For example, Chris handles all of my watercolor scans and when he creates the digital files for me he takes the extra time to trouble shoot, adjusting all of the settings and custom color correcting to get the PERFECT files. He's also been super helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns when it comes to sizing my projects for best resolution. It's a great convenient location, too. But I had an issue with them this morning that I have to share. Their website lets you create print orders to pick up in the store and I used it because I needed copies. They said the copies would be ready this morning, so I stopped by. The shop attendant told me their website doesn't work so my order was not only not ready but it was not even in process. He said I could email it but there is an additional fee to send it that way. Don't take orders online if you can't process them. The shop attendant was so unapologetic and literally walked away from me while I was still talking to him, trying to understand the situation. Don't call yourself a print shop or copy place either if you're not going to fulfill the service. Very disappointed.

She grabbed it out of my hand, looked at it and grimaced. Woah! What is going on here?! She came back with my documents after whispering about it to another woman around the corner behind a wall. She said "It'll take one hour and cost $30 per paper." I declined and she was quick to hand it back. So, I went to ABC Printer 2 miles away and they did it for $3 per paper, and in 5 minutes.
