I had a fairly annoying request when I reached out to Ovation AV; I had an existing TV that I wanted removed, have that TV placed into the box for the NEW TV, move the mount position on the new TV so it hangs lower, and hang up the new TV on the existing mount. They were able to come out within 2 days of me making the request for quotes on Yelp. Matt and Joe were both super friendly when they came in, offered to wear the booties that keep the house clean (which I declined), and got right to work. The entire process took a little over an hour. The old TV didn't quite fit in the styrofoam from the new TV's box, so the two of them spent some time cutting it down to size! On top of that, they ensured they vacuumed up the little pieces that inevitably get created when you touch styrofoam. On top of all that work, they came in at a super reasonable price for two people doing over an hour of work.

I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! This business is owned and operated by Pavel who has been servicing thousands of customers throughout the years. My wife and I were in the market for a 65" 4K UHD TV. I was originally going to purchase the TV and book the appointment on Friday 4/17/2020 but the store was out of stock. Jump forward two days later on Sunday 4/19/2020 and I found the specific TV that I wanted for a great deal. I purchased the TV at 10am and Pavel was able to come to my home at 11am! During the entire installation process, everything went absolutely perfect. Since my living room has a fireplace mantle with a low ceiling, Pavel measured everything to assure me that this large size TV would fit accordingly on my wall. He gave me a couple of options; one of which was a fixed wall mount and the other was a swivel tilt wall mount. I ended up choosing the swivel tilt option and I must say, I am so happy I made this decision! In addition to installing the mounts, Pavel also lowered and bolted my existing soundbar (that I was already using for my previous TV) directly below the mantle and centered everything perfectly. The sub was too large to sit on a shelf I am having cabinet doors put on, so he set it up behind the wall in a server closet, then cut out the back of the shelf, and made a custom mesh screen to make that asthetically pleasing and still give me a functional shelf/cabinet door.
