BRUNO AND JERUSALEM ARE LIFE SAVERS!! This company is TOTALLY AMAZING. I have dealt with sketchy exterminators before... They come once, charge you $500 and leave, and then you still have a problem and they want nothing to do with it. But these guys are legit!!! I live in Bushwick on Cedar Street and we realized we had rats when a small cat-sized rat CRAWLED OVER MY ROOMMATES IN BED. We were frantic, and terrified, and they came the same day we called. I dealt with Bruno on the phone and Jerusalem in person. Bruno was super kind and actually cared about my rat infestation. He literally said the words, "I understand that your home is your sanctuary and I will do whatever I can in my power to rid you from your infestation". And they meant it. The initial visit was the same day the phone call was made, and Jerusalem and another man (maybe it was Bruno? I was at work while this happened) and they covered many holes with chicken wire and some foam, as well as put poison in the walls. We paid the fee, which ended up being just under $500.00, but we felt good about the exterminators' visit. The next night the rat came again and ate through an avocado on my kitchen counter. Jerusalem came again, set traps, searched even more, and covered more holes and did more investigating. NO CHARGE. 2 nights later, there was more rodent activity! Jerusalem came for a third time, NO CHARGE, and then came up with the idea to search the basement and other points of possible entry. In the boiler room we found a MASSIVE infestation, where Jerusalem even saw live rats IN THE ROOM with us. Thousands of droppings, poor construction, and many points of entry. Jerusalem was very patient with us throughout this entire process, and I'm sure that was probably hard because we were absolutely terrified. He came up with an estimate that we could give to the landlord right there, and was on his way. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, and I would ABSOLUTELY use them again (hopefully I don't have to) if I ever had a rodent/pest problem. read more

I moved to a new apartment that, while rather recently renovated, was infested with mice. My landlord brought in an exterminator, who basically took a flashlight, waved it around, found one hole and felt contented with putting some stuffing in it and some traps around. It was then presumed that my cat would take care of the rest. And indeed, a couple of weeks later I found dead mice in my apartment, one after the other. (And none of them in the set traps.) I then found myself scrubbing blood from all over the floor and feeling utterly miserable. I was unable to sleep or think about anything else but the mice. It was absolutely horrible. And just when I was about to break the lease and give up my apartment to the mice, a friend convinced me to call Quick Solutions. Within a few hours after I made the call they were in my apartment with specialized equipment. I have never been so happy to see my apartment pulled apart. They were very thorough in their inspection and not only put stuffing in the holes, but adequately sealed them with the stuffing, chicken wire and a foam that hardened into place. They also removed the mice-related waste. And all throughout the process, they were telling me just what they were doing and why. In fact, they were incredible nice and understanding. They also assumed right from the start that my cat should play no part in the mice-removal process and that it should be kept safe during the process. It was as if they knew exactly just how horrible my life had been until they arrived. Overall, I definitely recommend Quick Solutions. I just wished they had been hired by my landlord right from the start, and the months of absolute misery would not have happened. I can't thank Bruno and Jerusalem enough for their work and understanding! read more

I am so thankful to Quick Solution and especially to Mr. Esaie ,for rushing to my rescue yesterday, that I could not wait to write a good review. My husband kept putting mice traps in our kitchen for a whole year catching about one or two mice per month, but in the last few weeks we found droppings everywhere. Yesterday afternoon and in plain sight, a fluffy mouse ran from our fridge to our stove twice about two feet away from me. That was the last drop! We are expecting relatives from overseas this weekend and I could just picture us having a nice dinner and the mice crawling around our feet. I called Quick Solution after reading good reviews on Yelp. Mr. Esaie Bruno answered the phone, I told him that I couldn't wait because I didn't want our visitors to see the mice and he came within two hours with his assistant, just as he had told me on the phone. My husband, who thinks he can fix everything was a little apprehensive, but when he saw how thorough they were in their analysis of the situation and how carefully they covered every hole in our walls, he did say to me, "I am so glad that you called them. I have never see an exterminator as competent as these guys." They were in our kitchen for five hours. Today I can't even find one dropping anywhere. We will be calling Quick Solution now for maintenance of the mice control and other creepy crawlers that love our home. I am so glad that there is a company that is honest and responds quickly. Thank you Mr. Bruno!!!! read more

