I guess my issues were "small potatoes" and did not even merit a return call. Pavel from Dream A/V systems not only fielded my request but came out that very day. Upon inspecting my internet system Pavel made some suggestions (that I followed) and now my wi-fi signal is stronger than it has ever been. I will be utilizing his services for any further work I need concerning A/V needs. Very positive experience!

Not only did he fix everything he fixed issues I didn't even know I had!! He connected my Bluetooth to my surround sound, ran new digital optical to the TV, adjusted all the speaker outputs, got two matching remotes working, got all my components to shut off together using just one button and lastly had me make a video of what he did in case I ever wanted to adjust anything. Oh and before he left he looked at my outdoor speakers and made several suggestions for improvement. And it all took less than 1.5 hours. He was just the guy I was looking for. Really new his business and didn't try to up sell.

We have been so disappointed in most "experts" that we have hired to do work for us, so when you find one that is awesome it is such a pleasant surprise. We had a ton of ceiling speakers that were original to the house and terminated in a jumble of unlabeled wires so I knew it was beyond me doing the work. I wanted full surround sound for the TV, the stereo speakers hooked up, additional speakers added, the remote control completely programmed and yes all of the wires hooked up. Scott suggested the components based on our budget. He made quick work of identifying and labeling the wires and the unique challenges of our system didn't slow him down. He had to rewire the TV to enhance its capabilities (the wires run through a cavity around our fireplace...so not an easy task). He spent two days dialing in the specific sound we were looking for. He was extremely patient and thorough in explaining all of the specific instructions of how to use and he made it all automatic for us. He helped with loading the apps on my phone and going over how to control everything from my phone. He has been unbelievably responsive in our calling him for added instructions and when we had an slight issue with one of the units he was quick to just exchange it for a better unit. He got it installed in minutes and then took thee old unit back to his shop to talk with the manufacturer...rather than haggle with them when he was at our house he just did the right thing without being asked. That is what you get with Scott...you get someone that just plain does the right thing, takes his profession seriously and is that one in a million "expert" that actually deserves the title. You will definitely be happy hiring him for any electronics needs you have.

As for the one bad review that the company has received, I can attest that the person must have left the review on the wrong company page, because neither Zach nor I have ever met or spoken to that person. Yelp has hidden Zach's other good reviews due to some algorithm decision, but they are also here if you can find them. Give him a try. I'm certain you'll be more than satisfied.
