. My family and I was craving for BK @ 9:00pm tonight..while we was headed that way it seems like it was closed looks like the lights was turned off but decided to take a chance and turned into the drive through surprisingly they were still open! The cashier guy sounded like he didn't want to be working tonight. As we wait for our food for 5 minutes he hands over our bag. We ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies, 2 Jr. whopper cheeseburger meal and 2 extra jr. whopper sandwiches on the side. All 4 burgers was COLD!!!!! Our chocolate chip cookies was not fresh or warmed. The moment i went up to the drive thru i knew i was going to get bad customer service. Wjen i asked the girl to give me a minute i got no response back. I work in customer service and I've worked fast food. My response would have been "ok just let me know when your ready" but nothing. Then when i went to order ypu can already hear the attitude in her voice lile she was ready to go home. I asked for two shakes and she told me no we dont have none we clean our ice cream machine before the night ends so we dont have none. Terrible! Only like three employees working on a Saturday night. There were like 7-8 cars waiting in parking lot for their orders. We waited over twenty minutes and food still wasn't ready. Had to finally just go in and get a refund. The girl did not want to refund my money because she "didn't know how". I waited 15 minutes around the corner so they could cook my food 'fresh' and bring it out to me.. I wish I could post the picture of the chicken fries they just gave me.. They broke in half from being so old, dry and over cooked.. They didn't apologize for leaving me outside and forgetting me.. I'm just disgusted.. This place needs a complete and total overhaul! Customer in front of me placed a huge order. Not sure exactly how many items, but there were 8 bags of food and at least 40 biscuit sandwiches. So, of course, this order overwhelmed the two people working there, and customers behind that order were ignored and left waiting for more than 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting and left.