These guys are pros. Saw my first mouse (ever!) a few months ago and called the exterminator that services the building to inspect the apartment. They were friendly and immediately responsive, but couldn't do much more for me than lay down sticky traps and do some spot-foaming on a quick walkthrough (20 minutes tops). They were cheap, thankfully, but you get what you pay for: they were like having a friend who'd had mice before stop by to give me some pointers. Saw mouse no. 2 last week. Was skeptical about calling another service to basically look behind the furniture and hand me a stack of sticky traps with an invoice for services rendered. But they offered a 1-year service warranty and-- like I said up top-- these guys are pros. They rolled up their sleeves and got to work right away: sealed up floorboards in the radiator grates, as well as gaps in the various piping/plumbing systems behind the kitchen appliances, blasted all trace areas with some kind of professional pest vacuum, and laid down some old-school mouse traps (much less conspicuous and more humane IMHO). All told, they must have put in 3 hours of legit no-frills labor reinforcing the front lines of our small but sordid battle against mammalian pests. Yes, it was more expensive than the other guys: $700, with some very mild haggling. But I'm convinced it's money well spent since I can now call on them 24/7 to fix any mouse problems that come up in the next year for free. read more

It's all in the name...Quick Solutions. This place is hands down the best! So I returned home Saturday night after spending a couple of weeks abroad and naturally went to plop myself down on the couch. After lying there for about 5 minutes I found a bed bug crawling on the collar of my shirt! needless to say I was completely freaked out and began researching exterminator companies in the area. I called these guys after 12a and received a call back the next morning (SUNDAY) before 8am! The price for an inspection was about half the price of a few other companies and the guy who came out was extremely professional and courteous. He thoroughly checked all of my furniture ( all wood) as well as all bedrooms on 3 floors of the house. Although he did not find anything he gave an option to treat the first floor where the bed bug was initially found. This ran me only half price of a regular treatment. Although he did not push this option we felt we'd rather be safe than sorry. He was very knowledgeable and explained that I could have picked it up from the plane or hotel. he explained what exactly he would be doing and made me feel extremely comfortable. As I said before they really were the best and quick solution in the Brooklyn area. Called them at 12a Saturday and had the problem take care of by 2p the following day for half the price of so many of their competitors! Would def recommend and use in the future! read more

So I just moved into my apartment two months ago. I was used to living in a building so the exterminator was a service provided monthly. Now that I am in a brownstone, its up to me to maintain. About a week ago I saw a mouse and had a heart attack. I had to wait for my roommate to get home to even leave for work. I have an intense phobia and no peace in my home. After trying to get rid of it ourselves, well my roommate trying, we finally decided to call an exterminator. I called around and saw the reviews on YELP for Quick Soluition and gave a call on Friday. They came that evening when I got in from work. They examined my entire apartment, plugged any entry points, laid down the traps, and were super kind and fast. It too less than an hour. They understood my fear and made me feel extremely comfortable. The next evening I heard a loud noise under the stove. I called them Sunday evening and they came Monday morning. To my surprise, the noise I heard on Saturday was the mouse. They took out the mouse, did a final inspection, and they have a happy customer. I already feel at peace in my home and I am very thankful for their customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having a pest issue. They are quick, efficient, and effective. You can't go wrong. Thank you Quick Solution!!! read more

I have had inside pest issues with mice and roaches for the past 12 years at my residence right here at 126 Sterling Place between 6th and 7th avenues right here in Park Slope. The building has had monthly extermination services every first Saturday of the month and still no progress. I thought there was not going to be a solution until I reached out as a last attempt to solve this issue. Bruno from Quick Solution Pest Control came to assess my situation and quickly found where my issues were coming from. Bruno being very educated in this area of pest control went to work and to my surprise, not only was he a complete gentleman polite and very thorough in finding the areas in which the pest's were entering but he actually cleaned up after himself, placed everything back together and put an end to my 12 year issue for good. Now all I do is as recommended is allow him to conduct his monthly inspection visit because living in a building, packages, boxes, neighbors, and anything is possible to contaminate. I write this review to let everyone know that if you love living in a home free from unwanted pest this is your man, the service is 2nd to none. Try him as soon as possible to solve your issues whether residential or commercial in the tri state area!!!! read more

