Our house entry lock wasn't working properly and it took great effort to lock the front door. Ethan was helpful on the phone when we discussed what was needed and the replacement hardware we had purchased. He arrived on time and changed the knobs and entry systems efficiently. I locked myself out of my house late at night and someone came (I can not remember the company) and let me back in but, they messed up my doorknob. They offered to replace it but not with the door handle that I had before. I called Udi shared my situation and he had me send him a picture of my door. He immediately called me back and said he could pick up that doorknob and head over later that afternoon to replace it with a fixed lock. Udi was on time, friendly, and very fast. When he opened the new doorknob he had purchased there was a glitch so he went to another store to get the one I needed and came back and fixed it right away! Adam came out to rekey my house since I had moved into a home where way too many people had access to the keys over the years. I found his company on Yelp. One set of keys had gone missing. Udi was friendly, professional, quick to respond, and overall great. Our lock was sticking when turning the key, and then something snapped so that the key could no longer lock/unlock the bolt. Udi was able to come by within 24 hours of my call and replaced a broken cylinder, so we could again lock/unlock the door. Within the next day I noticed that the lock was still sticking when turning the key, so I got back in touch with him. He again responded within 24 hours and found it was a second issue, unrelated to the cylinder problem, and he replaced a $12 bolt completely free of charge.