I'm writing this review months later because I wanted to make sure they would follow up if I had a problem. They came in April and I haven't had a problem yet! It seems like I was getting a mouse every other month. I couldn't take it. I have a phobia of Rodents. I was ready to pull all the cabinets, the dishwasher, the baseboards, heating everything off the walls to get to the bottom of this mouse situation.OMG!!! I called...they came, Jerusalem in particular. I needed a straight jacket..lol he was going in all the closets, cabinets... I was standing on a chair...he told me what needed to be done and I just put my faith in him to do it. LET ME TELL YOU!!! This man and his crew went to work and sealed, meshed wired, stuffed with steel wool and sealed again every hole, even holes I didn't know where holes, from the top to the bottom of this house. Then after he was done he swept and MOPPED the floor. He is so confident in his work he gave me a guaranty for 6 months in writing on my receipt and told me he would come and check on me at the end of the 6 months to make sure everything was still secure and intact. You can't get no better than that!!! Jerusalem YOU ARE THE BEST! read more

These guys are the best! I have don't business with these exterminators twice and both times were an absolute pleasure. the first time is when I noticed water bugs randomly popping up in my home after it was flooded from Hurricane Sandy. Literally within 2 hours of our phone conversation, they were at my doorstep eager to help. They came in and did a full examination of my home and covered each crack & crevice with intricate devices. They spent a total off 3 hours sniffing out my unwanted guests with a great attitude. They were very pleasant want well knowledgeable about their craft. It's been 6 months and I haven't seen a water bug since. The 2nd time I called QSPC was when my boyfriend found a dead baby mouse in my boiler room. I'm a girly girl so I freak out with just the thought of mice in my house so I called the exterminator Gods to the rescue! Once again they came in under 2 hours and took care of the problem. They even helped fix my frigde! If you're looking for exterminators who are great at what they do, actually spend time finding the problem & fixing it, all at a reasonable price. CALL QUICK SOLUTION PEST CONTROL TODAY! read more

I have an almost unnatural fear of mice and rats. Literally. I had called another exterminator a week prior and nothing changed. Still terrorized. I then called Quick Solution. Jerusalem, the lead exterminator, is literally a gift from God. He went through the entire house thoroughly, moving furniture to the center of the room. Going through the many (full) cabinets and closets and took about 4-5 hours to ensure that every single, solitary hole and entry point was sealed. He even vacuumed and cleaned up afterward. I mean, I have literally never seen anything like this. Six months later, I thought there was another scare (there wasn't). He came by, without any attitude and checked extremely carefully. Cheerfully and patiently. Though he obviously has no fear of mice, he is understanding of those who do. I will never use anyone else for my exterminating needs. And I don't suggest that you do either. This is the only exterminator you should use. Trust me. I'm telling you there is literally no one else worthy. That's how good Quick Solution is. Worth every penny. You will NOT be disappointed. read more

These guys are amazing - quick, thorough, safe and effective. We had a serious mouse problem in our kitchen, pantry and hall closet. Seriously, I was cleaning many mouse droppings off my kitchen counter every morning, and out of my scarf bin, and the little critters were running around my kitchen like they owned the place. I called another exterminator, who laid poison around the area, but after a week and a half the mice were still going like gangbusters. Enter Quick Solution. I called them about 10pm on a Sunday night, and lo and behold, they answered the phone. Jerusalem and his daughter came the next morning to thoroughly assess the situation, and then three guys spent 2 hours plugging up the holes, pulling out my fridge, stove and dishwasher to make sure everything was sealed, sealing around the radiator pipes, little cracks, etc., and laying glue and snap traps. And they cleaned up all the droppings in all those hard to reach spots. Best of all, I HAVE NOT SEEN A MOUSE SINCE (or any evidence thereof). Hats off to these guys. I finally have my kitchen back - I am so grateful! read more

Bruno was not only professional but thorough. I hired Quick Solutions after I inherited an apartment from someone. Needless to say, the person left the apartment in a state. The cleaning crew found bedbugs in the discarded furniture and traces of the rodents in the apartment. I was very nervous about living in an apartment where the previous owner had bed bugs. But when Bruno came and did his initial assessment he assured me he would take care of it. The next day, Bruno came equipped with all his tools. He sprayed the apartment and sealed up all the holes and problem areas. Meaning, he opened my cabinets, moved my furniture, got down on all fours to make sure he signed, sealed and delivered great service. At first, I thought he was a little expensive but when I told others about what I paid for a 3 bedroom apartment decontamination of pest control services, he came in well below the market price. I was very pleased with the service he provided. Lastly, I liked that he made a follow-up visit to my house within 30 days to see if I was having additional problems. read more

There is no other like Quick Solution Pest Control. These guys came in under an hour to get rid of the mice and birds that made their way into our apartment. They not only exterminated and set traps but they filled in all the holes and gaps I've been begging my landlord to repair since last year. These weren't everyday patches I could have handled myself; this was work that a contractor needed to correct. They assured me it was not our fault as our apartment was impeccably clean. Due to the contractors shoddy work, the critters had access in and out of our home. These guys found the source to the problem and in no time we were living pest free. I whole-heartedly recommend them as we've had exterminators in and out of here and no one was able to rectify the problem like Quick Solution Pest Control. And these guys were extremely kind, patient and very funny. Plus they cleaned up and left my apartment even cleaner than they found it! Great job. read more

I requested the services of Quick Solution Pest Control and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. The owner, Bruno, came out to my home, assessed the problem by doing a thorough inspection of all possible entry points that contributed to the increase of mice in my house. Bruno was very professional and knowledgeable about the pest control business and shared that information with me. He completed a walk-through of my entire house and pointed out possible pest entry points. In addition, he provided suggestions of what we could do to decrease the problems going forward. Bruno filled all open holes and treated all floor surfaces to reduce my problems with mice. I used Bruno on two occasions and each time I saw less mice in between visits. I would definitely recommend Quick Solution Pest Control to all of my friends and family. I am a very satisfied customer! read more

I had a roach and mice problem in my apartment for more than 20 years. Once I called Quick Solution Pest Control, the exterminator came and quickly assessed the infestation problems and began an intense and thorough treatment of the entire apartment. The exterminator was extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise in resolving the roach and mice problem. As the exterminator stated initially, "I will permanently evict the roaches and mice". He patched up holes, set up traps, and fully and permanently got rid of all roaches and mice until this day. That was 1 year and a half ago! I would strongly recommend using Quick Solution Pest Control, because they truly live up to their name! I have used other exterminators throughout the years, but none of them have been able to get rid of the roach and mice problem until Quick Solution Pest Control came on the scene. read more

The team (headed up by Bruno) at Quick Solutions Pest Control are professional, considerate and highly effective. We recently moved into a brownstone in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn and we were in need of serious solution-provider. The building to our left is a pre-war building that does a horrendous job of managing its tenants' garbage. The brownstone on our right was recently gutted and is under construction. What this situation resulted in was rat central in our front yard. Our kids were terrified of the stoop at night and we were embarrassed to have friends over in the evenings. Luckily, we came across Bruno and his team and we are now living in a rodent-free environment. The team came in, assessed the situation and within a weeks time we noticed a drastic difference. We would highly recommend Q S P C to anyone with a large or small pest problem. read more

I own a building in the prime of Park Slope. We had a chronic, recurring mouse problem that various exterminators were unable to solve. They simply couldn't find or stop the problem, so my tenants would call me upset every few months because they'd seen a mouse in their apartment. Every time the exterminators said the problem was "solved," the rodents would come back 2-3 months later ... such a headache and expense until I located Quick Solution Pest Control. They were the ONLY extermination company who did a COMPLETELY thorough inspection of the entire building and SOLVED our mouse problem once and for all. Jerusalem was helpful and polite. They did the job! It wasn't cheap, but I don't think the real solution to rodent proofing is often an inexpensive project. Thumbs up the furry creatures are gone thanks to Quick Solution. read more

I am so impressed by this company it's not even funny. I called them at almost midnight a few nights ago when I noticed that it was just one mouse in my apartment but an infestation. The owner told me he would be thee the following day to take a look and give an estimate. He was very thorough in his search for where they were coming in and I think he definitely went above band beyond. He put my mind at ease and told me if I have any other problems not to hesitate to call. They were super nice and their customer service was incredible. I hope I never need their services again but I know for a fact who I'm calling should I have this problem again. The other thing I liked was that he really made the effort to get out as soon as possible. Overall, great customer service, great service provided and they put your mind at ease! read more
